There's some really nice, really generous Muslim brothers and sisters who donate like 1000 bottles every single week, right? for all of us to come and get free water every single night for Tada, we, but what are we doing think of the amount of bottles and some handle on our masajid. I'm not saying this mustard because I honestly don't know if this mustard recycles or not, but I remember at seeing recycling bins last year, but I know some massages like last year there was a mustard that I used to go to on a regular basis. And I would see the the garbage bins filled with bottles. And I asked the mustard committee, some of the board members, I said what are we doing with these bags filled up

every night about five or six big, at least six big garbage bags filled with plastic bottles. I asked him what are we doing with them? They said we're throwing them in the garbage.

So what do you mean we're throwing them in the garbage? This is recyclable. Right, we can recycle them. And you know what they said? They said we have to pay more. There's no recycling in our in the area. It's an industrial area, there's no recycling. So if we want to recycle, we have to pay for them to come and pick up our recycling. So we just throw it in the garbage and handed it right handed in LA. So we'd rather just throw this in the garbage and destroy the earth than to pay a little bit or for every single one of us every day once Imagine if every person who comes to pray throughout the entire month of Ramadan, took one bag home. Once during the month of Ramadan, we can

all put it in our home recycling collection, and have it picked up from our homes and contribute towards cleaning the earth rather than throwing these in the garbage. So now the month of Ramadan is coming. How can we save or protect the Earth? by getting rid of these bottles? What should we do?

So it disturbed him. He's an adult, he's older than me. But somehow it was a very disturbing way to see your father go right. And to see him as someone who Subhanallah took care of him raised him was an Imam in the community, and so on and so forth. Now, he went to visit a few weeks ago, he went to visit his father's grave. And while he is there, he makes this one minute video, and it was

on Instagram. And when I saw this video, I was like, Subhanallah, who is so happy going to see their father's grave. But he was so happy. He was so excited. And when I saw him in Australia last week, I was like, Omar, you need to tell me like, Why were you so excited?

making this video at the grave of your father. So Pamela, you're at the cemetery and you're making this video and you're so happy. He's like, Listen, I need to tell you what happened. He says his father, you know, his, he had a different mother and his father's wife. He passed away and left, you know, his wife behind his father's wife.

For every single time that he would speak to her, she would cry on the phone. She would cry and cry if you don't for 10 minutes, 60 minutes, she would cry and cry. And Subhanallah he's telling me He's like, you know, for about a year. I didn't call her. He's like, because every single time I call her, she just starts crying. And I thought to myself, like, I don't need that, you know, it just makes me feel even more sad. I miss my father more and so on and so forth. So he's like, I didn't call her and I thought to myself, I'm gonna go visit the grave, and I'm not gonna let her know. And it's been about a year since he spoke to her. He

gets there, he gets out of the car at the cemetery. He goes to his father's grave. As soon as he stands in front of his father's grave, his phone rings, and he looks at his phone. And the area code is an area code in South Africa. And he was just about to go to South Africa, or he just returned to south from South Africa, one of the two. So he's like, okay, it must be important. So he answers the phone. And even though it was an area code of South Africa, he answers it. And it was his father's wife.

And he's like, Oh, mama, you know, he's, he's like, he calls her mom, right? He's like, Oh, mama, you know, I'm very What are you calling me for? And she's like, you know, it's been such a long time. You haven't called me? You know, you haven't you don't come and see me anymore. You know what happened? What did I do? It is something wrong, you don't stay in touch What's wrong, what happened? And at that moment, he he thought to himself, and he was telling me, he says, I thought to myself, it's so true. Everything happens. For the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. He makes things happen. He's standing in front of his father's grave. He hadn't called his father's other wife for many

years. I'm sorry, not for many years, for many months for a year, right? close to a year. And all of a sudden, as soon as he gets out of the car and stands in front of his dad's grave, she calls him and he thinks to himself, it's only from the father of a law that she is calling me, reminding me I need to be in touch with her more often, right? But somehow that's an example of how a loss of Hannah Montana created everything on this earth for a specific reason. The beautiful things that we see around us
