Being a Standard Bearer of Islam

Bismillah R Rahman r Rahim Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen wa Salatu was Salam ala

which is given to the highest in any society to guide, I'm sure the way

to guide the show the way is the purpose given to the highest in any society.

This is the purpose that we, as Muslims inherited by being the followers of Rasulullah, salallahu Alaihe, salam, we came to give to the world we didn't come to take, we came to give, we came to take from Allah and give to the world, to give to the world to give to all of mankind a standard by which to live.

And to give that standard to them, not by talking about it, but by living it ourselves and demonstrating it as Rasulullah sallallahu Sallam did.

This is something that I want to

live with you so that we can each of us ask ourselves this question and say, what is the standard that I represent?

Before the work,

whether we like it or not, whether we think it is fair or not, whether we want to be held up to that or not. The fact is that to do and I'm Muslim management, when the world looks at you or me,

they are not seeing you or me. They are seeing Muhammad sallallahu alayhi salam,

and whatever we say or do reflects on him sallallahu alayhi wasallam.

And therefore, it's very important to act in a way that will also always reflect positively on Rasulullah sallallahu sallam, because we belong to him, and he belongs to us.

A standard is something to aspire for, to aspire to aim to reach to benchmark and measure yourself against to see if you can meet it. A standard is a flag high alone on its staff, establishing its presence, a symbol of great thoughts and ideas, A Guide to the lost. A standard is the fly which represents a nation and is a symbol of respect. A standard is called a standard because it stands out a flag drain on a clothesline is laundry.

Our flag flying high on it stuff is saluted.

A standard bearer is one who carries that flag.

In the days of medieval warfare, the standard bearer would carry the flag the battle standard around which the troops would rally. As long as they saw their flag flying, their morale remain high. If the flag fell, it would demoralize the soldiers, the standard bearer was never armed. His only job was to keep the flag flag flying as the battle wore on, his comrades would surround him and protect him from the enemy. On the other hand, the standard bearer would become the focus of the attack of the enemy, because if they would cut him down, it would have a far bigger effect than the death of any other soldier, and would be a great victory for the enemy. The standard bearer therefore became

a rallying point of the army and the symbol of the nation. The standard bearer was not an ordinary soldier.

You and I are standard bearers of Islam. We are not ordinary human beings. We are those to whom Allah subhanaw taala gave us special position. And he said, Oh, the only I studied block who asked me and I will give you

how can anyone who has this

power in this position to directly ask Allah and Allah promise to listen our love promise to give them how can they be the same as everybody else. And therefore I remind myself and you let us change our lives, to behave as is correct and as is appropriate for those who have this exalted position in the sight of Allah subhanaw taala as being those who have the power and who have the privilege of talking to Allah.

Today as to relate this to our lives as Muslims living in a world which seems to be hurtling towards moral and ethical destruction. The term standard bearer has very special relevance.

standard bearer of Islam therefore is an embodiment of the Islamic way.

This person is a walking, talking living model of the beauty of Islam, completely obedient to Allah. And a follower of the Sunnah Muhammad Rasul allah sallallahu sallam. A standard bearer Islam is someone who you would point to.

If someone asked you who is a Muslim,

a standard bearer

is confident of himself or herself, not apologetic. He or she stands out from the crowd does not blend in. He or she is proud of their inherent of days of their Islam, and they practice it joyously as a matter of choice.

Islam to the standard bearer, would be the primary focus, the criteria of every decision, the basis of his or her identity, a definition. He or she would differentiate based on Islam, and Islam would be their brand, their signature,

a standard bearer to someone who considers Islam to be their greatest gift from Allah's Vatican, and considers it a privilege to be its standard bearer, something that they would not exchange for all the gold in the world.

A standard bearer of Islam would understand that being a standard bearer is sometimes a lonely job,

but they would be ready for it and be proud of it.

After all, it is the ideology behind the flag that converts a piece of cloth into a symbol that is saluted

that ideology is Islam. That ideology is a shadow Allah Allah illallah wa shadow number hamburger Rasul Allah. We then witnessed that there is nobody worthy of worship except Allah. And we bear witness that Muhammad sallallahu alayhi salam is the messenger of the last and final messenger of Allah subhanaw taala. After all, there is no Rasul that there is gonna be there is no messenger, there is no prophet.
