We see trials, we see calamities, we see afflictions.

And at times if our Eman is a little weak, we start to question the decree of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

Whether we take it at an international level, or a personal level, we are all going through problems. And at times we question Eliza gel. We are just statements that in reality are very blasphemous. We say, oh, how come? You know what life is not fair? Or God is not merciful upon me.

say if there was a child, may Allah subhanho wa Taala protect all of our children. I mean, say if there was a child who was affected with a disease, say for example, gangrene,

say one of his toes or his leg was affected with gangrene. And now the doctor informs the chapter, the parent of the child, the Father, I'm sorry, you will have to amputate the toe of the child or the leg of their child to save the child. If you don't amputate the leg, you're going to lose your child.

tough call. tough decision. But the Father has to call the shots he has to make the decision. If he does not do it on time, he may lose his child.

But now from the perspective of the child, the child may not understand it at times, he may wander

In the few minutes that I have remaining, there are a few formulas that I wish to touch on a few formulas that if you internalize and bring into your lives, it will help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. It will help you to move along life very, very smoothly. Insha Allah, Allah. So let me start off with the formula number one,

become so strong.

Please don't fall asleep.

And try to be with me on the same page in shallow dialogue, very useful formulas. Firstly, for myself, and then all of your shallow data. Number one, become so strong, that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. You need to become so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. In other words, you need to become like a rock. Not in a bad way in a good way. You need to become like a rock. You must never absorb any negativity, any form of negativity, any negative remark any negative comment, don't absorb it. Be like a rock and become strong and become strong in yourself. You need to believe in yourself. You need to believe in yourself. Yes, I can do it.

It is a two way street life is a two way two way street. Just as our marriage is also a two way street. We think of marriage as a one way street, where we only take take take take from our spouses, we don't give anything. But even in marriage You need to give to get you need to give love to get love. You need to respect to get respect. That's how it works. Likewise in life, you need to give kindness to receive kindness. You need to give love to get love. You need to give respect to get respect. This is how it works in life. The more you give, the more you get. Let me give you a story. There was once a father and a son who were walking

and the son tripped over the minute he tripped over he tripped over a rock and he fell down. When he fell down. He screamed, ah, he shouted. But they were by a valley. They were by a rally they were camping or something like that. It's a fable but it has a lesson to the story.

The minute he screamed out, he heard someone else screaming.

And this shocked the young boy and then he cried out Who are you?

And then that same person cried out Who are you?

Come forward. That person said again you I covered come forward. And he looked at his father and he asked his father dad What's happening?

The father then explained to the boy, my dear son,

there is nobody is just an echo. You are hearing yourself. In other words when you try out your voice or your the sound of your voice, bounces off the mountain and comes back to you. It's an echo and he explained to him an echo, but then he taught the boy, a beautiful lesson.

This is exactly how it works in life. What you give you get back in return, what you voice out is what you get. If you say I'm a coward, I'm a coward. I'm a coward. You will end up becoming a coven May Allah subhanho wa Taala save us all, but if you believe in yourself, and likewise, if you give out if you love others, if you're kind to others, if you're good to others, this is exactly what you will get in return. inshallah. So this is formula number one, formula number two, talk about the blessings of Allah azza wa jal and talk about goodness to every single person you meet.

Count the blessings of Allah and don't count your burdens, count the blessings of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Don't count your burdens, your burdens fade away, in comparison to the blessings of Allah azza wa jal. The blessings are so numerous What

if you were to try and count the blessings of Allah azza wa jal, you will never ever be able to encompass all of the blessings of Allah Subhana Allah Allah, so each person you meet, talk to that person about the blessings of Allah subhanho wa Taala because you never know that individual may be down in the dumps. He may be this depressed, he may be worried he may be in a ditch or a canyon of trouble and worry, he may be swamped down but then by your words. It is a reminder for yourself and then for him to he will suddenly see the light at the end of the tunnel. And you may have inspired him Allahu Akbar, to become inspired is great but to inspire others incredible May Allah azza wa jal

help us to inspire others I mean,

so in this way, my dear, respected elders and brothers in Islam you will fill others lives with a light and you will also boost their spirits. And this was from the Sunnah of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Formula number three, make everybody feel that there is something in them, make them feel that they are winners, in their own spheres, make each and every individual feel that he is a winner in his own sphere. Formula number three. And this My dear, respected elders and brothers in Islam is from the traits of a good leader. And this was very strongly present in the life of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam. So many examples, he identified certain skills of certain

individuals, and he pushed them towards that Allah. He knew that Beloved, are the one who had a good voice, he made him the official most of them. He knew that Harley Denali wrote the last one. He was a strategist, he knew warfare, he knew that he was a warrior. So he put him in charge of expeditions, battles, etc. Likewise, there are many other examples from the life of Rasulullah, sallAllahu, Alayhi, wasallam, that highlight the prafulla identified skills of individuals of his companions, and he pushed them towards that this is a trait of a very good leader, that he identifies skills of his followers and pushes them towards that Allahu Akbar, formula number four,

look at the sunny side of everything. Look at the sunny side of everything. In other words, look at every single thing from a positive perspective, use an optimistic approach towards everything, Allahu Akbar, your life will transform right in front of your eyes, a positive approach to every single thing. There is a famous example, that psychologists as well as motivational speakers often use, and this is the glass half full approach. I'm sure most of you all

might be aware of this example, glass half full approach. So if I were to have a glass with me here, and if I were to show you a glass with half, which was half full, there are two ways that you can describe this glass. You can either say it is a glass half full, or you can say that it is a glass half empty, two ways. But if you say it's a glass half full, it is a positive way of describing the glass. If you say it is a glass half empty, it is a negative way of describing the glass. In other words, you're thinking Oh, say it's a nice milkshake. Oh, I only got this little. I've only got a half glass. You know half of it is over half of it is empty, but then a positive

approach, oh, I've still got half remaining, it's half full. So this is a positive way of looking at certain things. Let me give you a story.

