The fastest and easiest way to stop being obsessed with what people think and how people view you, is to focus more on how Allah views you see, the more a person is concerned with how Allah is viewing them, the less they will have concern of how people are viewing them. And that's just how the equation goes. See when I take a lot out of the equation, and I'm no longer concerned about how I appear to Allah, then I become obsessed more and more about how I appear to people. So one of the things that we can do to cure this in ourselves is to increase in our focus on Allah, to increase in our remembrance of Allah to increase in our taqwa our God consciousness, and, and and our fear of
