academic, he's an author. He's a research scholar. He's a Harvard grad, and we're honored to have him as well as an instructor, and of course, our Director of Academic Affairs at a mugger. But for now,

let's jump in day number one Bismillah es Salaam aleikum wa rahmatullah chef Salam and honey are you doing today?

people's lives and many Muslims live, so we want to re explore them the greatest days of the year. So we'll begin with that inshallah. of a young man who was told as he was taking his last breath, who was told to say the words La Ilaha, Illa. Allah.

These words right now as you are listening to this, you can see them so many times, and you barely have to put in physical effort to La ilaha illa. Your tongue has to move your lips barely are impacted by this La ilaha illAllah. A very light but very heavy phrase. He didn't respond, but he continued to talk he could speak, he heard them. So they said to him, they said c'est la ilaha illAllah. They tried after a while he refused. They asked him a number of other things. They talked about other things as he's bleeding out, and they asked him one last time for the third time, just in case c'est la isla line he refused, he could not. And he said other things. And then he started

to confess some of his major sins that no one knew about amongst his friends. Amongst his mentors, he confessed to a very grave grave grave sin. They had been committing for a number of months, and then he died in that state. Now what happened to him that he could not utter the phrase that you are uttering right now that's so easy for you, La ilaha illa Allah, what happened to this young man who's strong in his body? 2021 years old, a college student, who could not c'est la ilaha illallah wa, a phrase that seems to be so light and easy on the tongue that anyone can say it at any time as though it's guaranteed. Why is this phrase so important? What does it mean to you? What does it mean

in general? And how important is it? The Shahada. This is our first session in sha Allah Tala, the shahada is recited several dozen times a day by 2 billion Muslims all around the world. And in Arabic, the shahada literally means the testimony, you're testifying to something. This is why for example, we have many people here who converted to Islam Alhamdulillah we are all the descendants of converts going back to the time of the companions, the concept of converting to Islam, embracing Islam and submitting to Allah we see La Ilaha

And many Muslims around the world despite the fact that there are 2 billion Muslims, we say this phrase and at times we forget what it actually means at times we don't even know how valuable and precious it is how liberating it can be. This one phrase if you are to study and remind yourself of it and remind others of it can be the most liberating human experience possible. And this is why we start by saying a shadow on La ilaha illallah wa shadow anna Muhammad Rasulullah I testify I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah. And I testify bear witness that Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa

sallam peace be upon him is His servant and final messenger. Today we will cover part one of this shahada we will cover the first part, I shall do Allah Allah Allah Allah is what we are covering today in sha Allah. Now if we were to start we would start by saying, as shall do hola hola. Hello. Let's break it down linguistically, I testify bear witness. You're negating first negating everything that is wrong. La Isla there is no deity worthy abortion in Lemoore except promo. So there's negation and there's affirmation here you're affirming the truth. But first you are negating everything that is wrong, all types of idols, all types of falsehoods. Why Allah Allah and Allah,

what is the purpose of creation other than La ilaha illAllah. This is called the Kalima the phrase or the word. This is why the prophets were sent, they were sent with La Ilaha illa Allah this is why human beings were created with free will, with ability to decide to choose good or evil. This is why Allah subhanaw taala, the Creator of the heavens and the earth who made this world is fine, tuned designed universe, with all of its signs and it's clear ability to sustain life evident in every single human being in every human experience. Allah subhanaw taala gave us as well as lacking the ability to reason the intellect with that heart that you have the you're tested with. So that when a

prophet is sent with a message that people are able to receive it because they are sincere, and those who reject it or not to May Allah subhanaw taala protect us the words La ilaha illa. Allah, if you've ever had a child, and you looked into what you were supposed to do, you know that one of the first things that happens is you're supposed to, for example, express the event in unsafe the other hand, gently, of course, in the ear of the newborn child. And so when you're carrying that child in many hospitals, they're aware that some parents have religious beliefs. So they will want to say a certain prayer certain thing. For example, here in Dearborn, Michigan, we have a handle a large

