one Companion of the Prophet sallallahu Sallam of Abu Haifa

And the narration says that they were staying at a place called Alberta, Alberta, which was right outside of Makkah.

And the narration basically says that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he stayed out there until to generation says the profits, a lot of them stayed out there on the day of Sunday.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, four days, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. And then Thursday was the eighth of hedger. So then they head out to me now. So the prophets, a lot of them had four days between the conclusion of the camera and the start of the Hajj, and he went outside of Mecca and stay there. And they prayed there. They didn't pray at the Kaaba, they prayed over there.

And the narration mentioned that

many so one of the interesting narrations is actually about alira, the Allahu taala and who remember the prophets, a lot of them had sent IE, to Yemen, he had sent him to Yemen to go there and teach people and kind of you know, get given him some assignments in Yemen. So Alicia, the Allahu taala and who brought a huge group of Judge from Yemen.

When they arrived there in Mecca, they found out that the prophets a lot of them was staying outside of Mecca this place called El bata. So Allah The Allahu taala went there to go check in with the prophets a lot etc.

And they were in a harem

and when they went out there

He sees her and she's wearing you know, of course women folk when they perform Umrah or Hajj they wear their normal clothes and garments. So she's Of course wearing normal clothes. But he noticed on top of that, that she had some gohil applied. She had some

like basically, it's like she had some like eyeliner, she had something in her eyes applied, which you cannot apply

when you are in a home. Secondly, the garments the clothes that she was wearing, had like some color of like some type of perfume.

So when he saw her with that, he said, Why are you doing this? We're doing homage

man maraca Who told you to do this.

And she responded to him, she said a bee My father told me to do this. So I needed the Allahu taala who of course that's the prophets a lot. He said them, right. So when I leave the Allahu taala on who heard this, he got really nervous.

So he went to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and he basically inquired, he said, should we also exit from Iran? And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, No. He said, Have you done your aamra yet? And he said, No, we haven't done our camera yet. I came to check in with you. He said, No, they've already done their ombre. That's why I told him to exit from their home. I'm staying in a home. But he said you need to do your camera first. That's the first thing you need to do. So as people were even arriving and they were going there, to the profits a lot he said on where he was staying outside of Macau. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam told them, No, you go do

your own RA, then exit your home.

And then so now before we move on, this is very peculiar, right? Because it just, it's curious that there were four days between their Umrah and Hajj and the prophets, a lot of them stays outside of my cover those four days.

And he doesn't pray at the Kaaba for those four days. He doesn't pray at the bottom for those four days.

Now, again, you know, in my very deficient kind of logic, right if I was to apply my reasoning, which is by all, you know,

By all definitions extremely deficient, one would think that, Okay, I got four days between my Amara, and in hij, let me make the most of these four days. I'm going to stay as close as possible to the huddle. And I'm going to pray every single prayer in the huddle.

Why did the prophets a lot even not do that? He could have. He had every opportunity to write, it's not like all the hotels were booked. Right? That's not the case, at the time of the Prophet sallallahu sallam, right? But he deliberately went a distance stayed out there. And then he deliberately went to a distance. He stayed out there, and did not pray at the huddle on purpose.

So one has to kind of think as to why, what exactly was the purpose of that? Well, I would tell them, Allah subhanaw taala ultimately knows best. But there's a couple of things that occur, and a few things that the scholars have written.

Number one, as we know, when it comes to what we call the sinner, right, the source one of the sources of Islamic law is the sooner the prophetic tradition, the prophetic practice. And by definition, the sinner is what the prophets Allah said, and also what the prophets a lot of them did. That is also part of the sadhana.

There is the possibility as we see in other narrations, that when the during the month of Ramadan, the Prophet sallallahu Sallam came out and prayed, said are we, with the companions? on one night,

a second night, the Prophet sallallahu Sallam came out.

And he prayed taraweeh with the companions on the second night,

the third day the prophets, Allah Islam came out and prayed said are we with the companions on a third night.

The fourth day, the companions gathered, they had Salatin, Asia, the profits, a lovely son went home, he would usually come back out for an hour we, the companions remain gathered, waited for hours.

And the profits, a lot of them never came out. For salatu salam we, he did not come out to lead them into tarawih prayers, until the morning time occurred and then the prophets a lot of them came for fudger when the prophets Allah, who came from February, someone inquired on messenger of Allah, we waited for you last night to lead us into tarawih prayers, but you never take the profits a lot. He said he said I did not come because had I come it could have become mandatory upon you.

Number one, that doesn't just mean that of course Allah would make it mandatory but it also means that people would have taken the impression or the gotten the idea that it is mandatory.

So the prophets a lot he sort of deliberately did not come.

There's other examples of this, the prophets a lot of assumptions, Lola and so Carla amati, la mar 200 bc wackier in the Cooley Salatin. The prophets a lot of Islam said Hi, Dinah wanted, had I not been afraid of making things too difficult upon my own law, I would have commanded that made it mandatory that they have to do seawalk they have to brush your teeth before every single prayer

before so you'd have to brush your teeth a minimum of five times a day.

But I didn't want to make things too difficult. And that's why I did not do that.

There were different occasions in the life of the prophets, a lot of a sudden were the prophets a lot. He set them on a rare occasion, few occasions, but the prophets a lot of a sudden was not, did not wake up to pray the tahajjud prayers, even within his own,

to establish the precedent that it is acceptable.

