Allah compares it to water that he sends from the sky.

is life for the hearts. Just like this water that Allah sends from the sky is life for the earth.

This is the first comparison that lummix

The hearts that absorb the Quran.

Allah compares them to the values

that absorb the world.

Water.

And so if you were to go out

into the countryside,

especially to a place where there are mountains and valleys and streams,

you find that some valleys are large

and others are small.

And so just like some valleys,

they can take on a lot of water.

Others, they take on

very little water, you have different sizes of values. So some valleys are huge, and they could take on a lot of rainwater floodwater,

but others are small.

Likewise,

some hearts

can take on a lot of guidance from the Quran,

while others can only take less.

Some hearts can absorb

a lot of the guidance from the Quran

while others only absorb very little

and others don't absorb anything. the hearts of the kofod

they hear the Quran. It goes in through one ear and it comes out through the other. It does not settle into the heart.

And just like the flood,

the filth of the earth.

whatever garbage, whatever branches, whatever was lying on the ground, it picked it up. And now it's floating on top of the floodwater.

So the scum, the filth

has formed a layer on top.

That's what Allah mentions here.

Allah subhanho wa Taala says factum, Allah sailu zyada della robbia.

And so the flood veers away the foam that mounts on top of the surface.

And so just like that floodwater with what it's carrying on top of it

and throwing it away eventually. Likewise, the hearts when they are filled with guidance and knowledge from the Quran.

They bring out the filth of the hearts.

The sheep who had the shadow at the evil desires, the evil doubts that are in our hearts, through the Quran. When the Quran comes and fills our hearts. It brings out those shubo hat, those sherawat throwing them out.

Just like medicine.

A person who's sick, who's ill.

If he takes medicine,

what happens? He's throwing out he's getting rid of the illness.

Likewise, the Quran when it comes into the heart, and it settles in and the heart absorbs the guidance of the Quran.

benefits from the water

Becoming lush and green.

Likewise,

the heart becomes lush and energized with a man

which then moves on to the rest of the body and the actions of the believer.

And so Allah subhanahu wa tada says for a man a unfairness

the people that is what remains meaning here you have two things, you have the water that Allah has sent and it's formed

you know a stream of flood.

So, you have the water and then you have

you have the layer the foam on top which is filled.

What benefits the people a lot says firmness EBIT, fear taboo. As for the foam, it eventually goes

it gets carried away and it gets thrown away.

But as for what benefits the people meaning the water, that is what remains and so the water

it goes into the land, causing the vegetation to come out.

The water also goes into into wells into streams.

So the people they benefit from this water

the guidance from the Quran

then this is what benefits the person not the filth

And it gets rid of the rust and the stains that are covering it.

And so when you want to clean and purify different kinds of stones or metals, gold, silver, also crystals diamonds, what do you do? You boil them

and then

that that foam or that layer of dirt. It comes out at the top. If you were to boil it in a pot.

If you were to boil it in a pot, then that dirt and that filth that layer will come on top of the water

What do you benefit from it?

you benefit from that layer of filth? No,

you throw it away, what you benefit from is what remains at the bottom,

the metal, the precious stone, that is what you benefit from. So you throw out

the scum, the stains, the layer of dirt, you throw that out. And what you keep is what remains at the bottom, Allah subhana wa tada says that this example is just like, the example of the water and the valleys, and

how we benefit from the water, but we don't benefit from from the layer of dirt and scum that remains on top the residue.

And so, this is the parable, the example Allah gives us concerning

the guidance from the poor.

And how it settles in the heart of the believer. And so we have several lessons that we can learn from this parable. The first lesson is

that, when the truth first comes,

Likewise, in every day and age, even in today's day and age

when people hear the verses of the Quran and the message of the Quran

and the Sunnah as well, if they hear of a verse or a Hadith, whether it be non Muslims or even Muslims today,

because the hearts are filled with evil desires or doubts,

what Allah has said what the messenger has said, is faced with the resistance. Why did Allah say such and such?