Muslim community. And so when you have a child in the hospital, generally they're used to seeing this. And so one of the nurses when we had our daughter, one of the nurses said, I know you perhaps want to say a prayer said yes, absolutely. And so they understand how important this is to us. What do you say with this prayer? You start with testifying Allah subhanaw taala is greatness Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. And you express as well and you enunciate a shadow Allah, Allah, Allah, you're, you're saying the event to a newborn child that has no idea, no idea what it is that you're actually saying. But you're enunciating something that's so powerful. And this is a sunnah from the Prophet

sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Now, when you convert to Islam, we have many converts here, whether from the last few weeks, the last few months or the last 10 years, may Allah bless you and keep your steadfast. You know, you remember how important it was to enunciate and understand law in law, not because of what people see not I don't mean in public, as we see in many massages that somebody is embracing Islam in public, this is a wonderful thing. But you know, you can say Allah, Allah and Allah and become Muslim long before anyone in the community sees you. And this is the reality of the human experience. And what else taking that experience of the newborn all the way to the end of

one's life? You and I know these are the last words we want to say. This is the key to Jannah This is the good word that Allah references in the Quran is Kelly man by ye but a good word is like Shujaat and for you. It's like a good tree. A good word here like a good tree, meaning La ilaha illallah extends out with its branches. You are living upon La Ilaha illa Allah as a Muslim, and therefore there should be a lot of goodness extending out for me, benefiting people throughout the year, but as well Yeah, Illa Illa Allah like the tree when you are strong in your faith, you are rooted deep, strong, firm roots. So when there are winds and there are ideologies and there are

trends and there's pressure and societal pressure, family pressure, liberalism, whatever it may be, you are strong because of the strength of your iman your roots are deep into the ground, you're connected to the truth and the reality of Allah subhanaw taala it is the greatest supplication you can say. It is Afflalo in Dec La ilaha illa. Allah, you and I live upon it and I pray to Allah we die upon it. It is a key to Jannah Prophet Musa alayhis salam Moses, like the other prophets, they were all sent to their people to teach them La Ilaha illa Allah this is the foundation of the similarity between 124,000 prophets now

When you say La la la, la la la you're thinking what to Allah is our praise, that Allah has to be worshipped alone, that to Allah belong the greatest names and

attributes. That Allah's reality encompasses every experience you have with every family member with every friend with every breath that you take our entire lives and the experience of death, our every heartbeat and our very breath, the breath you are taking right now that you're using to say Allah, Allah, Allah, Allah, and Allah is with you, wherever you are. the wisest of the wise brothers and sisters. law law means no one deserves to be worshipped except the law. Nothing is worthy of having the status of being a deity of being worshipped as a deed except a loss of panel data. And that requires all of us to make sacrifices to sacrifice our desires. When we say law in law, for the one the Creator Allah subhanaw taala, for there is none like him. One time I'll share with you a story. This was very inspirational for me, there was an Imam and as he was driving with a passenger with a brother, as the Imam is driving, he was saying law, law, law law, either in law, law law, in the law, there's no deity worthy of worship except the

lawn. And then they got to an area where, because of the winds and the storm the day before there was a branch in the road, and this is a street, a residential street. So what did he do? And as I hear the story, I'm just I'm just so moved because I remember the saying of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam out the branches of Eman. Al Eman will build on WhatsApp Verona. And it's a reminder for us to look for these branches of humanity to work towards Allah subhanaw taala is pleasure, La ilaha illa Allah, how do people know this is true? If a non Muslim were to ask you how do you know law in law in the law, it starts in the heart. It's not about you being the most intelligent person with the most degrees or any of that know put that to the side. You can have all the degrees in the world and

if you are arrogance, then the evidence does not mean anything to you can have all the knowledge that you want of information. And if it's in your mind, but your heart is blocked from the truth then there is no benefit and you will reject everything that comes to me Allah

