with regards to the life of the Hereafter,

I want to remind myself and then all of you all

about something that is inevitable, we are headed towards it. We know for a fact that we are in the latter stages of this worldly life 1400 odd years ago, our messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he was alone he educated us, he reminded us that the our is drawing near.

There was this miraculous phenomenon that took place during the time of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam

where he split the moon into two by the will of Allah. And when that phenomenon took place, everybody at that time witnessed it, it was a great and very powerful phenomenon.

And Allah azza wa jal he revealed in Surah kamar Katara Betty, sir, to unshackle.

The hour has drawn near and the moon has been split into two has meant left asunder. So 1400 years ago, Allah azza wa jal, he declares that the hour has drawn near. the kings of the world will not exist, the rulers of the world will not exist. The leaders of the world will not exist, every single person who held an office of power will not exist, people of authority will not exist people of influence will not exist people of affluence will not exist. And to Allah will belong all rule all Dominion all power. So that day is heading our way.

It is inevitable and it is imperative it is incumbent upon all of us to prepare for that day. To prepare for that day when we will all stand in front of Allah we will all be made to stand in front of Allah subhanho wa Taala we will be taken into account. You're not worshipping other astronomical objects along with Allah, you're not worshipping other deities along with Allah, other gods along with Allah. But you may not be aware, you may be heedless of the fact that you are worshiping your own intellect you claim

To be a Muslim you claim to be a believer. But unfortunately we have ended up in the spirit of worshipping our own intellects where we give preference and priority to our own oh cool to the the apple over the knuckle. can you see in the dark, you may be having a 2020 vision, but can you see in the dark, you need light to see in the dark. So my dear brothers and sisters, you need the light of the Quran. You need the light of the authentic sooner of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa ala he was selling

and you have to bear in mind that the Quran and the Sunnah go hand in hand. Today you have people who are trying to do what trying to

in this regard, that we be very in this regard and that we go to people of knowledge and learn what we do not know instead of contaminating and polluting our minds with doubts.

So with regards to the Quran and the Sunnah very quickly, you have to understand that the relationship of the Quran with the sooner is of three types. Number one is that the Quran and the Sunnah, they coincide and go hand in hand.

What you find in the Koran you will find in this one as well. In other words, were to wait. So they coincide. That's type number one. Type number two is that you will find

This is the category where the Quran is silent about a matter. And the Sunnah comes in to establish clarity by either declaring that this is lawful, this is permissible, or that this is unlawful, this is impermissible, that this is this is a category that you have to bear in mind. The Quran is silent about it, but the sooner the authentic sooner the Prophet sallallahu Sallam comes in and clearly outlines as to

whether the matter is permissible or impermissible. So, this is a very important area to bear in mind. And now with regards to Principle number three, as we get closer to the end of this reminder, you have like I said earlier on three darts,

three boards that are dunya, darvaza and dharapuram. Now just bear this in mind that in Daraa dunya the world that we are living in right now this worldly life

the cam the laws are on the body and the roof follows me give you a quick example the laws on the body as in the laws are not on the soul per se right is on the body. You are commanded to pray so how do you pray you pray with your body now inshallah Trisha, we will pray, you will stand you will go to Africa, you will go down to sujood. And the soul follows. And what do we mean when we say that? Have you observed yourself? How is your spiritual state after fulfilling a good deed versus after committing an evil one? Is it the same? You have done a good deed? You? Have you assessed how you feel spiritually? And how you feel after you have done something wrong, something bad, something

evil and as your conscience pricks you and as you know that you have wronged you have transgressed the limits of Allah, you know, that feeling versus the feeling after having performed a good deed? Let's say be it sila be CRM, fasting, you know, after a day of fasting as you break your fast, how is your spiritual state after praying Salah tahajjud How is your spiritual state, perhaps late in the night you get a call, there is a family in need. You set out and you go and you help that family and now as you come back home, are you after a project after a good deed, a charitable deed and you're coming back home now. How is your spiritual state perhaps you're tired, you have spent money,

you've you've exhausted your resources. But as you come back home and as you lie on your bed, you can go to sleep in peace Subhan Allah, why because of that

beautiful and nice feeling that you feel spiritually.

