It puts a grudge in you when you see someone being blessed by Allah either by what health,

by peace of mind by some kind of possession.

But then it by anything that Allah has given the why even beauty, or anything that Allah has given them.

Goodness starts in the heart,

that your heart is clean of any filth.

Oftentimes, when we talk about good people think about engaging in physical visible action. But that's not what good starts. That's not where it stems from.

This is a later stage of good.

This is a later stage in advanced stage of excellence. You don't start at the highest level in any field.
