Sometimes people rush to purchase brand name clothes or cars or to live in certain cities only because they want the social prestige that comes with it. The cool factor in their eyes to be seen a certain way, it might make them think that they're good. And for some people, unfortunately, they think they're the best of people, they may look down on others. Other people may rush to get degrees for the sake of showing off their intellect, or to get fame and following online and to influence and it makes them feel some kind of subconscious need for validation is filled from others. Or perhaps some people might think that they

are better than others or the best.
