But those are the four qualities and he says Peace be upon him. Those four qualities if they're all available, good for you.
That would be wonderful.

if you focus only on any of the worldly matters, and the Prophet did not say this is not permissible. But he said that must be crowned with the quality of the piety. Muhammad Salah Salem was married to a very rich woman, and whose book married the Hadith of the Allah Anna, everybody proposed to Hadiya even of the Macan sheaves and the best use the business people before the Prophet SAW Selim his proposal was turned down because she knew that they were after her money.
But she's the one who proposed to the Prophet salaallah Salah and he accepted the proposal. It is not haram to marry somebody who's richer than you. But if she doesn't have the luck, and that piety, then that words could be a curse.
The beauty could be a curse, family power and lineage, if it is not, if it is not counted and beautified with piety could be a curse. So by the end if you find a woman
of your dream, who has all the qualities and on top of that, piety and religious commitment, go for it and do not hesitate.