So in dunya, it is upon the body and the roof follows. in Alberta that is in the cupboard.

It is on the roof and the body follows.

Now once you understand this, all of these notions, these misconceptions go out of the window. why I'm saying this is because my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, you do have people today who say, Oh, these people have knowledge of these collars. They talk about the grave expanding. They talk about the grave constricting, they talk about the grave becoming a garden from the gardens of Jenna, they talk about the grave becoming a pit from the pits of hell fire. They talk about the pleasures of the grave and the punishments of the grave. They talk about what else the grave expanding so far, they talk about fire, they talk about the horrors of the grave. But how come it's just a hole in the

ground. And sometimes after burying a body, when you when you open up that grave after a period of time the grave has not expanded, the grave has not constricted, it more or less looks the same. So what are they talking? They just seem to be blabbering. You know, you have people who say this. Now my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, you have to understand this principle, that particular door, that particular realm, the laws of it don't apply to the body initially it applies first upon the soul. And then the body follows. Let me give you a quick example.

And before I get into that example, you have to understand that those things that are happening in the grave they are from a higher level of vibe in the first place they are from the world of the unseen. And number two, we who are in this scene, there are two separate realms, two separate realms. So whilst you are in the realm of adonia, you cannot perceive you cannot understand what's happening in the rivers until you go to Darren Bursa.

And a simple example for you to understand this because again, these people say, Oh, you've got two graves. You have a righteous individual in one case

a sinner in the other grave, one is being punished and the other is, you know enjoying the bliss and pleasures of Jenna How can it be so in one burial ground?

But the two of them are sleeping on the same bed. But how come one is in so much of bliss, so much of happiness, so much of security, so much of safety, whilst the other is in so much of horror, so much of pain, how the two of them are witnessing two different dreams.

And now us We are the observers can we experience those dreams, we cannot experience those dreams. Let's say perhaps one is in a beautiful palace with luxurious food with his family with in a beautiful garden a beautiful meadow. He is frolicking his merrymaking and he's enjoying his dream.

Let's say the other person is in the middle of a fire with venomous animals, reptiles and scary things going on. We the passive observers we cannot indulgent those dreams nor can we even feel the pain that they are going through. You can't feel the bliss you can't you can't taste the the pleasures, nor can you feel the pain as in the passive observers, but the ones who are experiencing it, each one is experiencing it as if it's happening in their real lives.

So this is a simple example to how if it can happen in front of our eyes in this realm, you think it is difficult for Allah to make it happen in the robots? Not at all my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, a simple example. And with that we have the real karar. I think I have only another nine minutes more. Dara karar is the permanent abode of the hereafter you see this reminder, it may have not been

like any other usual reminders that you may have been listening to or hearing recently, it's more of an academic one and I wanted to address this because specifically when we talk about the life of the hereafter people do have certain misconceptions people do have doubts and especially in today's time era, the youngsters of this generation, you know, a lot of doubts, a lot of misconceptions and we need to work on strengthening on strengthening our our faith, we need to work on on, you know strengthening our E man. We need to work on all of these factors. And that is the reason I went through these academic principles in a move to eradicate and dispel any doubts that may be in our

hearts and in our minds. And I hope that it was of benefit so that karar now it is with regards to the life of the hereafter. It's the eternal abode, where you're going to live there in perpetually. So my dear brothers and sisters in Islam Now, we come to an important question we need to ask ourselves, how much have we prepared for that perpetual life, that eternal life?

