With us, the entire picture is with Allah subhanho wa Taala. And you must remember this, that whatever happens in our lives, these are pixels. These are pixels, if you are gonna if I gave you a pixel of a picture, and I said, Can you guess what the picture is from this pixel, you probably give me 100 answers and get, you know, the probability of even getting

the answer wrong in all 100 attempts.

These chances are plausible, right, because the pixel really doesn't give you much information. But as I keep on feeding your pixels, maybe after a few months, I give you another pixel after a few years, I give you another pixel, right. And then more pixels

are open to you. And now you can start gathering these pixels. Now you can start painting or having an idea of what this image denotes. Right? So whatever happens in our life, it's a pixel. Right? Something happens, you didn't want it to happen, it happened, this is a pixel. If you're going to try and start analyzing this pixel and trying to determine the picture, you're going to fail. And it's going to bring you a whole lot of sadness and a whole lot of confusion. And you're going to start thinking I'm being punished, and Allah doesn't love me and so on and so forth. Now to highlight this more clearly.

Let me highlight to you or teach you a principle, a principle from

from from the principles of our lesson, no agenda, right?

And that principle states that there is nothing like complete evil. There's nothing like complete evil, right? Something might be evil, but it's only evil from one aspect.

From one angle, the angle that you're looking at it from, but from another angle. There's goodness in it, and there's a blessing, you might not be able to pick it up. But you have to believe that there's nothing like complete evil. Because whatever Allah does, he does good. And this is a theme from the themes of surah Yusuf. Right, whatever Allah does, he does good. Why? Because whatever happens, even if you can't see the goodness in it, there's good in it. I'll give you an example. Let's say there's a, you know, there's hundreds of cars parked outside. Right, and then hailstones fall from the sky and smash on the windscreen of the vehicle. Right now the drivers the owners of

these

Vehicles they go out they see this. If you ask these drivers, do you consider this a good thing or an evil thing? A good thing or a bad thing?

Then natural answer would be this is a bad thing. La La quwata illa Billah. we've, we've our property has been damaged. Right? Okay.

Bear with me brothers and sisters, this is a bad thing. People have lost money people's windscreens have been shattered. Right? They in difficulty. And they're rightly calling it a difficult circumstance, they're actually calling it something not to you know, this is not this is not anything to be excited about. They are writing that.

This is from the angle of the drivers of these vehicles. This is from the angle of the owners of these vehicles.

But now you tell me, what would you say about the brother or sister who sells windscreens?

who sells windscreens?

Uh huh. I'm sure you're smiling. When when this paradigm shift sort of entered your mind, that's panela. That's true.

The brother or sister who sells windscreens, they would say Alhamdulillah to what happened. Whilst those who own the vehicle, they will say Subhana Allah in Allah who are in a Roger. But brothers and sisters every other day, when there was no demand for windscreens and business was poor. The windscreen Silas, they were saying to panela in LA or in LA or June, and the drivers of the vehicles and owners of the vehicles they were saying and handed in law, or at least we hope they will. So as you can see, there's nothing like completely evil. This concept this this this incident which the drivers who was evil, this was good from another angle. And we see this in sort of usage as well.

Because if you look at the beginning part of the story, and you find Yusuf Alayhi Salam stolen by his own blood brothers and thrown into a wall and left for dead 10 times out of 10 you would say this is an evil circumstance shame. So Pamela, in Allah, you're in it, you're a Jew, and this is bad, you would say this 10 times out of 10.

However, however, almost half a century later, when Yusuf Alayhi Salaam is the Minister of Finance during severe drought, and it is because of his leadership, that Egypt has enough storage, in terms of food for its people and excess food to give citizens of surrounding neighboring countries.

Right. And because of his leadership and him in this role, this reality happened to be after a lot, of course, right? We use it was the means, right? That if anyone else was the finance minister, they wouldn't be in a food in storage. Or maybe they would be but only for Egypt, not for the people around and millions of people would have died. Because Yusuf is the Minister of Finance. Millions of people are alive and sustained by the permission of Allah, because of his efforts. All right. Now this is half a century later. But what if I said that if use of wasn't thrown into the well, half a century before, he wouldn't have ended up being the Minister of Egypt, half a century later, when

millions of people needed someone like him to do that job. Now, if we go half century late, and I asked you again, brothers and sisters, Yusuf Alayhi Salaam being thrown into the bottom of a well, was that a good thing? Or is that a bad thing? At the beginning, you said bad. Now 10 times out of 10, you will say good, you see what's happening brothers and sisters, at the beginning of the story, you didn't have the pixels, you just had one pixel and you're making judgment based on it. But you need to know whatever Allah does, he does good. And as Allah opened the story for us, and revealed more pixels to panela, we saw the grand plan. And we said Subhan, Allah Alhamdulillah he was thrown

into the bottom of a while this doesn't make what his brothers did, right? But you understand the point that I'm sharing brothers and sisters in Islam, Allah subhanho wa Taala make these words a means for your inspiration and for you to reflect on some of the difficult circumstances in your life and find the much needed inspiration to fixate in your mind the correct paradigm with regards to it so that your situation helps you become stronger, it becomes an opportunity for your growth and not an obstacle leading to your failure.
