Welcome to another episode of heart therapy.

In the last episode, we spoke about another one of the actions of the heart.

And that is what is known as tobacco, or thinking, contemplating pondering over anything that leads you to the love of Allah subhanho wa Taala and leads you to the remainder of the alpha.

In this episode, we want to move on to another one of the actions of the heart.

And this is also one of the most important actions of the heart.

And it is none other than a taqwa.

And so taqwa is basically to do something, or to do what Allah subhanho wa Taala has commanded you to do, in hope of his reward, and to abandon what he has forbidding you from out of fear of his punishment. This is basically the meaning of a taqwa to do what Allah has commanded,

out of hope for his reward, and to stay away from what he has forbidden, out of fear of his punishment.

Adrian Rogers, the great scholar, he said, The origin of the word taqwa is that a person places between himself and what he fears, a shield that protects him from it.

So the taqwa of the servant for Allah is that he makes between himself and what he fears of a law's anger of his wrath and of his punishment, a shield that protects him from that. What is that shield? That shield, he says, is doing what Allah has commanded, and staying away from what he has forbidden.

And so taqwa, the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala is perhaps one of the most important if not the most important action of the heart, which is why Allah subhanho wa Taala mentioned it more than any other in the Quran.

And so taqwa and its derivatives, and so taqwa and its derivatives, appear more than 250 different times in the Quran. And Allah subhanho wa Taala has also commanded us to have Taqwa throughout the Quran, in different places. You hear Allah subhanho wa Taala saying, Yeah, are you Hi lady in an otaku LA or you believe? Fear Allah have the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

Now, there are many things that point to the significance of taqwa that Allah subhanahu wa tada has mentioned in the Quran, that point to its importance. And so for example, Allah subhanho wa Taala. He made the kalama of telehealth he referred to it as Kadima to taqwa. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala said it jalila vena cava roofie Kuru Rahim wilhemina Tamia Tanja helia forenza Allahu sakeena who either have su de Waal meaning what else Emma, whom? Kelly, metta? taqwa can help kabhi Ha ha ha. And so here Allah subhanho wa Taala refer to

To believe in a law, does it mean to simply believe that he is one? And that's it? No. It means to believe that a law is one and then worship Him as such, obey his commands and stay away from his prohibitions. Among the things that point to the significance of a taqwa, Allah subhanho wa Taala. He basically made the will, the will, that the prophets left for their people. He made it to be a taqwa. And so, all the prophets, each and every single one of them, they called their people to the to heed of Allah, staying away from chick and, and a taqwa. And so read throughout the Quran, how Allah subhanho wa Taala mentions their stories. If cornella whom who knew him elata takuan when new

Among the things that point to the significance of a taqwa is that it is the one thing that makes us noble in the sight of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And so nothing else distinguishes us in the sight of Allah subhanho wa Taala apart from our taqwa, that's why Allah subhanho wa Taala says, Yeah, you Hannah. So in a holla Kanaka ninja carrying

all mankind, we have created you from a male and a female, what do I know? Sure, Reuben waka de la Lita Bravo,

and we have made you nations and tribes so that you get to know one another. And then what does Allah say? Does he say the best of you, or this tribe, or these people, or this skin color, or those who speak this language? No, none of that. Rather Allah subhanho wa Taala said, in a Khurana commando law he can, surely the most noble of you in the sight of Allah subhanho wa Taala are those who have the most taqwa those who are the most righteous.

Among the things that point to the significance of a taqwa is that Allah subhanho wa Taala required us to worship Him so that we achieve a taqwa. And so the worship of Allah subhana wa Tada. Why do we worship a lot? One of the reasons is because Allah subhanho wa Taala wants us to achieve this taqwa in our hearts. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala says, For example,

yeah, you Hannah should do Dora back home. And lady Hala kakum one lady in a macabre leikam la quinta takuan all mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you for what purpose? So that so that you become of the people of taqwa so that you become righteous. And so worship here has been mentioned with taqwa. And also we know that Allah subhanho wa Taala prescribed fasting, La La Quinta takuan in order for you to achieve the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

Among the things are pointed to the significance of a taqwa is that Allah subhanho wa Taala mentioned throughout the Quran, that his paradise that he has created and prepared. It is exclusively for the people of taqwa. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala said, for example, when Sadie Rue Elana Virata Mira become what Jen, nothing horrible has an hour to one hour, will that leave him with a clean and hasten to the forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and the earth prepared for who prepared for the people of taqwa the people of righteousness.

