There are people can say this out of out of love for somebody, that's not a factual statement, I'm talking about actually factual statement, somebody is scholar dies, then there is actually no other person to replace that scholar. Now, it's very important, therefore, what but this is not inevitable. This is what is happening. This is what we have seen. It's not inevitable. What is important, therefore,

is for people to dedicate themselves to learning and to teaching. And to create systems were systems of creating inheritors systems of creating successors, who are worthy successors who are even better than the ones that they

replace. And this is so critically important, because without this,

as I as I mentioned, this is what will happen, which is that it's a zero sum game. So each generation

is less than the previous generation until you come to a zero. And as I said, this is not inevitable. It is something which happens because people don't pay attention to developing

successes, they don't pay attention to becoming successes, there are two aspects to this and both are equally important. One is that scholars must be concerned about developing successes. So they will be concerned about creating systems building

schools, mentorship programs, and so on. This is not a general thing. You can't have a big university, which is, you know, spewing out scholars like,

you know, like big beans or something. It's not a it's not an assembly line process.

By definition, this is a

very personalized one on one

coaching developing mentoring process, takes a lot of time takes a lot of energy. It's a lifetime's work for somebody to create a worthy successor. It's not a it's not a simple thing. And in my opinion, it's, you know, no person can create more than maybe one or two

these traps, we ask a lot smarter to save us and to help us to do that which is pleasing to Him

and to save us from that which does not please Him

and to help us to prepare for a day, which will come
