You Never Really Know…

I don't know who needs to hear this right now. But if there's someone that you haven't spoken to in a long time, and the only reason you haven't reached out to them is because you want them to get in touch with you first, then please reach out to them. We really don't know what someone is dealing with. Oftentimes we really don't know what someone is truly going through when it comes to their mental and emotional well being. Sometimes that one call or even one message from someone asking them how they're doing can make a really big difference for them. Life is way too short to hold grudges, and almost always, people have regretted not reaching out to someone while they had the

chance to do so. So before you do anything else, go do it. Now.
