That's the third condition, the sorry the fourth condition.

The third, the third, the third condition, as I said the first is what allows the second condition being coming out of the sense. Okay, the third condition being firm determination not to go back. The fourth condition is regret. You need to regret and you need to deeply regret in regard the sins that you've committed. The more we do that our heart becomes clean and it starts to attract all forms of goodness. We become pure, soft hearted individuals, we think only good of others. And the more we think good and positive thoughts, there's this positive aura that surrounds us. And there's always this these positive vibes that emanate from our bodies, but the more you move towards sin, there's always this negative vibe that surrounds you. May Allah subhanho wa Taala save us on. So with that,