Protect this La Ilaha illa Allah starts as a reality with a sincere heart that your heart is in accordance with what it was born upon the spiritual heart meaning. So it was born upon what the fitrah the natural disposition that all human beings have. All human beings when they are born have a pure state. This doesn't mean Islam as a religion or a pure state of monotheism, the fitrah that knows if you leave it alone for a couple of years, it recognizes the child gets older, there is a Creator, there is a God, everything around us was created for a purpose. Every breath you take, when you study the cell, when you study DNA, you realize there is a designer there is a Creator, there's

a muscle where there is the merciful, there is a purpose to all of this, the heart knows the fitrah knows in times of hardship to call upon God, and even some of the most arrogant people have confessed that in times of extreme need, they turned to God for the first time. And then they went back to what they were doing before when Allah subhanaw taala gave them a way out. This is a rational proof for the fitrah the heart knows there's a purpose to life, there is a reality of objective morality, if there's a goodness, that should be timeless and defined. And Allah subhanaw taala promised this, every prophet that was sent, they were sent will begin at with proofs. So there

is no concept of blind faith. Why? Why do we need proofs? Why do we say we don't have blind faith as Muslims? Because if everyone claimed to be a prophet, if anyone sorry, could claim to be a prophet? How would you distinguish a real profit from an imposter? A prophet and a B from a Dogen? A false messenger? No, Allah sent them subhanaw taala with clear proofs, so the heart that is sincere and the mind looks at the evidence and says that's a prophet I have to accept, I will follow I will do what Allah subhanaw taala has told me to do. And these prophets are not asking for anything for themselves anything worldly. They are calling people for their own salvation, La ilaha illa. Every

prophet and messenger came with a message and evidence and Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi salam had the final message, the final miracle, that clear evidence for any human being in the modern world today who's looking for the truth? Who wants La Ilaha Lama who wants that reality? They look at the evidence of the miraculous nature of the Quran and they realize that Illa Illa, Allah is a reality. We ask Allah subhanaw taala to make us amongst the people of La La La to die upon it. When do you say it from the time you woke up today? To this present moment? If you are thinking about your children, you're thinking about maybe your parents or your spouse or you live alone, and you

try to keep track, you will realize if you're learning the sooner you're learning what the Prophet salallahu Salam used to do, you realize there are many situations where you say La Ilaha illa Allah, what are some of these situations? For example, we already mentioned, when someone embraces Islam and they realize La ilaha illa. Allah, they realize this is the true religion. I want to follow the truth. They say law in law, they embrace Islam. And when a child who is raised by Muslim parents reaches an age of accountability, that age of puberty, eventually as they're learning, reading Quran, eventually they're saying law in law with more mindfulness, more consciousness. One time

there was a young college student, first year in college, he said, I grew up Muslim, but I never really appreciated Islam. And I didn't understand how great it was how important it was until I went for Umrah. He said, When I went to an ombre, the experience that I had was so powerful, so overwhelming, I started to believe in La Ilaha illa Allah as the most precious thing in the universe, I felt it sincerely in my heart. And I started to say and I said it in a way that I never experienced before of sweetness of Iman and that was with one trip to Mecca and to Medina. And I ask Allah Subhana Allah to grant us all and accepted Hajj and accepted the Ramadan a blessing voyage by

share something that a lot of people don't know, which is that La ilaha illallah has conditions. La ilaha illallah has showroom conditions, what does that mean show truth and conditions? The reality of la ilaha illa Allah is that it's not just a statement on the tongue. Yes, we say La ilaha illallah we want it to be something that you know, is constantly there we are not forgetful, we are living upon it, it becomes a habit in our lives. But Illa Illa Allah also has many conditions and I will go through them quickly in sha Allah Who to Allah number one for those who are writing notes, and they will come back to some of the questions that I saw here, about the long road trip and other