Finally, among the things that point to the significance of a taqwa is that its location is in the heart, which is the most important organ of the body, which decides whether the body will become upright or corrupt. And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said that tequila is here. And then he pointed to his chest three times. So these are among the things that prove the significance and the importance of a taqwa which therefore, shows us the importance of having it and so, those who have the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala, they are the successful in this life and the next and those who are missing it, they are those who are doomed in this life. And the next

after having a look at some of the points that point towards the significance of a taqwa. Let us now move on to have a look at some of the fruits that taqwa yields. What are some of the advantages of a tequila? Or what are some of the fruits that it beer, there are many. In fact, entire books have been written, where scholars have basically listed all the fruits and the advantages and the benefits of a taqwa all of which is taken from either the Quran or from the Sunnah. And so among the fruits of a taqwa is, that one achieves the love of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Why? Because Allah subhanho wa Taala in the Quran, he says in Allah, you have been with takim Allah loves the people of

a taqwa. And among the fruits of a taqwa is, that one achieves the mercy of Allah subhanho wa Taala. As Allah subhanho wa Taala says, we'll have the Kitab when Angela who move out rakuen factor biru what Taku what who will have that keytab en en zelner who Mubarak infected you. What cool Allah. Allah says that this is a book that we have revealed a blessing book. So follow it and have Taqwa so that you achieve the mercy of Allah Subhana who, what?

We'll have a look at a few more of the fruits of a tequila. But before we do that, we'll take a quick break and be right back.

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh welcome back to this episode of heart therapy. Before the break, we were speaking about one of the actions of the heart and that is the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Its location is in the heart and it appears on the limbs.

And what we have been speaking about are some of the fruits of a tequila. And so having tequila in one's heart, it has many advantages. It has many benefits, many fruits that it bears among these fruits is that one is aided by Allah subhanahu wa Tada. He receives the support of Allah, Allah subhanho wa Taala is always with him. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala says, In Allaha, my lady in telco will let you know whom you know, Allah subhanho wa Taala is with those who fear Him. Those who have Taqwa and with those who have exam

and among the fruits is that a person who has taqwa and the people who have Taqwa, they gain the victory of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And so, if Allah subhanho wa Taala wants a certain people to be victorious. One of the reasons is because of their taqwa. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala speaking about the companions, he said, Bella in toss below water Taku were to come in feldy him Hara

when he was speaking about the Battle of better, even though the believers were few in number and their enemies were larger,

Allah subhanho wa Taala granted victory. One of the reasons for that was their taqwa. And so Allah says, Yes, if you remain patient and have the taqwa of Allah, and then the enemy comes upon you, attacking you in range, your Lord will reinforce you with 5000 angels having marks of distinction

among the fruits that taqwa producers,

is that it is a protection from everything that you fear.

And so, if you are suffering from anxiety, from fear of something,

then have the taqwa of Allah subhanahu wa Tada. And that anxiety will be removed. Allah will remove that fear from your heart of whatever you fear. And so Allah says, fermented taco will also Allah Fela Whoa, finale, himolla saloon, those who have the taqwa of Allah, those who fear Allah and have the consciousness of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And then they also

they also do good deeds and they reform themselves, then there shall be no fear for them, nor shall they grieve. Among the fruits of a taqwa is that it gives you a light by which you are able to distinguish things.

And so, Allah subhanho wa Taala says, Yeah, you have Naveen Amano in La Jolla. gyla. Come through Karna that Oh, you believe if you have the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

Allah, He will give you a criterion,

something that will help you to distinguish right from wrong.

Something that will help you to distinguish truth from falsehood. And so, you will walk on this earth with a clear mind knowing what is right, knowing what is wrong. How did you achieve this through the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

Among the fruits of a taqwa is what a law says right after that verse, as he continues it. Yeah. Are you letting me know in tactical law her your gyla come for a con and why you can't fear ankle, see it come. And so expiation of things that we commit.

One of the ways of exploiting those things is by having the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

And then we also have among the fruits of a taqwa is forgiveness of sins. And so it was a parent who says, Yeah, you handed in Amman into La Jolla, kung fu corn and when you have your uncle adhikam wild fella come and he will also forgive you. Among the fruits of taqwa is that it gives you power and strength over shaitan your enemy. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala says, in a lady in a taco, either Mr. homepod ministry Tony, that Kuru 30 the home move soon, Indeed, those who have the taqwa of Allah subhanahu wa Tada. When an impulse touches them from a barn, they suddenly remember him subhanho wa Taala. And at once, they have insight. And so this is exclusively for the people of

taqwa because they're conscious of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

And so, when their enemy touches them, with an impulse whispering to them to do something evil, suddenly, they remember Allah subhanahu wa Tada. And they have insight. They see the reality, and they see that this is a crop of shaitaan.

