For our dear sisters who encounter their menses during a certain time in the month, some may see it as a bit of a challenge to find something to fill that space where prayer usually is. Prayer is one of the pillars of Islam and it is an enormous part of our faith. What can our sisters do to maintain that connection with Allah (SWT)?

When a woman is not able to pray during her menses, then what can she do to maintain her faith?
Salah is a major part of our faith. In fact, it is described as faith in the Quran. But remember that faith is not just Salah. So when a woman is not able to pray Salah, that doesn't mean that she cannot do anything else. There's still a lot of good that she can do. For instance, she can do they could, she can recite the Quran, she can make da she can send Sadat upon the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam she can use her time to learn something beneficial or to do something beneficial. also said that the best speech near Allah is that which he has chosen for his angels, and that is Subhana Allah He will be handy he so set a time and place for the remembrance of Allah in order to maintain your connection with your Lord.