trips in shallow data. But for now, in the LA Italia, let's emphasize what it means to say La ilaha illallah what are the conditions for it number one, knowledge. And I just want to say this, if you are sincere in wanting to live upon that in a lot and to reinforce it, we don't have an excuse anymore. And the fact that we keep seeing the same students over and over and over in every class Ma sha Allah may Allah bless them all and reward them and new students coming in for every class, especially on site as well. May Allah bless you and reward you knowledge, knowledge will reinforce your Shahada. Number two is certainty. When you say La Ilaha illa Allah, what are you saying in terms of certainty? I'll give you an example. There is a man who converted to Islam from Christianity, when he started to study the life of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa

sallam. And then he heard this hadith that whoever bears witness that there is no true God except Allah no one worthy worship except Allah with no partners. And then Mohammed is his slave and messenger and that Raisa Jesus is his slave and messenger and that he Jesus is His Word which he communicated to Madame Alia Salaam and his spirit which he sent to her, and that Jana is true and hellfire, true, Allah will make him intragenic accepting whatever deeds he accomplished, he said, I say this with all certainty. I see this with all certainty. You know, the Prophet gave you good news Salallahu Salam, everyone who is here, and everyone who hears later, this hadith, the Prophet

sallallahu alayhi salam told Abu Hodeidah, oh Abu Huraira go forth and whoever you meet, who testifies with conviction basically tell people this, whoever you meet who testifies with conviction in his heart, that there is no God worthy of worship, but Allah, I'll give that person the glad tidings of Jannah. The certainty that you have comes with knowing the truth and being sincere. And this brings us to point number three the third condition is sincerity and slip we combine to overhear sincerity loss and slit truthfulness. You look at the stories of the prophets, these are not stories of entertainment, these are stories so we learn theology, reality, lessons of law, the law is law through the stories, every story of every prophet and messenger and every good person mentioned the Quran and also the evil people referenced in the Quran, is so that you and I can live better upon that in a lot. Every story

in the Quran is there for you to know the reality of la ilaha illa Allah and to live upon it, and to distinguish it from everything that is false everything that is wrong, La ilaha illallah is liberation law is your light it is your salvation. By the way, the story that you Valley salaam, we have this Al Hamdulillah on our platform of faith essentials. And Hannah recorded these courses. The point here is take advantage and learn the stories and learn the lessons from them. So you can

be reinforced in La Ilaha illa Allah number six another condition and these are not in any particular order. And these are not exhaustive there are more is acceptance, when you say La Ilaha illa Allah that you accept this reality, you accept it in your heart, on your tongue, and you live upon it. And we have so many stories of what it means for you to say law law and what it's going to lead to in the in the next life. But everyday you stand to pray. Why? Because you want some kind of falling on some kind of thing. That's embarrassing for the human being to do, we should have a high standard, but everything needs to be public, and especially your acts of worship and some of the blessings that Allah has given you keep some things private. And in fact, you're supposed to make private as many of your good deeds as possible. May Allah protect us. The question is what do people worship today?

Most most Western nations today are seeing a rise in desire worship. The idol now for many people, or a terminator for the Allahu Hawa is desire worship people put their desires

on a pedestal and see whatever makes me happy. That's what I will pursue. And that's what society should accept. If you don't accept it, you don't agree with it. You are intolerant, when in reality, this is a type of self worship, you're worshiping your neffs and your power. And this is also a rejection and intolerance towards everything that is around you of goodness that will help you remind you and move you back to what is true law. Elon was the greatest advocate why? Because it purifies the heart internally, and it changes you externally and therefore changes society for the better, you cannot become the greatest possible version of yourself without the law, you cannot