There was once a father who had two boys. I mentioned this before, but it's a very good example.

Two boys, they were twins, identical twin Siamese twins identical. They were identical except for the fact that one boy was a

was an optimist. And the other was a pessimist. One was a boy who looked at everything from a positive angle and the other from a negative angle, an optimist and a pessimist. So one day the father wanted to test the two. So what did he do when these two went to school? He went and Dec. The boy who was who was me, who was a pessimist, who looked at everything from a negative angle. He did his bedroom full of toys, full of toys, all kinds of toys. The boy who was an optimist who looked at everything from a positive angle, he went and filled his room with you know what, wait for it. He was done.

He was done. The droppings of a horse horse dung. He filled his room and plastered it with horse dung. And now he waits for his two sons. So after school, the two boys come.

The optimist goes to his roll. The pessimistic goes to his room. He waited for some time. And then he goes through the negative boys room Fest, the pessimist his room.

And he's amazed. He goes in, and he sees amidst all of the toys that he has purchased. This boy is seated in the middle of the room and bawling, crying away. He's crying.

So the father asked the son, my dear son, you have all of these toys, but why are you crying? The boy says, Well, you know that I'm worried. You know, if I open up the toys, I may break the toys. If my friends get to know that I have toys, they may come and break my toys. If I start playing with my toys, the batteries might run out and I won't be able to play with my toys. And he has not touched one toy. He's crying. Why? Because he used to look at everything from a negative angle.

The father leaves that boy and now goes to the optimist. He goes to his room. He goes into his room. And Allahu Akbar, he sees this boy beaming, smiling, and he has found a shower from somewhere and he's digging away. Where is he in the middle of all of the horse dung. The father then asked that boy, my son,

why are you so happy? And what is made you so happy you in the middle of all of this was done. You know what the boy said? You know what, that if there is so much of a horse dung, there's bound to be a pony somewhere I'm searching for that pony. I'm searching for the horse. You see a positive approach. This is positivity. This is an optimistic approach towards life. So we need to look at everything from a positive angle. If you do that, no worry, no depression, no tension, no anxiety, no stress will ever afflict you in Sha Allahu taala.

The next formula, my dear respected elders and brothers in Islam is to think of excellence, to strive for excellence, and to settle for nothing less to strive for excellence. This is the quality of the believers. And we as believers, we need to strive for excellence in every single thing. We need to become torchbearers and these were the companions of Rasulullah sallallahu, Alayhi, wa sallam, Allah, Allah him, as well as Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he used to strive for excellence in every single thing. And this is why it is so important that we have high aspirations and Hema olalia and him Medallia, we need to have high aspirations. You see people say, if you aim

for the moon, what happens? You fall amidst the stars. If you aim for the moon, you will at least fall amidst the stars. So you need to have high aspirations high and lofty ambitions, Don't settle for anything less anything average have high lofty ambitions. Insha. Allah with the help of Allah, you will achieve those high and lofty ambitions. Today you name it, whoever was successful.

Some were successful in 10 in terms of Deen, some was successful in terms of Dean as well as dounia and you have successful people in terms of dunia alone, we need to become believers who are successful indeed as well as donia that is the best excellence of foreign excellence insha Allah tala, you ask them, they will tell you that they always had high aspirations. You will never find a negative individual at the top of the ladder. He will never reach the top. Why? Because he's always negative. He's always looking down upon himself. He does not believe

In himself, you need to believe in yourself and you need to have high lofty ambitions in sha Allah Allah Allah, you will reach the top.

The final two formulas very swiftly. You need to be enthusiastic about the success of others. This is very important about the success of others just as how you are enthusiastic of your own. You need to be enthusiastic about the success of others. You need to promote others you need to push others towards the top. We should never be jealous. A believer is never jealous. A believer is never selfish. A believer never hogs the limelight to himself. This is not from the qualities of a believer and remember success is a deep and fast flowing river and there is enough for everybody to take a drink from there's enough and more water in other words success to go around for everybody.

There is no point in US hogging it all for ourselves. May Allah subhanahu wa taala save us all so we need to be enthusiastic about others there's no point in professional jealousy we shouldn't be jealous about others. We should not have that jealousy in our hearts as those who realize that a lot more it was seldom is reported to have said in a hacer

una indeed jealousy destroys all of your good deeds, all of your good deeds just as how a fire gobbles up firewood just as how a fire gobbles of firewood. Jealousy destroys all of your good deeds. May Allah subhanho wa Taala save us all. And the final formula. My dear respected elders and brothers in Islam is to spend so much of time improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others. You need to spend so much of time improving yourself, building your relationship with Allah azza wa jal working for your gentle striving for Jenna that you should have no time at all to criticize others because sadly, that's what's happening today. You look at any sphere, any place

everybody is criticizing others you know, behind there backstabbing people behind their backs. May Allah subhanho wa Taala save us all. We need to be focused individuals who have a vision, who have an ambition in front of us and we need to work towards that. And that is to strive for excellence in this world, as well as the hereafter. May Allah azza wa jal make us all strong believers, and mainly Azerbaijan forgive all of our sins, except our good deeds. And just as how united us here this afternoon men unite us in the gardens of gender with our beloved Master Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
