But when he becomes Khalifa himself, you will find that he is soft and gentle. And he has the well being of the Muslims at heart or the young man. And so he was appointed,
or the Allahu Allahu Akbar. Now, Omar Abdullah grew up, and you grew up in a difficult environment. His father was a rough and tough man. Someone was harsh and strict.
For the long run, during his khilafah, he wants to send it the minbar and he was speaking to the Muslims. Imagine a man raft, everything he's been through, when he reaches the pinnacle of his career and his life, that he still has this humility and this humbleness, that he still remembers where he came from. Imagine such an individual

And I'm migrating to a foreign land, simply because you won't allow me to worship Allah subhanho wa Taala.

This was how much he didn't think that he would become a Muslim. How wild he thought this thought was that even the donkey's will become Muslim before Omar will become a Muslim. This was how harsh This was how much enmity he had toward Islam. And this was how much people knew about his enmity as well. But Allah subhanho wa Taala decreed that he would enter into Islam. Not only would he enter into Islam, but he would become one of the greatest companions of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, one of the
greatest, most knowledgeable companions of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, throughout his life from that very moment that he accepted Islam throughout the life of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, then throughout the reign of Abu Bakr, radi Allahu Allah, and then throughout his own reign, rhodiola one, a man known for helping the Ummah, a man known for having the welfare of the Ummah, at the forefront at all times, whatever he did, he did for the welfare of the ummah. the halifa in the marketplace. So Omar went to the marketplace and he finds Abubakar in the marketplace. Buying and selling is a trader. That was his profession. He was a trader, businessman. He's in the marketplace Buying and selling. So he said to him, oh, Abu Bakar the Muslims are looking for you. They have their issues, they have their needs that need to be fulfilled. Everyone's looking for the halifa under Felicia is busy in the marketplace Buying and selling. He said to Mr. Omar, I have a family I have needs. I need money. I need to look after the needs of my family. Where do you expect me to meet these needs from have to work. And so I'm rhodiola one who said that's a fair

And we said to them, where are you going? The reply that Abubakar has given us all of this to take with us back home. So we're going to take it. He said, No, you're not. You can't take a single thing. I won't allow it.
They said the halifa has given us permission. This is the support that he's giving us. He said no. He said this is something which we used to do before. We don't do it anymore. not giving you any support. You can't take anything. None of it belongs to you. And so they went back to Abu Bakr and they complained about Omar and Omar came with them as well. They said you want the relief of the Muslims. And you told us we could take this one. This man Omar, who's not a believer now says that we can't. So Abu Bakr said, if he says no, then it's a no.
If Omar says no, it's a no. So they said to him, who's the halifa you owe him? And Abu Bakr said, By Allah, how do you want to be halifa he could have been so happy he wanted to be halifa he could have been so because when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam died, and Abu Bakr came along with Abu Zubaydah and Omar to the answer, and he was speaking about the halifa Abu Bakr said, choose one of these two men to be your halifa either Omar, Abu Zubaydah. soboba, is saying if he wanted to be the halifa, he could have stepped up and said, Yes, I'll be the halifa and he would have become the Khalifa. But instead, Omar said no, there is no one more worthy than Abu Bakar. And then the Muslims
gave the pledge to Abu Bakar rhodiola. But it shows you the measure of the man. And it shows you as well that he wasn't afraid. He wasn't afraid to do something that was unpopular, if he thought that it was the truth, if he thought that it was in the interest of Islam and the Muslims. He said Who told you it's the Sunnah Abu Musashi, he said I heard the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam say that when you come you seek permission three times. If you're granted permission you enter otherwise we leave.

known for his fear of Allah subhanho wa Taala, known for his abstinence from the dunya, known for his humbleness and his humility. He was walking once with Saudi Arabia walk past the unlock one, another famous companion, one of the 10 that was promised paradise. They were working on an old woman came. And she said to Omar, Omar, you haven't given me my rights. And she began to complain to him. She was poor, she was needy, she began to complain to him, tell him about everything that she had problems with. And as Emma was listening to this old poor woman complained, he began to cry. And he began to cry and cry until he was crying profusely. And the woman continued, even though her
mother is crying in front of her, she continued, and so sad to be what was said to the woman Enough, enough, don't you see what you've done to him? He said, What's your issue? How was it resolved? He said, I came to complain about my wife, speaking to me in an improper way. But I came to your house and I find that your wife does the same thing. So I thought to myself, if this is the wife of the leader of the Muslims than more about me, and so I'm gonna do a lot more and you smiled. And he said to him, that she cooks my food, she washes my clothes, and she helps me with my affairs. So I am patient in this affair.

allowed me to die, take my soul away and allow me to be martyred within the city of Medina. Some of the companions when they heard his duality said, Medina is a Muslim of citizens Muslim land, how will you be martyred? There's no fighting. There's no battles there. There's no war there. How can you be martyred in the middle of the capital of the Muslim world?

This, I wouldn't say is the biography of Rama, because it's not the biography. But it is a glimpse at the life of this great individual over the long run. And it is really the duty of every single Muslim, to go back and to look at his life,
to read and study his biography. Because there are so many things that we should know from his life. And he is one of the foremost role models that we as Muslims should have. But we as Muslims should also be giving to our wives and our children and to our community. But the problem is because we don't know about his life, we can't take him as a role model. And this is where we, collectively as Muslims are falling short. It is our duty to go back and to look at his life to benefit from that life to take lessons from him for the long run and the life that he had. And then to see where we as a community and as Muslims are falling short and going wrong. May Allah subhanho wa Taala allow us
to go back to the Sunnah of our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam implemented according to the understanding of the companions of the Allahu anhu and may He resurrected