When you are resurrected for the Day of Resurrection, the Prophet sallallahu

Arneson told us wherever it testifies, now you know why Mohammed rasool Allah, Allah will forbid that person from the fire and Allah will guarantee them Jana brothers and sisters are summarized with this. Take the shahada as your best friend in this world, as your closest companion for it will never abandon you ticket as your salvation for it will liberate you. It is your light, it is your relief. It is your healing, it is your joy. It is your breath. It is what motivates you to do acts of worship and not to hesitate when it comes to prayer when it comes to helping others when it comes to charity when it comes to fasting. And Allah Subhana Allah promises that He will protect you and

liberate you reward you and elevate you, the shahada in your heart, and you will find that your actions will follow and into the grave, your shahada will follow you and because you lived upon it, and you did not abandon it, it will not to abandon you. And when you are resurrected, and you will see darkness and you will see hardship and you'll see fear in many people's experiences, you will be safe, you will be happy and you will be relieved because of la ilaha illa, Allah, La, la La, la La, la, we ask Allah subhanaw taala to allow us to live our partner in law to understand it, and to have sincerely uncertainty with it and to share it with others as well as many people as possible. And to

April 2023 And I want to share something so exciting with you. So I want to this family family Yasmina

These are beautiful people children. Six weeks ago, I was super Yasmina. Six weeks ago Yasmina was living in a tent in minus temperatures minus it was minus 20 degrees. Six weeks ago, these children were begging in the streets, bless them. They had no food and they had no home.

Now let's fast forward six weeks or so I'm back here in Afghanistan. I'm back here Yasmina. And I want to share something so exciting with you. She has now moved. So what we've done is that the first thing we did is that we gave her a business. This is one of interventions of working because I want to tell you how her life has changed. We gave Yasmin her business. The Fast Track. Six weeks on she is now buying food for her family. She's now paying rent to the new accommodation. She's moved out of a 10. And the most amazing thing which is so beautiful that these children are no longer begging. They're actually in the madrasa. They're actually studying the next generation so we've

broken a cycle of poverty, Yasmina what she's doing, she's providing for our entire family. So well this just goes to show that if you invest in a woman is the quickest way to break the cycle of poverty. The quickest way to change it

is a drip feed donation after donation after donation monthly give a one off donation and help these women out of the poverty trap because when they stand on their feet, they are hard working and they will bill make it work and they were better than the family and the community is the best way guys we are changing lives in Afghanistan. on these special days, especially, to allow us to speak about the plight of our brothers and sisters are not 100 days, it's always an honor to be here and share the platform with your sabbatical AFRICOM. And everyone who's still on the call as well. I imagine that it was got things to do, but you've stayed. So buckle up, we come to you for staying as well. And apologies for the video being a little bit sort of have a bit of a disrupted quality. Unfortunately, we weren't able to mitigate that. But by the way, come again for staying, I'm gonna go straight into why we're here in sha Allah Subhan Allah, we're in the days of the HIPAA. And I personally am one of those people who when I

reflect upon these recording recorded like, truth is it's truth, right? Because the things that happened in our Islamic history, I have to also bring some sort of like, draw parallels into the world that we're living in today. And I can't help but think that in these days, we think about the greatest sacrifices that our parents ever been asked to make. And that the greatest moment of trust that a person's had to put in Allah that Allah to help will come. Those are two things that I really get out these days of the ledger from the stories of Abraham Elisa Lam. It's very nice, I'm hydrolate, salam, and all the things that they had to endure their challenges, their tests, and then

I look at what's happening in the world today, and I'm a fundraiser. So I'm very much at the forefront I see all the time. And I see our mothers in Afghanistan, I'm gonna focus on the first time because we saw the video that one has and what they're going through, and the sacrifices that they're also being asked to make. There are very, very, indeed, painful sacrifices that neither you or I would ever be able to bear. They are being asked to sacrifice if not their child themselves. In order to save the other children. They're being asked to sacrifice their bodies. There's an entire village where they're being asked, they are smaller, they are being forced to sacrifice parts of

their body organs, is a huge sacrifice as you can you imagine that a parent would ever be asked to mate and they're still being asked to make it here and now in the 20th century span that and then you've got Pinilla, you've got parents who are smiling, I want to start as you know, it's been back to back invasions and occupations and war. So majority of the women that are put on women work with their actually widows and widowers families. These are women who have no one else to call to turn upon or to, to protect them. But Allah no one else. And they just like hydrolate salon when she was racing between Saba and Mariah, I think of my sisters, my brothers in in Afghanistan, how they are

