as salam alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu Smilla Rahmanir Rahim Al hamdu lillah wa salatu salam ala Anna V. Mustafa say you didn't know Mohammed in Walla early he was Sufi or Manuela about my dear brothers and sisters. Welcome to another Live edition of our program. Guardians of the pious will resume after the blessed month of Ramadan with an episode number 262 in the series of Guardians of the pious.

00:01:07--> 00:01:23

We'll continue with chapter number 60. The chapter which deals with the virtues of generosity and spending in a good COEs with reliance on Allah, and this is our fourth episode in the shutter.

00:01:25--> 00:01:30

The first Hadith in this episode is Hadith number 557.

00:01:31--> 00:01:41

And it's a sound Hadith collected by a man with Tirmidhi rated by the Mother of the Believers are Isha, may Allah be pleased with her.

00:01:42--> 00:01:54

And I Isha total the Allahu anha call it and the home zebra who share it and for Colin the VU sallallahu alayhi wa sallam mabati a minha

00:01:55--> 00:02:00

call it murky I mean her INLA Katie for her

00:02:01--> 00:02:06

call up here Kulu her Are you Katie if you have

00:02:07--> 00:02:19

issues Isha, the Mother of the Believers may Allah be pleased with her, narrated that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him once had slaughter the sheep and distributed it

00:02:21--> 00:02:25

or most of it, major portions of its meet.

00:02:27--> 00:02:47

Then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asked her Is there anything left? She replied, nothing except the shoulder. They are upon the Messenger of Allah tsp upon him said, all of it is left except its shoulder, all of

00:02:48--> 00:02:59

all of it is saved except for the shoulder. It is known that the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam used to like this part of the sheep and cattle.

00:03:00--> 00:03:06

And that's why, when the Jewish woman who belonged to the tribe of high bar,

00:03:07--> 00:03:10

invited the Prophet sallallahu Sallam

00:03:11--> 00:03:40

for dinner, and she prepared the sheep. She asked she pulls in the whole sheep. And she asked which part that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him likes most when she learned that al Qaeda if she increased the dose of the poison, in Al Khattab in the shoulder, in order to be fatal in order to access you need the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him.

00:03:41--> 00:03:50

When I issued all the Allahu anha narrated this hadith she said that the Prophet sallallahu Sallam slaughtered a sheep and

00:03:51--> 00:04:47

he left and he led them distributed. So they distribute or She distributed most of it, except for the shank or the shoulder. So when he returned, he asked my Bucky perhaps is asking if there is anything left for him to eat, or is asking to educate our Isha and accordingly, the entire OMA as it appears, obviously in the Hadith, because from the Monteux from the text, when our Aisha Radi Allahu Anhu said, nothing has left except for the shoulder. It has been old gone, it has been all distributed. They have a kulula the word they have a colada or it's all gone except for the shoulder, which I've been saving for you. The Prophet sallallahu Sallam would not waste this

00:04:47--> 00:04:58

opportunity without explaining to us as follows the real meaning of spending the real and the actual meaning of spending in a charity is the saving

00:05:00--> 00:05:08

And furthermore the investment, not just saving, because if you are saving

00:05:09--> 00:05:29

your money in a savings account, you do not earn any profit or even if it is a usually account interest on it. Rather you only pay the monthly maintenance for the account and you pay for your checkbook, you pay for any service, but it's your money is sitting there.

00:05:31--> 00:06:31

In the case of giving in a charity, whatever you distribute in a charity, what do you get forward for the sake of Allah, it is not gone. Rather, it has been saved in a very safe place in the safest place ever. It is saved with Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty is not going to store it as is that he is going to multiply it for you. So it's a word may reach and its profit may reach 700 pines. The value of your saving or investment method will remain in your corner and while fee sabini law he Gomez Ali had beaten and battered savasana Villa fie Cooley soon boletin to harbor wala who will die for Lehman Yasha will law who was here on Aileen a beautiful verse of Surah Al Baqarah, in which

00:06:31--> 00:06:39

Allah Almighty is given a parable, the similar you have given in a charity, a single

00:06:41--> 00:07:01

seed or grain or dinar or their hum is like a corn grain can masala have beaten and that Saba has enabled the farmers and the villagers are more aware of this reality. This

00:07:03--> 00:07:14

sowing the seed under the ground in order to produce a huge plant carrying seven ears of corn.

