Look at how many battles, major battles that they fought.
And every time they came home disappointed
and now they're in the state.
And the power of the Muslims
is becoming stronger.

If they defeat the Messenger of Allah, then that is what you aim for. But if he wins, then you have the option of either following what the rest of the people have followed, or you fight after you have gotten some rest, because war has exhausted

You know, let this be a time of peace.
Perhaps you will accept Islam. If you don't, and you want to remain stubborn, then at least you will have gotten some rest. War has exhausted you. It has tired you Oh.
And then he said, secondly, the Messenger of Allah informs you, that we have not come here to fight anyone, but only for Umrah and we have our sacrificial animals marked with us as evidence, we will slaughter them and then we will leave.

to spy for him. While he was in Medina,
the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam had spies everywhere,
bringing information to him about the movements of the enemy.
And one of the assets, one of the assets that he had

if I prevail, and they wish to join into what the people have entered meaning Islam, that they could do so otherwise they would have rested. If they refuse this, then I swear by him in whose hand is my soul. I will fight them in this cause of mine until I perish and Allah's will will be done.

leaving him alone or fighting.
But if they choose to fight him, he will not give up
and he will win and the deen of Allah will prevail.
Here he was also telling them
the reality that they knew very well and that is that they had become exhausted by war.

After the battle there is out.
The Prophet saw the one he was sending. He said, Now we will take the fight

he wasn't a Muslim, he was a mushrik. But he saw it as going against
their traditions
and their acceptable norms of their society, to prevent people who had come for him
to visit the house of Allah. In another narration, he said,
Allah will not allow lamb and drew them and him Yan
and kingdom to come and visit the house of Allah, while the son of Adam Barnaby himself is prevented.
These tribes that he mentioned were from the far off places of Arabia,

And if that is not the case, then I swear, I do not see faces here. I just see random people
who are quite capable of fleeing and abandoning you.
So here are what happened, Mr. Rude. He was mentioning two options that he sees.
First of all,
that you owe Muhammad when by ruining your own people.
So you want to have victory, you want to prevail over your people, but you're doing it the wrong way.
So we have to remember that this was a very tribal society. And all honor is in keeping to tribal traditions and all loyalties. So he saw that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was ruining his own tribe by revolting against them and not following tribal traditions.
So he said You are ruining your own people.
The second option, he said
that you're not going to win, but you're going to be defeated.
Again,
how did he make this observation?
He based it on his
his worldview, which is based on tribalism. He saw here
among the ranks of the Muslims were
a people who were mixed
from different tribes, they did not come from one tribe.
In fact, most of them came from low class tribes, as opposed to the larger,
bigger tribes like Quraysh, the Kleef a lot of these big major tribes in Arabia.
It's already said that when things get serious,
all of these people they're gonna abandon you. And they're gonna leave you to yourself.
So
when Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Allah had heard this,
he saw it as a huge insult that could not go on and answered
it so he's he is reported in the books of Syrah
that
he insulted Hooroo with such a, with such
an insult
that
it was, you know, an insult to him, and his idol

a lot
was the major idol in life.
This curse, that aboubaker levied a lot

In another narration, he said to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. I don't think there is any man more wicked than him

Then around was said,
Oh, wicked man of betrayal.
Have I not just watched your betrayal yesterday?
What was he talking about?
He was talking about an incident.

the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam did not return the money. Nor did he apologize. Why? Because
you know, he was in a state of war with them should he cool?
So anyways, what happened?
It was a little while even Mr. Rude, who had to pay back.
All of these things that were storing the wealth to the families of these men, because he was the uncle of a movie era. He also had to pay the blood money for all of these men who were killed. He couldn't believe what he had experienced.
This was
an experience of a lifetime.
He went back to Mecca.
And he said to Quraysh,
I have visited the kings of Persia,
Rome,

But I have not seen any leader more revered and more respected by his people than
if he ordered them to do anything, they would rush to do it without delay.
When he performed will do, they all go after the remainder of his water that he used

He says they never look at him in the eyes of respect. They lowered their voice when they hear Him speaking, he has made you an offer. So accepting.
In another narration, I have seen a people who would never abandon him for any reason.
So draw your own conclusions.
So he was telling them
that, look,
you have no choice, except the author
of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, because there is no way that you can defeat these people.
This was based on what he saw.
This was based on
how
the Sahaba robiola who had won,
how they acted
and what they had shown.