This doesn't make sense to me.

This goes against

what I am used to this goes against my way

this goes against the way of life that we want to live.

This goes against

my wishes and my desires.

So you see the resistance

and this resistance is there because the hearts are filled with dirt.

And so just like the rain when it comes from the sky, and it turns into floodwaters,

what does it do? It brings the filth of the earth, the filth and the scum that is

that is on the earth it brings it up

surfacing it to the top. So what do the people see? They see their the filth.

What do the people see the see the filth.

Likewise,

when the truth comes,

all of a sudden the filth comes out.

The second lesson that we learn from this parable is

that the truth will always remain permanently never to disappear.

The truth of Islam The truth of the Quran,

it will always remain permanently,

never to disappear.

On the other hand, false hood

whether it be covered, whether it be misguidance

deviancy

whether it be in a

visions, any kind of false word

than falsehood is something that comes and goes.

It never remains around forever.

Yes, it may seem like it's here to stay.

And its proponents,

those who hold on to falsehood,

they may dig it up, they may make it seem as if this false hood is,

is the truth.

And they'll deceive many people.

And they'll make it seem as if this falsehood is here to stay.

This is

this is progress for us human beings. This is the only way forward

don't make it seem like that. As if

we have to submit now it's over.

We Muslims now should submit, we should get rid of our beliefs, our principles,

our foundations of our Deen. That's it, it's over

progress means to leave our

our backwardness behind the backwardness of Islam as they claim.

And so they may make it seem like that, that that's it. False hood

has gained the upper hand and it's here to stay.

But

the truth is,

the falsehood

eventually diminishes.

And eventually, it gets washed away as filled and scum.

It eventually gets washed away as filth and scum.

Why? Because it doesn't have any strong foundation to rest upon.

This false hood is just like these floodwaters.

You see on top and you think look at how much look at how, look at how huge it is.

But what eventually happens with that scum, that layer of dirt, the floodwater waters take it and throw it away.

Likewise the truth, it comes and throws falsehood away as a law says, what

and so never become deceived.

By the attraction of falsehood.

In this day and age, they have presented falsehood

and Kufa in the form of these ideologies

of liberalism, secularism,

humanism, feminism,

capitalism,

atheism,

democracy,

they have presented falsehood and made it so attractive

that many Muslims have fallen into their trap, to think that, you know, this is the truth.

This is the only way forward.

But the reality is

that these ideologies are temporary.

And one day very soon, they will get rid of these ideologies and replace them with something else. Why? Because that is the nature of falsehood.

It is not something permanent, rather, only the truth is something permanent. That remains like the water that a lot compares the horror onto. It comes and it settles into the earth. And that is what benefits the people.

The truth is what benefits the people

the third lesson. And the final lesson that we learned from this parable is

that

the people who possess the truth

we Muslims who possess the truth,

we have to speak the truth

and not care about what will come in our way

and not care about who will come in our way. Because in the end, we are the ones who will be victorious.

We are the ones who will be victorious Islam will eventually be victorious. And this is the promise of Allah subhana wa tada

not our opponents. Our opponents will never be successful, and they will never be victorious even though it seems like they will be victorious, even though it seems as if they have already gained victory. Know the promise of Allah subhanahu wa tada is that the future is for Islam.

And this is a promise that we have to believe with conviction.

We have to believe it with conviction with the queen. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said Latisha Lupo Eva to mean Amati la harina.

that a group of my own I will continuously be victorious,

adhering to the truth until

the command of a law comes meaning until y'all milk Tiana

until the last day

there will always be a group from this audience.

Who are they? They are the ones who remain steadfast holding on to the Quran and the Sunnah.

What this proves is that not the entire oma

will be victorious in this way, but rather a group among them.

So, we have to be from that group.

remain

they will continuously

carry out the commands of Allah