00:07:15--> 00:08:18

And in each ear, maybe 100 grains or more gamma fairly hot button embedded sub bass and it's originally a single grain it produced as a result of sowing the seeds under the ground and irrigating it it produced silver seven corn years frequently some bullet in mere to have each one is carrying 100 grains. So the total earning and the total production of a single grain of a single good deed of a single charity that you give is 700 times more wala who live fully Manisha that benefits the 700 times more is not the maximum limit rather, there is even more. And what is more is without limit, since Allah said and Allah multiplies the real world from ever he was many, many

00:08:18--> 00:08:35

falls while Allah who has zero knowledge and Allah is indeed sufficient for all the needs of his servants, Alim all knowing, you know, the ending is very suitable to the the context of the area.

00:08:36--> 00:09:40

So with regards to given the reward, multiplied so many times that is worse, is sufficient for all the needs of his creatures. I mean, he's all knowing he doesn't give everyone the same. He gives us one only 10 times more, and gives another person up to 700 times. And he gives a third without limit based on his knowledge, who deserves so much and who deserves that much and who deserves nothing. If the person's charity was from a lawful earning zero, if the person's earning was lawful, and he gave that charity, with an intention to be admired by people to be promoted, politically in his position, or in his job, in order to be seen, just simply choose to show off to be seen your own, as Allah

00:09:40--> 00:09:59

Almighty say, then he will get the zero reward for it. It will be said to him go and collect your word from those whom you try to please from those whom you anticipated that admiration. So Allah who has zero knowledge and he just gives based on his knowledge is infinite knowledge

00:10:00--> 00:10:04

Who deserves that much and who doesn't deserve at all.

00:10:07--> 00:10:11

So when I ensured the Allahu Anhu said murky, I mean her electricity for her

00:10:13--> 00:10:18

and which means that nothing has left to fit, but the shoulder.

00:10:19--> 00:10:34

We need to look into this Hadith from a different angle, besides the fact that how the Prophet sallallahu Sallam taught her, that you should not say that, because whatever will give any charity is saved

00:10:35--> 00:10:37

is with Allah is not wasted.

00:10:39--> 00:10:58

And whatever we eat, then excrete, this is what is gone. There is another benefit that will look into this hadith which is how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and his family who would barely see a whole sheep

00:10:59--> 00:11:18

on their table, in their house slaughtered and cooked. Barely. We have narrated by Anna Sydney, Malik and Barbara and others that the Prophet Salah Salem have never seen a broil sheep in his life or eating abroad cheap and his father in his life.

00:11:19--> 00:11:26

Yet when they slaughter the sheep once they distributed most of it,

00:11:27--> 00:12:16

most of it, that was the default in the life of the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. In other conditions, people who got a chance to have a sheep and since they don't have this very often, maybe they will give any charity, a little bit of it. They give to a small circle around them, to their relatives, very close relatives, brothers and sisters, cousins, maybe a couple of neighbors, but to distribute most of it. Yes, that was a tradition of the Prophet salallahu alayhi salam, and his wives and his companions may Allah be pleased with them. So we learn from this hadith the following lessons number one, what the Prophet sallallahu alayhi salaam Tata, Aisha radi, Allah and taught us

00:12:16--> 00:13:10

that we should not say whatever we give any charity is gone. No, it is not gone. It is saved in a very secure place. And it's a very profitable business that you do with Allah Almighty. And you will be surprised with the last volume and the huge amount of profit of your investment, the investment of your charity, which you give for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala fulfilling its conditions. Secondly, how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam perceive life differently different than most of us. Most of us enjoy what we eat, enjoy, what we drink, enjoy what we possess. But the Prophet sallallahu Sallam enjoy giving more than possessing, enjoyed grant and others and giving the food to

00:13:10--> 00:14:05

others more than eating it himself. And that's why, in the beautiful story of Abdullah Hebner Mobarak may Allah be pleased with him when he went for Hajj, and he notes on the way there was a woman who picked up a dead chicken, a dead hen from the garbage. So he followed her. And he realized that she started cooking this dead hand which she collected from the trash. So he surprised her that he was following her and he said, a tequila, fear Allah, do you feed your kids? The dead beat? Don't you know that Allah has forbidden the dead meat? She said yes, Allah has forbidden the dead meat. But it is lawful for us because it's an assisity. We haven't eaten anything for a while. And we do