also in their own way, clinging to that rope of Allah, and asking Allah, what is your help and accom, please help us they're trusting in Him. They're still saying they're likely to hate Allah, they're not giving up on that at all. They're not going to lose their belief, because of their challenges. But the help is you and I, that help that they call it alpha is una. And so I forgot him. And what we're trying to do in Sharla, today is to try our best that yes, we can give them a course little handout, we give what Barney and we think, Okay, that's great. But you know, Spanner, the reality is Urbani period, for many people across the world is the only time they're going to

have meat, the only time they will actually have meat in the whole year. And a lot of time that providing meat isn't even fresh meat, a lot of the time it has to be canned in order to get it shipped to them and to be delivered to them. So that's the only time they're going to have meat, and it's the only time that they're going to have it. What we have a lot of women want to do is actually break that cycle, we want to give the sister, our mother, the ability to be able to provide for herself so that she's not in a queue for next year for the next little Barney to take them out of the queue in sha Allah, that's what we're here to do. We can do that. We've been doing this already

100 landeck. Many people are probably familiar with me asking and making this plea. But I'm really, really proud to do so because Subhan Allah, we've helped 300 women so far with this project, of breaking the cycle of poverty, giving them a business, that will mean that they are income, or the income generators themselves, they have their own business. They're not they're out of the queue, another sister can come and you can help that sister instead. So we've done that we've helped 300 Sisters, and off the 300 sisters full transparency, only three of those businesses have not successfully lifted off the ground, all the others are doing a thriving three habit. And the reason

why I'll be honest with you two of them is because the government has changed the rules about what kind of businesses are allowed. So their businesses had to be shut down. And we're now looking at a different ways to help those Sisters is that kind of turned the project around, they're not going to be left at all, we're going to pick them up in another way which is going to pivot and then the third sister, she was relying upon a family member who wasn't capable of looking after the product of the business for her. So again, we're going to look at who we can help put in place instead of that family member. So again, complete transparency, we're not going to let the sister down,

inshallah we can bring that that success rate up to 100%. But right now is that 95% It's an amazing projects and 95% of people who've helped broken the cycle of poverty, they are earning 100 to 200 pounds a month. As part of last their rent their food their children can eat, go to school, they can get medicine, anything they need everything, all their needs are met by this one payment that you can make in sha Allah and if you're listening, you're thinking how can we help? How can we support How can we be the answer to that to us? How can we be like Oh,

Our mother hydrated Islam and these days we think of her to add that she made Oh Allah please help me and then it rubra Elise around payment he was the answer to her when he brought brought upon something What are we going to do that can be a lasting impact for her as well each other, our mothers each other, you have the ability to do that. And our time is short so I'm gonna go straight into the ASCII chart Allah there's a link that you can go to you can donate, I would plead with you all in these days. Yes Give you a lot of money but also think how can I lift and break the cycle in sha Allah How can we break the cycle give as much as you can, it's 1000 pounds to complete the lift

the sister of poverty 1000 pound or one off payment. Remember, she's no longer in the queue next year Kobani she won't need you, she'll be able to provide her children her own food inshallah. She'll be able to the entire year round not just by next year, but it literally from as soon as the business itself is happening. And as you saw in the video, unfortunately bigger didn't wasn't very clear in volume, but within six weeks, from the first visit to the six weeks later, the sister is earning money and she's she's literally thriving hamdulillah she's not in a tent, she can pay rent, she can have a roof over our head. That's safety, security, and it's preventing them from making

sacrifices. And this period when we think about sacrifices were never been good Inshallah, Allah is never going to ask us to make such sacrifices. But these are parents who are having to make such sacrifices, let's be that voice that helps them Inshallah, here's them their voice I'm here Angela to be the voice for the voiceless. But please, let us be those people who come forward and help them in sha Allah and lift them out of poverty is 1000 pounds you can do that inshallah you can give any amount you can break it down, you can give 100 pounds a month, over 10 months if you want to, or you just want to make a one off donation. You know, honestly, all the Allah knows what He has blessed