And so let us go through some of the lessons that we learn from these events leading up to
the treaty that we will speak about next week in sha Allah and
the first lesson that we learned
Why did Allah subhanho wa Taala stomp and swap
the camel of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
We mentioned that when of course what
the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salam wanted to proceed to Mecca.
She stopped and would not continue. And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said
that,
you know, this is not her nature. She's not doing this on her own, but rather the one who prevented the elephant is the same one who is preventing her.
So why would Allah do this?
With Abraha and his army, it was understandable.
Right? They had come to destroy the cabin. And here Allah was preventing them from doing that.
But why now?
It didn't hedger, he explains.
He says, Allah knew then and now
back then,
when the army of the elephant came to destroy the cabinet, and now when the profits so the longer he was selling was trying to enter MC. He says Allah knew then and now that the people of Mecca are eventually going to become Muslim.
Then it was by destroying the army of Abraha and his followers.
Meaning
Allah did not allow a brother and his army to enter Mecca and destroy courage, the cow the end and courage among them was
the mother and the father of the prophets, and the longer it was.
Allah did not want
them to be destroyed. And now again, Allah does not want them to be destroyed.
Because Allah knows they're going to become Muslims.
Therefore, Allah prevented bloodshed then.
And now
then it was by destroying the army of Abraham his followers. And now it is by opening up the doors to peace. And if Rasulullah salAllahu alayhi wa sallam would have proceeded, and war would have ensued. There would have been a lot of bloodshed. But Allah held back to Muslims. And they stopped when a crosswalk refused to

It was all a plan

But the fact that they were doing this
shows that Quraysh had reached the point of desperation, and frustration.
They were confused, they didn't know what to do.

Kill him
indiscriminately.
It doesn't matter whether he is coming to fight you. Whether he is raising the white flag, whether it's a woman or a child, not just tell him.
And this is what we are seeing today
in the way that Israel is waging this current war.
Why indiscriminately target innocent women and children who don't pose any threat to you?
Why? Because you are losing.
And you have reached the point of desperation, and frustration and confusion.
And so this is a good sign for us.
This is a sign that they have become defeated. And it is a sign that victory for the Muslims is around the corner.
The third lesson that we learned
is that tribal pride,
tribal pride and arrogance was the main reason for
refusing to accept Islam.
We saw this when Ron was even Mr. Rude, saw the Muslims
and told Rasulullah sallallahu wasallam that he believes that these Muslims are going to abandon you.
When did he say this? When he observed that the Muslims come
from a mix of different tribes, and especially smaller, less prominent tribes.
And how
the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam doesn't have the backing of the major tribes of Arabia, like Quraysh that cleave a lot of these huge, big tribes.
In fact, when we see the spread of Islam, we find that the larger tribes, they were slow
in accepting Islam, and the reason for that was
tribal arrogance
and pride. They felt that they had esteem they felt that they had
prestige, and nobility.
What is the sun going to offer me?
In fact, Islam is going to take away my position of prominence.
However,
those who accepted Islam in the beginning were from
the smaller tribes
to tribes that did not have that much power.
In fact, people who did not even come from tribes,
the lakes of the slaves,

So all of this shows us that this tribal pride was one of the main reasons
for why many did not accept Islam.
And it was how, in the end, when
you know their defeat was imminent, then they accepted Islam as we will see, when we come to the conquest of Mecca.
The final lesson that we learned
is the importance of showing the solidarity of the muscles
and their power and how they will rally behind one another. When the kuffaar they see the solidarity
of the Muslims and their strength, it leaves
a notable impression on them.
In fact, this is one of the main reasons why many of them eventually accept Islam. When they see how determined we Muslims are, how committed we are to our deen, how much we are willing to sacrifice for Islam

how we don't water down or weaken our position when it comes to standing behind
our deen and stand behind the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. So this is called the DAO of action
as opposed to the DAO of words.
And so,
what had been Mr. Rude, he had already heard the DAO of words, that now he had come and seen the Tao of action.
And so
he saw this in the response of
Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Ahad
that the Muslims will never abandon
Rasul Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam as I had suggested, we also saw this in how his nephew dealt with him.
Even though

Right? He had paid off his, what he had done the damage that he had caused.
And you would expect
a movie right in a short by to feel gratitude, right to thank him for what he had done.
But when he saw that he was being disrespectful to Rasul Allah, He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, the love of the prophets and a wonder anyone seen him was a greeter for him.
It was stronger for him than paying any respect to this man who had done him a favor.

That later on, he would accept Islam.
