Moments with Allah #14 – Allah used us to deliver the sustenance to the hotel receptionist!

Mr. Cara or Mr. Subhan Allah, Allah subhanho wa Taala Allah says that there's nothing that walks the face of this earth, except that it is upon Allah subhanho wa Taala to sustain and Allah subhanho wa Taala Allah knows the place of that sustenance, and also the reality of its preservation Subhan Allah and all this is in the knowledge of Allah subhanho wa Taala and am I connect this incident to this verse because Subhanallah we were traveling

in in Melbourne, it was in Melbourne, during our recent trip there as part of our Ramadan program during the first two weeks of Rohan. And what happened was, obviously, we need to have some food. So what was open was a lentil soup shop. However, however,

one person really only wanted lentils, the rest of us didn't. We were three in number and the out of his kindness, he went and bought two lentil soups. At the end, we sort of said, you know, it will be wasted. We don't want to waste so he bought two one for him and one for myself to share with the other brother who was with us. Now, our brother, may Allah bless him, may Allah bless him. He does not like to use the microwave, anything that goes in the microwave, he doesn't eat it, no matter how tasty it is, no matter how expensive it is, if it's been in the microwave, he's not going to eat it and Allah so as he's purchasing the lentil soup was

at the last moment, he has the microwave in the store.

Subhanallah switched on. So when the nice uncle comes from the back to deliver the order, they asked him that, did you heat this up in the microwave? And uncle said yes. So he says Why did you use the microwave but obviously he was too shy to trouble the uncle at the late hour that this event happened. So he comes to the vehicle with the two said he was brothers. I really have to apologize. The uncle use the microwave, I can eat it. So there's two soups for you guys.

Love bless him, Allah bless you. So what happened was, we thought to ourselves, it's not gonna work Subhanallah even sharing a bowl of soup and it was quite a large bowl would be difficult.

So we need to come up with a plan. And obviously it's around 2am in the morning. There's hardly anyone to see hardly anyone to meet. And then we decided that when we get to the hotel, there was a nice young Fujian boy who received us and he was really hospitable and really accommodating. We thought you know what, we'll give it to him. And lo and behold, we get to the hotel, and we go in with this. You know, nicely packed lentil soup not one but two, and we handed over to him and say and we said Tim, this is for you. And he was so taken aback because he does work hard and he was working hard. It was clear for all of us to see. And you know, we explained to him that look there's

two you can have one and the other one you can reheat in the microwave or in the microwave as as you please and he was so appreciative of it and so excited that yes, I will absolutely do that I could want in the fridge and reheat it when I when I need it and Subhan Allah May Allah guide into Islam but the reflection was Subhanallah how Allah subhanho wa Taala used us at some odd hour of the night now we wouldn't just roaming aimlessly we were coming back from the throwaway programs and meetings that we had thereafter. But our Allah subhanho wa Taala used us to bring risk to him. Subhanallah Brothers and Sisters in Islam, Allah subhanho wa Taala used us to bring risk to this person

Subhanallah and this is what Allah tells us in the Quran that everything in existence, their sustenance is upon Allah subhanho wa Taala no doubt when this person left his home that day or even during the evening, he had no idea what he was going to be eating and where he might have had some thoughts about where he was going to go about

handling the affairs off his dinner, but when push came to shove, you know, he couldn't have imagined that you know, three bearded guys would just pop up with a two large bowls.

Have lentil soup to the point Brothers and Sisters in Islam. Indeed Allah subhanho wa Taala feeds we don't feed. So it is Allah who feeds it is upon us to take the means and sometimes Allah uses us in ways that are strange, but also phenomenal. Subhan Allah, Allah use the believers to give dinner to someone who we wish inshallah Allah guides to Islam had beautiful luck. And that was our reflection and connection to this verse, a true moment with Allah subhanho wa Taala and I love you all for the sake of Allah.