00:14:05--> 00:14:14

and these are orphans. I'm looking after them. I have nothing to feed them but the Mehta at that Abdullah Adnan mobile Fahey

00:14:15--> 00:14:32

he comprehended the concept of a bad and this is not his first had he's done so many Hajj, so he canceled his Hajj trip. And in his state, he gave her all his saving which he was going to spin on his head journey

00:14:33--> 00:14:42

in order to suffice for them and make them rich so that they don't have to eat the dead meat anymore. He didn't perform Hutch.

00:14:43--> 00:14:59

And when his caravan resumed the journey and the return, they never missed them. They always thought that Abdullah hidden and Mubarak is been with them. Then he saw in his mind vision, the following Beshara Yeah, Abdullah

00:15:00--> 00:15:04

As for your Hajj, it has been accepted even though

00:15:06--> 00:15:13

he did not actually go to Mac. He did not resume his journey. And the people who returned from Hajj

00:15:15--> 00:15:55

have been coming one after another singles and groups in order to give thanks and show gratitude to Abdullah and Mubarak, who has been teaching them how to perform hajj, who has been answering the questions and supporting them financially, even though Abdullah had no Mobarak never went for Hajj, that year. Allah Almighty, like appointed an angel to perform Hajj in his state, because of the great act which he did. This is a voluntary Hajj and there is a family who had to eat the dead meat, they collect the dead meat from the trash

00:15:56--> 00:16:53

because they have nothing. They have nothing to eat. So the Prophet salallahu, Salam potties companions and a tabby in and the following generation, the real meaning of giving and that when you give any charity, when you give somebody the food even though you may actually need it, you find the taste of that food in your mouth, on your tongue. In Surah Al Hush. A lot of mighty admire this blessing on Saudi family for doing so, by saying well you see Runa Allah and fusi him while can be him ha salsa, when they you casual Hanif See he felt hula Iike homophone he lent success to being generous, to being protected against the courageousness of oneself, of being miser or being greedy,

00:16:54--> 00:17:07

being cheap, rather, being giving you will be protected against the shores of your own self. And this is the ultimate success for hola Erica Holman Murphy horn.

00:17:10--> 00:17:54

The following hadith is Hadith number 558. And it is narrated by Esma bint Aviva close of the Radi Allahu Anhu. Man may Allah be pleased with her. And with her father of the Allahu Anoma, Paulette Talia Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam led to key for you care Allah Yuki with the reweighting and filthy Fahey, our Mahi Wallah to see for your sea level I'd like you to read for you are in love who are like, this is a beautiful Hadith agreed upon its authenticity

00:17:56--> 00:18:07

as the daughter of Abu Bakr, Savitt, may Allah be pleased with her and her father narrated that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him say to her,

00:18:08--> 00:18:09

Oh, as Matt

00:18:10--> 00:18:26

led to key for you kaliki Jonnie give in a charity and do not withhold, do not withhold your sadaqa otherwise, Allah will withhold it back from you.

00:18:27--> 00:18:30

Lead to Qi and you do not withhold the charity.

00:18:32--> 00:19:04

In another narration, and filthy, I will in fact, I will invite all these words, words of encouragement to give any charity and not just to give in a charity to be generous in given in a church. In fact, he and why he, you know how many times he will say, and not which is like you throw some water on your clothes, then you you you remove it with your hand all at once that's unknown,

00:19:05--> 00:19:13

which is given in abundance given without worry and filthy, are infected.

00:19:14--> 00:19:15

Enough for her

00:19:19--> 00:19:23

is in the Hadith. In the relay if you hear me daddy, he learned a hat.

00:19:25--> 00:19:31

Never had is plural of Neff which means it's like a special giving, like Ramadan was never

00:19:32--> 00:19:46

is a special time during which Allah Almighty multiplies that word, increases his mercy increases his forgiveness open the doors of heaven closes the doors of hell, and so on.

00:19:48--> 00:19:59

The 10th of Muharram the ninth of the month of April hedger or during alash rural harem is have never had special parents special occasion special givings

00:20:00--> 00:20:09

So in the video salatu salam was commanding and recommending for Esma, the daughter of Abu Bakr Salif, the daughter of the generous man.

