and everything about it is a test. The good things that we go through is a test. But what I want to share with you today is how Allah subhanho wa Taala tests us as a creation. Our scholars tell us that, generally speaking tests are always in two major categories. You're the one that receives the test, we all fall at least in these two categories in some way, shape, or form. The first is, when you're going through a trial, good or bad. Scholars say the first thing to remember to reflect on and think about is your commitment towards the *tier the Islamic rules and laws that we are instructed to follow. Have you followed through with the things that Islam told you to do? through the good times? And the bad? This is the first category. And then the second category

the ultimate teach us? Is your attitude, how you react to the test? How do you feel? What are the things you're thinking about? What are the words you say, what are your actions are? What do you do when the test is happening? These two major categories, and SubhanAllah. At the end of the day, we all know where our tests come from. That everything ultimately at the end of the day is from our Creator subhanho wa taala. And that's something to feel okay and feel comfortable about. You know why?

Because a great scholar Sophia Anna Sophia Rahim, Allah once said, I am comfortable that Allah will judge me, and Allah will test me and Allah will account to me on the day of judgment. Because I prefer that Allah judges me more than my own mother and father, because he is exceptionally merciful, and forgiving more than my own parents. So when you hear that Allah subhanho wa taala, test you and you're reminded of this, and that you will go to Him we will all go back to Allah, and we will receive our results of how we performed how we reacted, how we behaved when the tests happen, then in sha Allah who are Allah, we hope and we pray that Allah subhanho wa Taala will count

us from amongst the righteous in this world, and in the hereafter Allah whom I mean, so this is the first point. Secondly, brothers and sisters,

all of us we we will experience tests in a different way. What I mean is that no two tests are the same. Like if I get sick, and somebody else gets sick, the way that we understand and internalize that moment, that sickness is very different. Every single human being handles trouble or even good times differently. And this is also captured in the Quran, where Allah subhanho wa Taala tells us, Leah Balu, accom, FEMA Telecom, that Allah subhanho wa Taala will test us based on what He has given you. So every single one of us has tests that are given to us that is unique to us. Think about it, every single human being, every single trial is unique to that individual. May Allah subhanaw taala

give us strength, and our scholars teach us that one simple way to know whether the test is going to reward you. So when you go through whatever it is you go through, will you be getting the blessings and the forgiveness and

Have mercy from Allah subhanho wa taala? Or will that moment be a punishment for that individual? May Allah azza wa jal protect us from the Allah whom I mean, the scholars tell us, it's all about how you react. If you go to the doctor, and the doctor says, we found a tumor.

We found you have cancer, you're sick, something happens to you. There are two ways to react here. The first one might react and say, How could this happen? Why would this happen? I take care of myself, I take care of my health. I do everything. How could this happen? This is the category you don't want to be in. Because immediately our other men tell us the second category. When the believers somebody who has true Eman and sincerity, may Allah make us all from amongst them. Allahumma Amin when they hear bad news, uncomfortable, they feel the discomfort they feel worried concerned, but they still react with Alhamdulillah hadoar Allahumma Shah Masha, feral if you

respond, during tough times, that oh Allah you do as you please, I trust you. Oh Allah. I can't see the wisdom in what's happening to me.

But I trust your wisdom, Oh Allah, if this is your reaction. This is a simple way to know whether that moment is going for you or against you. May Allah azza wa jal give us patience and give us strength Allahumma Amin. And so are you on a hubbub?

It will disappoint you. When somebody passes away time doesn't pause and reflect on that individual. The world continues to turn. Time continues to move

forward. It says if we were here, but at the same time we were never here. May Allah azza wa jal give us strength. It's your sujood and my sujood. It's the moment that you pause your day. And you concentrate just between you and your Creator. That's the thing that reignites you, that gives you the confidence, stability, and makes things in life make sense, even though to everyone else it doesn't. That's where you start to put things into perspective. It might look devastating, and it probably is. It might look horrible, and it probably is, but you're still able to seek or find some wisdom in it and trust your Creator.

And the thing that keeps that going is that each and every day you continue to commit yourself and perfect your prayers. I pray that Allah subhanho wa Taala accept from us our Salawat our prayers, Allah whom mean May Allah azza wa jal give us the knowledge and the strength that we continue to perfect our prayers and our worship and our devotion to Him.
