Assalamualaikum and a very warm welcome to the philosophy of fasting Bismillah Al Rahman Rahim Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen. Well, Doctor, we're on the long journey of discovering the philosophy of fasting. We've been talking about the virtues of fasting very quickly, we're going to clear up all the virtues of fasting. And then we're going to talk about the virtues of fasting in Ramadan.

So he said, I went to the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam again, and I said, Yeah, Rasul Allah, it happened three times I joined a battle and I said to you make dua that Allah Jalla wa Ala takes me as a Shaheed as a mortal because it is the highest place in Jannah.

And you said, Oh Allah, save them. All Allah save them and all Allah provide for them.

And each time Allah returns us safely, and Allah Allah Allah provides for us, okay, so he said, Okay, tell me about something that is noble.

We need someone to defend us, of course as the day of resurrection, and there will be no one to defend us except our deeds. So

he said, Dr. Rasool Allah, when do we visit a sick person, it is too early to visit a sick person, Abu Bakr Siddiq because he used to excel and everything.