How much see this particular realm? It's a temporary and transitory realm. At the most today, when you look around, and as per the words of the Prophet sallallahu Sallam as well, on average, you don't see people crossing 70 years of age. It's very rare nowadays. You do get people here at times, hitting 90 and 100. But the Nile hummed and we pray that Allah blesses us with long and long, healthy and productive lives. I mean, but most of the time, you see people passing away very quickly, especially especially this generation, due to a number of factors. We don't lead healthy lifestyles.

We consume processed food, we consume genetically modified food. We have very unhealthy practices, with all of the technology that we have around us to make our lives easier. We have overly complicated our lives and gone on to make very unhealthy decisions that have impacted the health of our lives. Where we're finding it difficult to sleep. A lot of people going through

mental health issues, depression, stress, anxiety, see all of these factors eat away at the quality of your life. They eat away at the quality of your life, they eat away at your good health.

The people of the past enjoyed more.

What's the word lives of substance whereas we are like zombies hovering around. So almost like we're not living fulfilling lives. So all of these factors need to change. But having said that, My point being, that with all these challenges, we know that it's a very short life in this world. But we strive from morning to evening, almost like we're going to live here forever.

We've worked so hard, we're so fixated. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. You need to get a good education you need to get

when I say when I said that, I'm not saying it's a bad thing. As long as it's done with a healthy balance. You need to earn you you are permitted to live a good life. Allah says in the Quran wahba the female attack Allahu Allahu Allah 10 San Jose documented dunya Yes, seek the abode of the hereafter. But don't forget your share of this worldly life. So you can live a good life.

But don't make that your priority where you forget about the life of the Hereafter, well, this life becomes everything for you.

Whether it's make or break, it's all about this life. Subhan Allah No. You need to ensure that you're working for Allah. Because that is the life where you're going to live forever and ever. So your good deeds, your investments. See today, let's say you have some money with you. Okay, you have a million you have 5 million you have 10 million, you're going to be very careful as to how you invest this money because why you want to grow the money. No one wants to lose their money. So what about an actor This is the opportunity this is the chance that you are being given to invest, to reap in that world in that life. And remember my dear brothers and sisters in Islam in that life,

you might have heard me saying this in the past as well. The only size of regret of the dwellers of Jenna. Once you've made it into Jenna, you have made it into Jenna Alright, and now the only size of regret you know regret. The only size of regret and sadness will be Oh, I should have said one more Subhana Allah. I should have said one more Alhamdulillah I should have said one more Allahu Akbar. I should have read one more I have the Quran. I should have prayed one more prayer. I should have prayed one more. Sala todo ha I should have prayed one more Serato with

I should have given a little more in charity.

You know that day I was given the opportunity of giving out in charity but I withheld I should have given it out in charity. What you give in charity you will see in in Alaska what you withhold for this valley life you're not going to see it in Alaska.

So my dear brothers and sisters in Islam as we come to the conclusion of this reminder,

I remind myself Firstly, and then all of you all, to prioritize the life of the Hereafter, to do as many many good deeds as possible if Allah has blessed you with wealth, then use that wealth wisely, to secure a good life in the hereafter. If Allah has blessed you with good health, use that health wisely. Do not disregard it. Do not abuse it.

Use it to do as many good deeds as possible to help others to be a source of goodness to attain a good life in the hereafter. If Allah has given you Time, time as in, if your soul has not been taken away as of yet, you still have time, make use of the valuable time that you have with you to do as many many good deeds as possible. With that I conclude this reminder, we pray that Allah subhanho wa Taala forgives the uncle who passed away. We pray that Allah subhanho wa Taala blesses him with a very, very good life in the hereafter. We pray that Allah subhanho wa Taala blesses his grave that Allah illuminates his grave that expands his grave that Allah opens out windows to Jenna where

beautiful and sweet smells come in, and that he is happy he is light hearted, and that he sleeps in peace until the day of karma is established. And may Allah subhanho wa Taala grant him entry into the loftiest gardens of Jenna mela as a Virgil, put in the hearts of his relatives to do to give out charity on behalf of him to do good deeds on behalf of him to gift deeds on behalf of him.
