in general, food, drink, relations that are permissible. These are things that Allah has made permissible for us. But we're being asked to refrain from these permissible things in these days. but Allah subhanahu wa tada will not judge us and will not reward us for our fast of Ramadan because of how we are outwardly staying away from food and drink, but rather, Allah will reward us for fasting in the month of Ramadan, for what is in our hearts.
For what is in our hearts. Firstly, the intention, why are we fasting? And secondly,
because the fasting person
