we have to understand that the Quran is the word of Allah subhana wa tada we're not reading any average newspaper or book we are reading the speech of Allah subhanho wa tada henceforth it should be read in a particular manner. Now if there is no effort that is made to learn how to read the Quran properly, and there are opportunities to do so, then that is a very problematic situation. But if someone is putting effort in and they're struggling, and they're making mistakes along the way, and the prophets of the larger Selim says for that person, they get to rewards
