Whenever there was news of security, or news of war, something of peace or something of fear, they would go out and announce it to everyone, you know, we've got this problem, you know, this is what has happened, you know, that's what has occurred, and so on. So what would happen is it would result in a negative impact on the Muslim mean. So Allah says that's a sign of hypocrisy. Don't just broadcast everything that comes to you. Not everything is consumable by the public in terms of advice or in terms of the news that you are giving them. May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us goodness, listen to verse number 83.

So Allah says, when a punishment is being meted out against a criminal whose criminality has beyond any doubt, then remember, it should act as a deterrent for those who have not yet committed the crime.
