belly. And the other one and the other one, my brother, if you if you went to the gym to build your muscles, in order to show the world how muscular you are, I promise you you're doing the wrong thing. You go to the gym to build your muscles in order to gain strength to worship Allah, I promise you you will be more successful.

If you are showing a muscle to a group of brothers to encourage them to do the right thing Alhamdulillah we will still say Alhamdulillah I won't say mashallah Tabata Kala and so on. So because you know what, I don't want to encourage that but it's okay.