00:20:10--> 00:20:16

As Matt was the daughter of Abu Bakr Salim, who donated once all his wealth

00:20:18--> 00:20:45

on the battle of taboo while the Prophet sallallahu sallam was preparing the army only battle which is known as long as what we saw on the ninth year, after the migration of the Prophet sallallahu Sallam one year before his death, this battle of taboo fighting against the Romans, in order taking a preemptive strike because the Romans were planning to attack and Medina

00:20:46--> 00:20:58

Muslims just came out of hardship, out of drought and famine, and barely the food started coming up. And the season started being productive.

00:20:59--> 00:21:47

And Muslims were in hardship the whole peninsula and the Prophet sallallahu Sallam order the companions to give any charity in order to prepare the army. So as Matt's father, I just father Abu Bakr Soviet, may Allah be pleased with him, the best of all the companions of the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam, whom rasool Allah is Allah, Allah and His element said once everyone has a yard Yanni has done us a favor. We have compensated him for it. If any person of the Sahaba have done a favor to the Prophet sallallahu Sallam or to the OMA, the Prophet salallahu alayhi salam managed to compensate him for it in addition to the awaiting word for him in the hereafter.

00:21:50--> 00:21:57

I've ever except for Abu Bakr so the why because Allah will compensate him for

00:21:59--> 00:22:48

Allah who. So the Prophet sallallahu sallam was teaching because I was teaching a smell to be like her father Abubaker broad, all his wealth, and he donated it to prepare the army for the battle of taboo. So the Prophet sallallahu Sallam in front of people asked him yeah back on another fight Elia lake. And what did you spare for your family? This was a lot of money. And the prophets Allah Allah Salah knows the capacity, the financial capacity of a walk. A walk was not a stranger. AbuBakr was his best companion. His house was like his house. And what was his father a low our Isha is his daughter. So pretty much he knows how much he possesses. So when he brought what seemed to be

00:22:48--> 00:23:01

everything, he asked him to double check. It's like, Do you have any other saving? What are the criteria and what did you spare for your family? What have you been saving for them? He said, are quite Hula, hula, Hula, hula.

00:23:02--> 00:23:41

I'm saving for them Allah and His messenger. I'm not worried about poverty. I'm not worried about turning poor. I put my trust in Allah I know that whatever I give Allah will replace it for me. So the prophets Allah Allah sellin was encouraging his daughter as Matt Yanni the daughter of Abu Bakr to be like her father by c'est la to key for you kaliki The word UK in the passive to be in the active for you Kyla who are like, led to he and we can means what I hope that the brothers can fit an image of the water leather bag or a duffel bag.

00:23:42--> 00:23:52

When we tie it to the string, the string which we tie the mouse of a car car, remember the Hadith out to see a car

00:23:53--> 00:24:40

will not pull in it. In the past used to have a leather bag to fill it with water the Prophet Salah salem said at night, tie its mouse select two key Do not be tight. When it comes to spending Do not be tight. Do not be like reluctant to give any charity otherwise for you kaliki If you behave like that, you will be treated the same way. Because guess what? And this is for all of us. The provider, the only provider is the one who commanded you to give any say don't worry, just give an hour give you more.

00:24:41--> 00:24:42

It is like

00:24:43--> 00:24:59

when Allah Hill method will Allah Allah has the greatest example and he's the only uniquest so this is just an example to make us comprehend the meaning when I give any of my children a gift. So he goes and he

00:25:00--> 00:25:04

buys candy and ice cream for all his brothers and sisters.

00:25:05--> 00:25:19

If you own my place, what would you do? Seeing that your son you give him 10 bucks and instead of using the 10 bucks to buy for himself whatever he likes he bought for all his brothers and sisters what would you do?

00:25:20--> 00:25:31

I bet you do like me like every normal person you will compensate him Allah what you did here is 20 bucks. And this is us human beings. Look at this, this is the

00:25:32--> 00:25:36

you know, layer two key Do not tie Do not be tight.

