It's to wear something that is fitted like a clothing a piece of shirt or an undershirt or an abaya or a job or boxer shorts, underwear, undergarments, stuff like that. Those are things that are not permitted to wear while

in the state of home.

And there's a Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam with regards to this, where in normal Viola Angela narrated

that a men came in said O Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam what is a pilgrim allowed to wear in terms of clothing? And the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said he must not wear an undergarment,

turban trousers, which we know as pants right in Canada we call them pants. In the UK, they call them trousers.

He cannot and must not wear

undergarments, turban trousers, a hooded cloak or leather socks unless he cannot find slippers. In such a case he can wear leather socks which should not be cut, which should be cut so as to be below the ankles. Okay.

And it is forbidden for him to wear clothing that is scented with saffron or wipes, which is a kind of plan to use for dyeing. Okay? So we can have clothing that is scented, and technically any kind of clothing that we wear Other than that, okay, and this is specifically for the men for women, they can wear their clothing that they are wearing, okay? The home for men is different than the home for women. And that is because the ruling philosopher decided for us are going to be different in certain times in certain places in certain ways. So for example, the way that a woman praised us is pretty much similar than the way a men pray Sona.

But there are little things that, you know, can be adjusted in the prayer based on men and woman, and so on and so forth.

The second thing that we are going to take, which is from the actions that are prohibited or forbidden for the pilgrim is that a woman is that a woman covering her face or hands so a woman is not allowed to cover her face, or her hands when she is in the state of a home. Now, of course, there's difference of opinion on this. And you'll see that some people will cover their faces and what's meant there is that there's nothing that is draped directly onto the face, so it's not directly touching the face. If it's something that is hanging, you know away from the face, some of the scholars permit that. However, it is best to not wear it, even armor will be aligned with that

narrative that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said the female pilgrim is not to wear a veil over her face or gloves. Right, it's not to wear a veil, or gloves.

However, it is permissible for her to cover her face if men do pass by and we saw that the wives of the Prophet salallahu alayhi wasallam if other men were coming by they would just take their you know, their their cloak, whatever they were wearing, and just you know, bring it in front of them and cover their face as in cover the site from the angle and not like tie it around their faces case, not like a hijab or niqab tied around the face.

A lot of people will say, well, that's not fair.

Sisters argue this sometimes and they say

well, I want to cover my face.

And I told her I said there are certain things that are to be done at certain times to please Allah subhana wa Tada. And there are other things that are to be done. Other times that will be pleasing to Allah subhana wa Tada. One of the things that also can always add it's not want a woman to do in the state of a home is to cover her face.

Now a sister might say no, but you know, I'm not used to that. Okay. Hedge is all about coming out of your comfort zone. Right hedge is a lot, a lot of what we're going to do and hedge is about coming out of your comfort zone. Right? putting yourself in a position that you're not used to. It's not the norm for you, but you do it for the sake of pleasing the law. And so for men, for example, hey, I don't go walking around Milton with a towel around my waist. And that's it. Right? Well, we don't do that. We don't feel comfortable doing that. So we come out of our comfort zone for the sake of leaving the last panel a tad. I don't just wear you know, towels around me and and and say Hey,

Like, I'm sorry, you can't wear your boxer shorts, unless you have a medical reason or the specific reason for it. And there's no you have no excuse to actually be wearing them.

And of course, you know, he tried to debate it with with certain examples, and that's fine. You know, we're all human beings, we we feel shy to do certain things at certain times. But we need to understand that when we are told by the prophet sallallahu sallam, or there's a command from Henry Tata to do something that we should do that. is a men covering his head with a turban, or anything similar to it. So similar items. So a turban Adobe is a goofy hat to baseball cap, a hooded sweater, you know, you name it, we are not to cover our heads during hatch. Okay. You we are not going for hedge to impress people. We are going for hedge to impress a lot. A lot doesn't want to see us and makeup.

The problem is, we are not pleased with ourselves the way our last panelist had created us. Okay? And I'm remember there's a difference between, you know, making ourselves look good and presentable. It is not permissible for us to improperly dispute with others. So if you can start yelling and screaming and calling people names and swearing and you know insulting others and insulting their family and their mother and so on, that is completely forbidden and

legally forbidden generally, but forbidden and Hajji even more so. Okay.

Let's move on number 10 and 11.

It is forbidden to propose or to get married during Hajj. So if someone is interested in someone else during hygiene they want to propose to them well chill

I'm just saying go for hedges together people see each other, they become interested in one another. And after the hedge, they speak to their parents and they talk to one another, and they, you know, come back to their countries and you know, whatever it is, they get engaged, they get married from the law, that's good. That's fine. That's the way to do it. Right? You see something or someone that you like, and you're interested in, you propose to get married. But in hedge that's not the place to do it. And we're not there for that. We're there for something else is the time that we

let go of everything else. And we do it Allah subhana wa tada wants from us. Number 12. And the last thing that we'll take from the things that are prohibited is exposing game to be killed or slaughtered or pointed to or indicating a prey as in game prey. Animals right to eat an animal you want to hunt it, you're not to hunt it and you're not to indicate for it to be hunted.

Okay, I know it sounds weird. Like why would we do that? Anyways, we're being served out by our tents. Yes, I know. But it's still a principle it's still something that we need to talk about. Okay. So we do not we hardly made a complaint boo. The madam to Allah subhanho wa Taala says forbidden is

the pursuit of land game. As long as you are in the state of of Hajj or Umrah, okay. Furthermore, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was asked about the zebra that

he had hunted down, while he was not in the state of, although there were others that were in Rome.

And he said, Did any of you ask Qatada to attack them? Or did any of you point to them? So Did any of you indicate to architetti to go in and hunt down one of those zebras? And we're like, there's zebras in Arabia.

Right?

And they said, No, they did not indicate to him they did not tell him they did not show him the zebras over there. And so then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, then eat it and eat from that meat. It's permissible to eat zebra.

Okay, that's all it will take. inshallah, there's two things that I just wanted to add. So these are not from the things that are forbidden. These are things that will invalidate the hedge, like your hedge will be invalidated. The hedge is invalidated if

one of two or in one of two cases, okay, or
