A quick tip to help you be patient with those who seem to constantly criticize you unfairly, try to understand and remind yourself that they may simply be projecting their own insecurities onto you. In other words, they may have certain problems or issues that make them feel inferior and make them insecure. And the only way they know how to deal with those feelings is by accusing someone else of having those problems and then criticizing them so they will constantly look for these flaws and others and then criticize those people.
