Allah subhanho wa Taala
blessed me to be guided into Islam,
by a person named Mohammed, of the rock man from Egypt.
Just the name itself caught my attention. When I met this man, my friend from Egypt,
his name is Mohammed.
That's the Muslims. Oh, and you know what they do.
But the more I began to learn about the person that I knew named Mohammed, and the more he spoke about the one he was named for, Russell, Mustapha, Mohammed.
The more I began to really believe that such a person lived, breathed
and preached a message, a beautiful message of the unity of God, and the salvation of mankind.
I never thought that I would be a Muslim.
In fact, I was trying to convert a Muslim to become a Christian.
That was my idea.
After I entered into Islam, the hamdulillah
there was something that was told.
One of the Muslim Brothers told me that if you don't love Mohammed,
more than anybody else, you can't be a Muslim.
I said what?
He said, You have to love Mohammed Salah while with Salaam more than anybody, even your mother, even your father, even yourself.
I said, Really? I said, Yes.
He said, Do you love him more than anybody else? I said, I really I don't I can't say that. Because I don't know much about him.
So, right then and there, I decided I need to learn about Muhammad Sallallahu wasallam.
Because in my former Christian religion,
I loved Jesus. And I saw them very much.
But I didn't really know anything about him. Not really. Oh, I you know, I've heard people say things, I know, quotes that people attached to him, but to really, to really know
with testable evidence.
There really isn't anything for Jesus until
you come to this book. The Koran is the only the last and the only revelation of a law that still exists on the planet today, in the original form,
original language and no changes. We know that we talked about that before.
But
for us as Muslims
it's a lot more than just the book.
It represents a lot of speech. And it represents what Mohammed slash Salaam brought because he's the one who said it.
So I began to read.
But all I could find was three books. One written by somebody not Muslim, a nice book, but it's written by somebody, not even a Muslim.
Another book
that was written by somebody who had a hard time, I think, translating to English.
And the third one is basically I think, written by somebody that hates this loud.
That was almost 20 years ago.
Now today, I visited the bazaar.
And I went through the bookshops that are here, I found so many excellent books about our Prophet sallallahu wasallam. I'm very happy to tell you that there are excellent works right here that you can take home with you. And I hope you do.
But at that time, we didn't have it. So I had to go to some of the scholars. The same problem comes again about language. 20 years ago, in the United States, we really didn't have a lot of scholars who could speak good English, or understood how to explain to us.
Today, one of our best scholars on our new TV website, for guidance TV,
is located in Abu Dhabi.
His English is better than money.
So it was a lot harder than than it is now.
But it's still the same message. Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. The more you know about him,
the more you realize how you want to be like him.
kind, gentle, quiet, contemplative, sincere, honest, truthful, keeps the trust brings the families together, so many wonderful things that we know about him as a human being.
So a few years ago,
and you remember the incident
in one country, some people published cartoons,
very stupid cartoons.
Trying to insult our Prophet sallallahu wasallam.
We went there, my wife and I, my daughters,
and about 100 other people connected with the Islam channel in the UK.
We put on an eight hour program, starting in the morning going through the day, we brought speakers like Dr. Jamal by the way the sister Yvonne Ridley, if you remember her great works that she did to help people don't know more about the women in Islam
and a number of other speakers.
And I saw the best effort from the Muslims really it was beautiful effort.
Because no matter what they said, the Muslims were gentle, kind, truthful, like the way we're supposed to be.
And when I was outside in the lobby playing with the children that happens to be one of the things I love to do
the photograph or is the people that photo journalists, they call them
what's taking my picture.
For hours, just kept taking my picture taking my period also why they take my picture, and I'm playing with the kids are like this, you know?
Now, we answered all their questions afterwards. We had question answer. We answered the questions.
When we were done.
We fed them. We had a very lovely meal for them. These are photo journalists, journalists, reporters, you know, media people, politicians, trying to let them understand why we feel so strong about our beloved Nabi sallallahu wasallam.
The next morning, as we were writing in the

I pick up the newspaper.
They have an English newspaper there in that country, open it up.
And whose picture is on the front page?
And what did I look like? Out of all that?

