The Best of Providers

Salam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Bismillah Alhamdulillah wa salatu salam ala rasulillah Allah earlier savage Marian, we welcome everyone online and particularly our local community. I thought to record tonight's reminder from inside the masjid assuming and pretty much sure that you miss a law's house just as much as I do.

And I asked a last Jedi to preserve for us his house and allow us not to go numb and take for granted

the invitation that he extends to his house. Once this Corona

chaos is uplifted from the world, a lot of money.

So tonight's reminder is regarding our laws, words ensuited sever Allah the Most High he says, One man forgot to mean she in for her ukoliko wahoo, Ohio Rosa Kane, and there is nothing at all that you spend for his sake, except that he repays for it, except that He replaces it and re pays for it, meaning replaces it in this world

and repays you for it, with our award beyond measure in the hereafter.

And so, no person is going to be more generous than Allah subhanho wa tada by spending on his servants and spending on his cause. These are his servants, his slaves, his creation, he is their provider.

And therefore, whatever you spend on them, he will spend on you and not ask of you to pull from your own personal his personal sustenance, if you will know he will give you more for doing that than you originally had. And that is why the verse ends by saying well who are hired or Razia pain and he is the best of providers. He will provide for you when you serve his cause and spend on his cause is caused all that pleases him when you spend on that he provides for you way more than you've ever provided for his cause and his creatures. You know, my wife this afternoon shared with me that there's some sort of social media posts circulating heavily around about a woman who was stacking up

on food in a supermarket.

And apparently she was picking up the last two cartons of eggs. And as she turned away from the frigerator, she saw

someone coming for the eggs. And so she took the two that she had and split them with this fellow customer. She gave her one carton and took one carton and she said we saw each other. Exchange smiles from a distance until we got to the cashier is when she got to the cashier. She didn't see the woman anymore. And when she tried to pay with her phone, use her Apple Pay function. They told her no your transaction, we're going to have to cancel it she thought Why?

And they said someone already paid for you to realize that woman that she gave one carton of eggs for gave them extra money to pay for all of this woman's groceries. And apparently they opened their register and gave her an additional $100

I guess overpaid, she said so I broke down apparently and she she felt so overwhelmed with with emotion, from the empathy, the consideration the the generosity of this woman that I tried to chase her down outside the store and I just couldn't find her. And it's a beautiful story. And the first thing we need to say from that story is Allah is far more appreciating and far more generous with his servants who take care of his servants

than anyone could ever be. This is we must be sure about this our laws our agenda will not be outdone in his appreciation of us when we spend on his sake, and his spending on us his generosity with us when we are generous with his creation. The second thing is what this woman did here, I'm not sure if she was a Muslim or not, but is a part and parcel of the message that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam came with, not just did he say that we don't truly believe until we love for people what we love for ourselves, our brother in humanity, what we love for ourselves, but he even said some Allahu alayhi wa sallam that bless it are the people the people from the tribe

of Abu Musab Abu Musab, the famous companion is known as an HRT of almost legendary. May Allah be pleased with him. He's from that tribe, the tribe in Yemen. He said these these people they have a custom a tradition to whenever they run low on food. They bring all of their food together, they pull it together, and then they divided equally. among themselves, they split their food among themselves. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said they are of me and I am of them.

And so whoever is of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam one with the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, in his descriptions in his defining qualities, this being one of them, will certainly be one with the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, on the great day of reunion on the Day of Judgment. And so remember that in sha Allah Do not worry about spending, you don't know how much could be coming your way if we if you just spend, and you also don't know what could be averted from you what you can be protected from, if you just spend, this is a time, a time when people fear poverty, that the people of faith and conviction shine. Now laws that allow us and you to be among

those people, you found a link here probably at on the post of the live stream on the description, four hours a care committee. They're putting together baskets, by the way, for people that cannot leave their home due to need or due to health reasons or otherwise. So they're asking for sponsors to sponsor baskets at $100 a basket handler some people have stepped up but they need considering it will be ongoing and will continue to expand. It is an increased opportunity for all of us to get in on this. And also

they're looking for not just sponsors. They're looking for volunteers who can pick up and drop off these, these goods, these food items to people's doors without coming obviously in direct contact with anyone. No close proximity of course. And the third thing is if you are of someone that needs or know someone who needs do let us know so we know where the needs are. May Allah azza wa jal make us the best of his creation.
