What that actually means is not that we cannot get angry, we can get angry. There were times when Ross was salam. He even got angry. They are times when the problem he cried. So our deen has not taught us that we cannot express our emotions. What our deen has taught us is that as a result of those emotions, there are things that people will do that are not right

And that's what you have to stay away from. When you see someone from your family passing away. Do not say things such as Why did Allah do this? And couldn't Allah not find anyone else? When you become angry, do not behave like generally an angry person would do and you you know you lose all control of yourself. So this is something that we learned from our deen we learned from our prophets that Allahu Allah he was sending them and this is the meaning of Sabra.
