Therefore we as believers are slaves of Allah subhanho wa Taala we need to aspire to gain those rewards from Allah subhanho wa Taala in terms of our intentions, were supposed to intent great things, great things, say you're going to sleep you don't necessarily or we don't necessarily place proper intentions, but

if you want you can convert that sleep into reward into a means of you acquiring reward by you intending I'm going to sleep to rejuvenate my sleep.