00:25:37--> 00:26:22

When it comes to spending, Elko seca as we mentioned in the Hadith before, for you colicky you will be treated the same don't always hold given in a charity don't always hold your sadaqa otherwise, you will provision will be withheld from you. But when you give you will be provided for more and more and more and 50. In fact, he will not he will see for your sea level like and so is to be very meticulous when he calcul calculation of your spending. I used to have one of my colleagues in in the states who wants told me that

00:26:24--> 00:26:30

you know, you are extravagant in spending. As a matter of fact,

00:26:31--> 00:27:04

every single night before I go to sleep, I collect all the receipts, and I write down how much I spend even if it is a single penny, I write down even the pennies. You know, maybe this is good for people who dream of fulfilling the American dream and so on. But when it comes to spending no, don't be like that. Do not write down how much you spent in a charity every day and the pennies and the quarters and the dimes and all of that lol No, no, no.

00:27:05--> 00:27:49

Don't be like that. Because if you do, Allah is going to count for you, you he is going to treat you the same way. And that's why if I remember in the hadith of one of the Syrian categories who shall enter paradise without previous reckoning, and shall be sheltered with a shade that Allah will create on the day of gentleman when there will not be any shade but his a man who gave in a charity in such a concealed fashion to the point that his left hand did not know how much his right hand has been given. That is appreciated by Allah, the Almighty, that vision us when it comes to give it in a charity do not count. Do not be meticulous. Well, there are two three fewer Allahu Olick.

00:27:51--> 00:27:58

In Al Insana, Holika helluva, either Messiah who shall rule Jesu ah, what are the most civil Heil

00:27:59--> 00:28:46

men who are men who are basically this is the human nature and inside mankind is created with this bad human trait which is to be stingy, to be miser, to be tight when it comes to spending to be very impatient. If some bad punches him, he's very patient. He's complaining wherever Marcel Hi, yo, Manu, ah, and when some good touches him when wealth comes to him, even though he never anticipated that much wealth and provision to come, then he is no no one. He is restraining this provision from each other. He doesn't give any charity he does not distribute, he does not dispense his wealth in good causes. He doesn't give his family members he doesn't give his relatives why menu and this is

00:28:46--> 00:29:33

human nature. So Allah ordered us to struggle again is this evil nature, rather to be generous, and in order to realize that he said Ill mousseline then the rest of the beautiful traits of the believers, once you become a true believers. Once you become committed in your prayers, once you become committed in given any charity, you will be saved from this evil traits and that will be achieved simply as Allah Almighty said by the end of SWAT Alenka, route 69 While Latina Jahad Rufina Lana, hottie unknown Solana in Hola, hola, Malama and Mazzini. It requires struggle against your inner desire. And it's not a one time deal. It's always a soul, a lifelong struggle with the evil

00:29:33--> 00:29:38

desire every time you try to support somebody, Satan will come to you and say

00:29:39--> 00:30:00

your kids are still too young. And don't you think that they need you saving so that when they go to college when they graduate when they when do you want to get married? Who is going to support them and why if you die today? Isn't it better to live well for them and maybe you will take some texts or context or some friends

00:30:00--> 00:30:20

He's just out of context from a hadith to say it's better to leave it for your family, but it doesn't say not to give any charity. So it requires struggle. When you overcome this inner desire, you will be saved when you can show Hanif See he felt Willa Iike whom will mostly homeless take a short break and be back insha Allah in a couple of minutes please stay tuned.

00:30:40--> 00:31:15

Exactly.

In another narration the word so de ma is it as 30 ei Hema, which is the dual of the chests of the two individuals, the two persons whom the Prophet sallallahu Sallam gave examples to in this hadith well let's learn the meaning of the Hadith first in English, Abu Hurayrah may Allah be pleased with him the rate that I heard the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him saying, the stingy and the generous are like two persons work had in armor from their base up to their collar bones. When the generous man gives in a charity his armor expands so much as to cover up to his fingertips and toes. When the miser intends to spin something the armor contracts and every ring of it sticks to the

00:34:11--> 00:34:19

place where it is. It sinks into his flesh. So he tries to lose in it but it doesn't expand.

00:34:21--> 00:34:29

The hadith needs explanation definitely because of the test should be the likening of the two individuals to two

00:34:30--> 00:34:49

cases or two examples. And the word juna literally means we acquire or protection which is a Dara the armor. What do we have here? We have a very interesting example.