you with what your what's what's your what's in your means, what's in your capacity, what's in your bank account, you can give any small amount that the link on LaunchCode does have several different price handles that you can commit to, but give any amount in Sharla every 1000 that we raise, and Sharla if it's not allocated to a food pack, we will give it to a sister and lift them completely out of poverty, her and her family so she doesn't have to give up her body which is horrendous but it's happening and it's wise for one woman was set up it was to provide safe a to women by women. So women are at the frontline delivering and there's no interaction with men, so there's no chance of

them being sexually exploited. There's prevented children being sacrificed being sold. And it's also ensuring that the the family stays together as Pineland they can survive, and more importantly, that they had their dignity intact. So this is my plea to you on behalf of forgotten women, please give as much as you can in these days. Where as Schiff said that the spotlight this is your last date and no one not a loved one. Nobody knows. Do it with the sincerity of light and the law. This may be my last deed please yeah, like accept it from me, like Ibrahim alayhi salam did as he was building the Kaaba Subhan Allah so many brothers sisters are in Mecca right now. And they are circumambulate in

the Kaaba that is still there, here and now spawn, I always find it beautiful to think that the action that they took those many years ago is still having a huge impact is the most profound impacted all of our lives as a Muslim Spartan. But what they said was really, really profound, or a lot accept it or accept it. So when we do this, please do the same thing. Make your donation and say Allah accept it from me. Because only Allah can accept your problem with an only Allah will allow it to be a means of our salvation, I will insist that help will come to them, whether it's through you and eyes, our choice, whether it be from someone else, allowable places like that, he really will

Is that gonna look sad? Yeah, it's such an honor to have you back with us. such a beautiful thing, but to be able to give them the ability to feed themselves and the ability to feed their families and to have that confidence and that dignity. It's something so beautiful, to be able to help in any small way. I encourage you guys all to do so. And I know shifts in demand did say that you had something you wanted to share in sha Allah as well. So I want to pass the stage to Jeff, and shot Alicia, just back off here for staying with us. For those who don't know, not every charity is the same. The impact of the charity

varies. And one of the things we're constantly reminding people it's about a charity that impacts structures. So it brings about a lot of other types of changes. You can give someone who is struggling, you can give them some money to help them for the week. You can give somebody who's struggling. Food you can give them meat at hamdulillah it's an act of worship, your charity will be rewarded accepted by Allah. But imagine the reality of empowering

someone to be able to work protecting them from being exploited and from harm and giving, giving them not just the ability and talent to continue to sustain themselves by the blessings of Allah, but also all the good that they do, and the empowerment that they pass on to others and the children that they are able to raise, and the fact that you're protecting them from some, some great harm that comes about the charity cannot be compared to the one in which you just gave someone the money that they needed for the week. And so I actually was not aware of what would be mentioned today. And I had the lecture prepared before this, even about the topic of charity that we had mentioned at the

end. But I cannot imagine anyone who is listening to this right now live and wanting to practice law in the moment and see an opportunity, just rejecting it without reason without reason. And so if you are able to install on top and take advantage, this is one of the greatest acts of worship because it leads to structural change. And also these are the days of the hijab, this is exactly what we are talking about when you have an opportunity to live upon that and look externally take advantage of the opportunity to race to Allah's pleasure, your race for the keys of Jannah and may Allah subhanaw taala alleviate the affairs of our brothers and sisters in every land in every place and make us a

means of changing the world. Take advantage of this I urge you don't forget about it. loss of hard data. And so he found reflections in that book that he had not read in a previous book. The names and attributes of Allah bring you closer to him. It motivates you softens your heart brings about change in your character, the way you treat your family, other people the acts of worship that you do. So learn who Allah is and you will start to know who more of who you actually aren't what you're supposed to be doing.
