And maybe you're supposed to meet someone for breakfast, you're supposed to meet someone for a meal, you're supposed to meet someone for an important meeting. And you're just stepping into the shower, but without batting an eyelid. And at times, this is something that we tell even people who are very close to us, you know, our own friends. And this shows that we, you know, false hood has become the norm. But we don't even think twice. We're like, you know what, I'm just around the corner. I'm just five minutes away. I'm just 10 minutes away whilst you're just fully now hitting the shower, or

you're just stuffing your face with breakfast and you know, that you're not around the corner and you know that you're not it's not going to take you 10 minutes you need at least 30 minutes away. Why not speak the truth? Why not just say you know what, I woke up late. I need another hour or 30 minutes. I'm just about to hit the shower, give me 30 minutes. I mean, my meetings are spitting on to one another, why not be postponed? Why not be appreciative? Why turn to falsehoods panela. So it starts off with these lies and then these lies snowball, because with every lie you have to you know, put out so many more lies to cover up that line. And it just becomes this colossal mountain of

And this is not something that we must allow our tongues to become accustomed to.