It's not Muslims. I said, What? Some people in Arizona, United States, they own something called prophet of Islam, and they want to sell it for money. They just want the money. They don't care who gets it.
They're going to sell it to the highest bidder.
I said, Oh, no.
Now the name alone at that time. At that time, with all the focus in the news about the prophet of Islam.
Google ads
and the websites that value the name a domain name. With estimated between one, two or $3 million.
How can I do that? I have trouble paying for the websites. I have it $10 a piece every year.
I have about 3000 of them now.
I said let me try it. I picked up the telephone.
I listened to him and Arizona. I can recognize that accent. I said How are y'all doing?

We ran into another problem though. Some people are putting up websites talking about Mohammed Sai Salaam,
quoting Hadith, but they say it the wrong way. And they give the wrong translation of certain words, and they're calling to something crazy.
telling you that you have to hate everybody except Muslims. You have to kill Jews and Christians. It really it plays right into the hands of those who want to attack Islam even more.
So again, we started talking with some of the groups that work with us, for instance, Islam online.net. Some of you know that that's for use of car debris. Also with Islam channel in UK, who the TV and peace TV, in India, all of us working together, how can we make this better? So then we started making TV shows
about the prophet SAW Salaam
and Dr. yasir Qadhi and some of the others. You see them here today, say Reggie, and so many more, have done an excellent job in English to get the message out.
What's important for you and I to know is this is not a one man show.
This is not just okay, they did it. I don't have to do any work. You who are listening to me today,
now have a responsibility.

You're not there yet. And when the media, the news, and the politicians and the preachers of other religions and preachers of hate, are saying what they're saying about our beloved will be talking against his family, talking against his companions, talking against Islam itself talking against this
talking against the law, and you said and you do nothing.
So what will this dunya
benefit you? What will this dunya benefit you if you don't do this
for a loan is messenger.
So basically my talk is to stimulate
and wake us up.
And listen closely to what we're going to learn today about our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
Never on this planet
walked such a person as Muhammad Sallallahu wasallam. We love all the profits very much, we put them up very high. In fact, we put all the profits way above us, no doubt. But we never put them in the area of being a god or a son of a god.
But even of all of the profits,

And one person I know them, they converted to Islam, by the way, we give them Shahada.
And after they made Shahada, one day, they were talking to us and they said I had a dream last night. Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi salam was in the dream. We said okay.
Said and use this this was in the dream tour said what? I'm not a prophet. Was this said no. You came up to Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and you said, it's Mohammed Salaam, and you grabbed him.
Like, what? The story? He said, You grabbed him and you're hugging him and hugging him.
I said, Really? He said, Yeah, was just a dream.
I said, By the way, what did prophets Salaam do? What did he say? He said nothing. He just smiled and looked at you. Oh,

We're told in the Quran to say the salams on our prophets Allah why no, Salam.

That was really hard, because those characters they're confusing, you know, I don't know if you know, Greek, but it's weird. Greek to me, anyway.
Then I come to know that Oh, by the way, actually, Jesus language was a form of Hebrew called Aramaic, a form of Semitic language called Aramaic.
And I had no clue what that was. So I tried to learn Hebrew. Now all along the way I'm taking okay interlinear Bible. I don't know if you know what that is. That's when you
Have the word in English and under, it'll have the word encoding in Greek. And you can look it up.

There's a whole lot of interpolation. Because if you look over here, though, same exact word means one thing, but over here, it means something else.
And then statements that people say about the Bible are not true.
If I quote to you from what we have in the Quran, I can quote it to you in the Arabic language. But how many people do you know that can quote the Bible in the original Aramaic of the New Testament or ancient Hebrew, the Old Testament? Not very many people, right?
But I want you to look, while you're standing right there, get wrong. look around this room right here. Now, I don't know most of these people, some of them know me from TV or something like that, but they don't really know me.
But
if I open this book, on any page, and I start quoting out of this thing, believe it or not, they will know if I'm making mistakes. There'll be somebody in this room that can tell you not to mistake you said it wrong. But I'm just gonna go to the first page.