00:34:50--> 00:34:59

I think I'm still gonna do Evo helenus. Allah Almighty drove many power poles in the Quran for people in order to come

00:35:00--> 00:35:07

for him in order to understand in order to come to the conclusion and eventually believe in Allah and trust them.

00:35:09--> 00:35:52

But he also said when I can eliminate everyone will comprehend these examples. Rather some he will say, Mother, right Allah we had our method, what do you What did Allah mean with this parable with this example? Likewise, when the Prophet Salla, Selim gives an example, only the believers will perceive it properly. So what do we have in this hadith, two cases, a generous person and a miser one, a person who gives in a charity and doesn't mind he doesn't count, he doesn't estimate. He's very generous, because he knows that, you know, you are actually depositing your money in your save, do you really have to every, every time to count how many you put your order in, it's yours, all the

00:35:52--> 00:36:05

money, it's sitting there is yours. Now you put it in, in the best save it is with Allah Almighty. So don't count that. Don't worry about it. It is estimated it is secure, it is profitable, no doubt.

00:36:07--> 00:36:10

And the miser person who's very stingy,

00:36:11--> 00:36:54

who barely spends in a charity, because he's always worried and frustrated about the future. And he thinks if I keep this money for myself, it will be better off it will protect me, and it will help me at the time of need, which is absolutely false. What will help you at the time of need and what will protect you during all times is being helpful to others, being generous, being charitable, no doubt. So the two cases, the generous and the miser are likened in this hadith to two people who are wearing armors why do we wear armors in the past,

00:36:56--> 00:37:05

in the early generations, whenever they are on the battlefield, the fighters used to wear armors, which is made of frames.

00:37:06--> 00:37:08

I saw some of these

00:37:09--> 00:37:56

you know armors very interesting heritage in the Islamic Museum in Cairo. It has some of these armors and souls which belong to the generation of the companions of the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam it was pretty heavy. But we're in something heavy better than getting hit with a sword or injure with a spear and eventually die. So it is to protect them he was made offerings, it's like a thorough job. It's like a dress. You were from the collarbones, the clavicle bones all the way down. So if the armor is sad, and it covers the entire body, it provides you with a full protection but if the armor

00:37:57--> 00:38:11

This is an image of an armor, but it is not the armor that is mentioned in the Hadith, but it gives you an approximate idea. The armor which I'm referring to and the hadith is talking to is made of rings, small rings. Okay.

00:38:13--> 00:38:14

So what is happening here

00:38:16--> 00:39:11

that the generous person is wearing this armor. Normally you begin by wearing yourself or the armor in this case from head and down and a turkey the clavicle bones in Surah tokuyama heartcare Calais the Bella Taraki will kill a min rock was on and now for up. So when the saw reaches the throat close to the traffic the clavicle bones, so the armor will be up to here, going down the chest. In the case of the generous person the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam assayed for ml Mountfield fellow young people Illa Saba, the person who gives in a charity every time he gives an a charity his armor will expand for him will go further down to cover a greater area of his body until out of generosity

00:39:11--> 00:39:17

and our spending in a charity. He is on Margulies saddle enough to cover his fingertips

00:39:18--> 00:39:31

and to cover up to his toes. So he is provided with protection from head to toe. He is secured he is protected.

00:39:32--> 00:39:39

Like this image that you saw this guy can you see anything out of him? He is protected from head to toe.

00:39:40--> 00:39:59

Okay, nowadays you see the bulletproof vests and I tried some of these before. Okay, but you wear it. It's up to here What about the way down or the sides? If a person gets a shot from any of the sides God forbid he will die eventually as a result if it goes through to the liver or or so

00:40:00--> 00:40:46

This armor doesn't only cover a limited area of the body, no rather it covers the entire body from head to toe, as a Prophet sallallahu sallam said, as a result of giving in a charity, in the case of the stingy person, every time he tries to give any charity, even if he's convinced, like somebody attended the lecture or attended the fundraise, and he heard the very motivational speech and he saw people, somebody is writing a check, 100 grands, another 50, another 20, another 10. And he's sitting enjoying the dinner, he paid for a 10 pounds. And that's it. He is not used to give any charity. So eventually, after being motivated, he decided to write a pupilage.

