to name

the probably the topic of maximum interest

to Muslims, I would say it is a topic of risk, the topic of sustenance.

And that is why I want to talk to you today and the top and the title of this is the question of risk ordained or obtained.

I hope this will be beneficial for you.

For those of you who are interested in a more detailed

treatment of this topic, please read my book, it is called Risk ordained or obtain and it's, it's available on Amazon. And we'll also put a link to that in the description of this video.

There is also a

much more detailed lecture on this topic, which I did several years ago. I think, totally, that's about three hours. So roughly about an hour and a half in two parts. But I decided to do this one to try to encapsulate as briefly as possible, the significant salient features and salient points with respect to risk.

Now risk is one it's very, very important to understand the whole question of risk because this is part of our belief, our Aqeedah our creed about color of Allah subhanaw taala about destiny. So, I request you please pay close attention Inshallah, to what I have to say. I want to begin

with the purpose of our creation, why are we even on this earth because risk or sustenance has to do with our presence in the world. And obviously therefore, it follows or it comes stems from the reason why we are on this earth about the service route that I mentioned very clearly. say this with greater emphasis or say it more clearly because this is the actual speech of Allah subhanaw taala. So please reflect on this idea. Allah subhanaw taala mentioned risk and Allah subhanaw taala mentioned our the purpose of our creation and Allah subhanaw taala said that he Gela Shanell Amman Allah who is the one who gives risk to us and he is

able to do that and he has the full power and authority and control to be able to do this. Now, what is this?

There is a any number of misconceptions about what risk is so I won't I won't list those. I won't talk about those. Let me talk about what it is. Risk is an all encompassing word, which includes everything that

We need to live in this world. It is not restricted to only money or food. It includes the air we breathe, the water we drink, and use the time we have in this life, knowledge, energy, have beauty, strength, food, education, money, our spouses, our risk our children our risk, movable and immovable property, our power, influence authority, and every conceivable kind of resource that we can imagine that we need for us to survive and live. All of this is part of risk.

Now,

I want to mention to the least about color,

if you look at the five questions that we are asked, or will be asked, when we meet a Muslim, and then on the day of judgment, you will see that all of them are related to risk. So that we take the right decisions, because without that, on the Day of Judgment, we will May Allah protect us, we can be in very serious trouble. Now, there are six important matters that I want to

address in this presentation. First one is that risk is preordained, and Allah subhanaw taala is responsible for it. Number two, we have a choice about where we earn it from and where we spend it. Number three shaitan frightens us with poverty. Number five, what to do if we have difficulties with risk and number six is the reason why we still need to work and inshallah we will

This is the only thing that Allah subhanaw taala is asking us to make sure that we do because otherwise, the issue is that if we make the wrong choices, then we get into trouble. That's for this reason, and that the question on the Day of Judgment, which I mentioned to you before, are only about the means of earning and the ways of spending. Now Allah will not ask you a question. Allah will ask you Where did you come from? Where did you spend it? The same question you will ask me the same question he will ask any person, any believer who goes before Allah subhanaw taala

First and foremost,

Allah has already written

and making dua to give more is not going to change that.

And if we are going to ask for more, and even like gives more, because maybe that is the other, that if you ask Allah will give

what comes with it can be very problematic. And that's what I want to
