So this teenage girl, what she does is at the end of the semester, she didn't used to wear hijab, she only used to put on hijab to come to the masjid. And then she would take it off outside of the masjid. And her mom used to tell her I thought you're learning about this. I thought you're learning about Islam. I thought you should be wearing cub by now. Because, you know, you go to the masjid, you're supposed to wear hijab. And she says, I told my mom, if you don't wear hijab, why are you expecting me to wear it.

And then they had this argument and fast forward a few weeks later. In fact, a couple of months later, that's a teenage girl, she realized I don't wear my job because my mama hijab, I wear it because Allah subhanho wa Taala is pleased with me when I wear that when I submit some panel that I had. And she started to change route. That's that's the beginning.

Another example, we have a student, so how to love who still comes to this Masjid, she's in university, city now. She said, I never used to pray in our favor. We wanted we just pray. And there was one that Ramadan is about four years ago, four or five years ago, one Ramadan, where I was standing on the middle of the congregation, and she says, You know what doubted you, you told us just practice one thing, just do one thing throughout this entire month of Ramadan. And she says if I'm able to wake up for school to eat food every single day, then I should be able to wake up for fudger. Because if I could do that for 30 days for the sake of food, then I shouldn't be able to

wake up for budget every day. And she says she made it a point and a promise for herself to wake up for Salatu fudger every single day, throughout the month of Ramadan. And this was about a year ago, she made the story. She says I haven't missed a fudger up until today. And she says I haven't missed a prayer. I pray all my prayers. And she says you know what? My parents started praying their prayers as well. And you know, it's really interesting.

The parents came to the masjid one day when there was a, you know, a janazah. And the families were getting together. And the father comes to me and he says it's because of what you said. And because of what our daughter did, she started to pray a lot to budget and she started to pray her regular prayers that we as the parents realized we have to pray as well. He said, it's because of our child, our daughter who hamdulillah at the time was I think 16 or 17 years old. She started to establish her prayers so that parents started to establish their prayers. That's another success story to mustard and we can go on and on and on. You know, what the mustard provides for us is a sense of

can give you example, upon arrival, we have, you know, singers who show up at the door sometimes and say I have nowhere to go, they have nowhere to go. They're facing, you know, domestic violence, domestic abuse. And so we'll handle how we connect them with certain places outlets where they can go and benefit from sometimes we even have to come in a hotel ourselves, just pay for the hotel, put them in a hotel, get them some safety, some protection, some you know some time on their own, and then they'll handle out you know, space open one of the shelters then we will work that out and sorted out. So my brothers and sisters Don't underestimate the work that comes from the mustard you

may not see it, but there will be a day that you or someone you know of is in need of the services of the masjid.