00:40:47--> 00:41:36

He wrote a pledge, and with the with the pledges, we haven't experienced that, once it's a pledge, most likely, or let's say, in this case scenario 50% of the produce won't be collected. Why? Once the person steps out, and his show plan and he Satan talks to him and say, and how do you know that they're going to build the machine with your money, maybe they will use this segment of your charity to make the front yard or the back yard, or to buy the discs for the school? No, I want it my money to build them. Hey, Rob, you know, I would not pay for now until the finish, then I would add to it and he would never do it. I mean, execuse is after execution, you know, you better not spin now

00:41:36--> 00:42:09

because I'm planning to go for Hajj in sha Allah in the next 10 years. So let me save this money, it's a good deed as well. And my niece is getting married in 12 years from now. So, let me save this money for whatever reason, every time he tries to spin in a charity, this armor which is made and consists of five rings, those rings will sink into his chest, into his body and he will cling into his flesh, He will not go any further.

00:42:11--> 00:42:29

It will be so tired that he will feel very congested even if he is convinced to give any charity, he will face a great deal of resistance from his inner desire from the desire of not spinning rather off withholding. So, this is a case

00:42:30--> 00:42:37

what does the armor do for you? It provides you with protection. So the generous person is protected is protected in what sense?

00:42:39--> 00:42:40

So the courtesy,

00:42:41--> 00:43:03

when you give in a charity especially if it is in in secret, you will be protected against Allah's Anger you will be protected against calamities, your family members will be protected. Why should the children may be from car accidents, maybe from sickness from diseases from contagious diseases from any affliction?

00:43:04--> 00:43:21

You son will pass the exam. Am I doing a fundraise now? I'm not. Am I asking anyone to pay to any project? Absolutely not. So I'm talking in general. I'm saying whenever you see a good cause, to spin n do it.

00:43:22--> 00:44:17

And resist any urge of withholding of keeping the money back in your pocket. Why? Because this is your actual saving. This is the kind of business that you need to do with Allah Almighty. This is indeed the most profitable business Subhanallah when hos man in our fan received a caravan, the trade they used to go to Russia in order to buy the grains and the food for the whole year round. So when the caravan reach Subhanallah it was a year of drought, a year of fame, a year of hardship. So all emotions came to us man if the affair offering novel, then Trouble. Trouble the Prophet how much how much are you making? 100% will give you 200. He said I have somebody who offered me 10 times

00:44:17--> 00:44:18

more.

00:44:19--> 00:44:24

They said you're off man. We are all Immersions in the city, no one else

00:44:25--> 00:44:59

other than us. And no one can give you 10 times more than what you spend three times four times maybe 10 times it's impossible. They said yes I got an offer already from Allah. He gives AlHassan to be ashy. I'm fairly here, bear witness that I have donated the whole caravan to be distributed among the poor who cannot afford to buy the food. People are starving. So I'm giving it for the sake of Allah, the Almighty. So when the when the person is generous when the person is charitable and is doing this for the sake of

00:45:00--> 00:45:46

Have Allah this armor protects him against calamities, against Allah's wrath against bad mouthing from people, you know the stingy people. Everybody says these guys are stingy. This person is miser never expecting to pay a penny he doesn't leak a dime, and so on. So he is not protected because his armor is up to here and is clinging against his body. And it is not only preventing him from further giving, but also it doesn't provide him with any protection, neither a physical protection or a more protection against talking about his honor and about his evil traits of being stingy and so on. This is a beautiful example that the Prophet Salah Salem is given us in this hadith which is agreed upon

00:45:46--> 00:46:09

its authenticity in order to encourage us to wear a full armor to cover us from head to toe to provide us with a full protection. May Allah Almighty guide us what is best Akula commonly had Estelle folio and Ico masala Allahu ala Sayidina Muhammad in Walla early he was Salam wa salaam aleikum wa rahmatullah.

00:46:17--> 00:46:18

Have a

00:46:20--> 00:46:23

love of God is the greatest

00:46:25--> 00:46:35

glory to Him. He wanted me to be the best and give his best religion to Allah Our God has been greatest

00:46:37--> 00:46:57

glory to Him on any illness to be the best, gave his best religion to them. So why did they know that forgetting all about and in paradise, we're shipping columns fire and stones, sending letters to the cheapest

00:46:59--> 00:47:10

day ignore that forgetting all about how bad guys are shipping cause fire and stones selling the best and cheapest

00:47:14--> 00:47:15

Habiba