Among the fruits of a taqwa is that it grants you relief from stress and relief from distress. And so the calamities of this life, a person who has taqwa he is able to be relieved

From the sadness of those calamities, and so Allah subhanho wa Taala says, woman yet dakila hija Allah who Maharajah that whoever has the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Allah makes a way out for him from every difficulty, from every distress from every calamity and a loss of Hannah who attacked it says woman yet tequila, Yoda Allah who mean Amity he, Yusra. Whoever has the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Allah subhanho wa Taala makes for him

for every one of his affairs ease. And so, out of every difficulty, or loss of Hannah who attalla makes for him, is

also among the fruits of a taqwa is that it helps you to increase in your livelihood, in your provision, your risk. And so in that same verse, were a loss of Hannah who were dialysis woman yet tequila her Hydra Allah who Maharajan and then Allah says in the next verse, why are you so common how you to lie?

And so Allah says whoever has a taqwa of Allah, He makes for him. And a way out from every difficulty and and he provides for him from ways he least expects. And so the people of taqwa they receive the provision from Allah subhanho wa Taala. from places and ways they never imagined. And so this is a result of their taqwa. This is a result of their taqwa. And so an example of this is someone who had an opportunity to get for example, an amazing job that would take care of everything for him and his family. But that job involved disobedience of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Perhaps it was a job in a bank that involves interest and labor.

And so he feared a loss of Hannah who were tired.

But he still has no job and he's struggling. What is the loss a woman yet dakila, higher gyla who Maharajah whoever fears Allah, Allah will make a way out for him, don't worry, continue to fear a lot. Stay away from heroin. And Allah subhanho wa Taala will surely make a way out for you. And, and then what does Allah say, while your resume in high school is Him and He will provide for him from ways and from means that he never imagined and so perhaps he gave up that job. And the next day, he got an even better job that did not involve anything, which included the this obedience to Allah subhanho wa Taala

among the fruits of a taqwa is, that it is a means for having our deeds accepted. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala said when he mentioned the story of the two sons of Adam, how one of them sacrificed a certain sacrifice, and a law accepted it. And the other one, it was rejected. And so he wanted to kill him. And so, Allah subhanahu wa tada said, God in Marietta como la who need to clean his brother who you wanted to kill, he said, Allah subhanho wa Taala only accepts from the people of taqwa.

And among the fruits of a taqwa is, that it is a means for gaining knowledge. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala says, what does the law have what you have in common law that have Taqwa of Allah, and Allah will teach you, He will teach you that which you never knew. So these are among the many, many fruits of a taqwa. But due to a lack of time, we will suffice with that. And we will conclude by mentioning just a few things that will help us to inculcate a taqwa in our hearts.

And so among the ways in which we can help ourselves to build a taqwa in our hearts, is by remembering the greatness of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And also by constantly remembering Allah subhanho wa Taala with our hearts and our tongue. Among the ways of inculcating taqwa in our heart.

is by praying to Allah subhanho wa Taala for a firm heart and soul the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. One of the dualities that he used to make the most was yeah mckinleyville kulu sub bit Colby, hygienic, oh Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm upon your religion. Also, among the ways of having, taqwa built in our hearts, is by doing good deeds, and especially certain deeds, certain actions that prove that they word you away from her arm,

It prevents a person from immorality and all evil. And we also have fasting for the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. He said, advising the youth who cannot get married and who have lustful desires. He told them to fast and we know that fasting, it results in the taqwa of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And finally, among the ways

that will help us to build taqwa in our hearts, is by by having the maraca of Allah subhanho wa Taala.

Which is to realize that you are always being watched by Allah subhanho wa Taala. And so when you have out there on the roads, speed cameras,

and when the people notice the speed cameras, and they're driving, what do they do, they all of a sudden slow down

and make sure that they're within the speed limit. But when there are no speed cameras, people don't care. And they drive as they please. And so

if we were to realize that a loss of Hannah who Tyler is always watching us, and that there is a camera on us every single second of our lives of loss of Hannah who are watching us, this will help us to inculcate taqwa within our hearts. I ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to make us all to be from among the people of taqwa and to gather us all together in his final abode, in his paradise, which he has made for the people of taqwa we conclude this episode, somehow Nicola no be Hamrick a shadow either learned or still Furukawa to be like, with Salaam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