To not pray that prayer sometimes is not mandatory.

So and so that the prophets a lot he said them Allah subhanaw taala made certain scenarios occur in the life of the Prophet sallallahu Sallam like the day of one of the toughest days during the Battle of tabuk excuse me the Battle of the trench 101 A during one of the toughest days of the Battle of the trench, Allah azza wa jal conduct.

Were the disbelievers that the enemy from across the trench launched a very fierce attack. And the attack lasted for like 810 hours all day long.

So much so that they weren't able to pray the heart are sore or mockery.

Until finally it was nighttime it was it was it was nighttime it was Isha time. And only by that time, the attack finally stopped.

And then they were able to pray. And at that time, they the prophets, a lot of them gathered the companions together, they congregated, and then they prayed, they hurt, then they prayed, they're awesome. Then they prayed, they're Muslim, and then they return.

So we once again see that Allah subhanaw taala made this situation happen in the life of the prophets a lot. He said, Oh, otherwise you think about it. Miraculously, Allah, Allah subhanaw taala could have caused time to freeze.

And they would have prayed, it would have been a miracle of the prophets, a lot of that could have happened. But that did not happen. So these types of scenarios are, you know, there are many such scenarios in the life of the prophets, a lot of them to illustrate, you know, the ease and the flexibility and the concessions that are granted in certain scenarios.

And so the profits a lot instead of staying outside of Mecca, on the four days between Umrah and Hajj, and not praying at the huddle, not even once, because had the profits, a lot of them stayed right outside right at the huddle, and had the profits, a lot of them offered every single prayer five times a day, throughout those four days, at the huddle, it could have created the notion that it is mandatory and obligatory on the days between your husband Amara, that you have to offer every single prayer inside the huddle.

And while many of us who might go in different, you know, hedge groups from the States, or from different plates as well, many folks who might end up going in more, you know, expensive or VIP hedge packages.

You know, they're they have hotels, walking distance from the huddle, and they're able to pray in the huddle five times a day. However, let's not forget that the majority of the Hajaj are not able to stay in those hotels walking distance from the huddle. That's not the majority, that's a minority.

More than half of the Hajaj are people staying further out, as far as as easier, right? The legendary land of Aziza. Right? All her jobs have heard of this legendary place. Right? So the majority of the projector staying out as far as as easy. Were forget about walking distance, like you can't even get a transportation to bring you to the huddle in the days between Norma and Hud because there's millions of people. So they end up having to stay out there. And they cannot come and pray. They're lucky if they're able to come on today. And a lot of them could get there once a day. And they just basically stayed for like eight hours or as long as humanly possible.

Right, and then they just go back and then some folks, you know if there's somebody more elderly, women and children, things like that, who can't even make it out there once a day, they ended up just staying out nausea for the entire three, four days that they're there.

And so it's the profits a lot of the seller was creating ease through this practice of his through this very deliberate strategic action, practice sooner of the profits a lot is number one. Number two, the profits a large sum is the epitome of empathy is the epitome of empathy.

Even if we had clarity, couldn't have the profits or losses and maybe stayed one day out there. And then gone out there the rest of the days or at least come once a day or something like that. But think about the how the profits a lot of actions, comfort. Those who come perform Umrah, and then have to go a couple of miles away a few miles away and stay out there because that's all they can afford. Until hedge begins.

And think about how they when they hear this narration that the Messenger of Allah Mohammed rasulillah he's some of LaGuardia, you stayed for four days between Amara and Hodge. And he spent the whole four days outside of Mecca. And he prayed all 20 prayers out there outside of the huddle

that they feel like my hunch is not deficient. And I have spoken to people talk to people. And even when you're there you see the reaction with people, people who end up staying further away. People who end up saying further away, a lot of times they feel a sense of like they're missing out.

So think about how comforting you would be for them to know that in the hadith of Bokhari and certainly Muslim. authentically, it says the prophets a lot he spent four days outside of Mecca and did not pray in the huddle.

And so these are just some of the wisdoms and some of the lessons that we derive from this particular fact that the prophets a logician prayed out there. Now after those four days training

inspired.

It is the eighth of the hedgehog. Now one thing that I wanted to mention is there's one particular detail on the seventh of the hedger on the seventh of the hedgehog, which was Wednesday, that day on Wednesday, the prophets a lot. They prayed a lot and

they prayed a lot and fetchit there were they were camped out outside of Mecca. They prayed fudger there after praying for a job, young utopia, which is referred to the eighth of the hedger. They prayed a lot and fudger there and then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam commanded the companions to enter into basically resumed the home to enter into a state of Hara.

And then then at that time after putting on the garments of a home, they boarded their transportations they prayed to it because they boarded their transportation. And now they started traveling towards the Valley of Mena. They started traveling towards the Valley of Midtown, and they say Hata jalna Makita minicabee daarin labin avalanche, the Haditha Buhari says once they started moving towards the direction of Mena, then the prophets allottee some commanded the companions now say that will be Allah bake Allahu Allah, big la bakeable hedge

They arrived in Mena.

And they're the profits a lot of a sudden there's a number of narrations found into Sahaja human body where and there's other narrations like in the Muslim that the female Muhammad that mentions that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he offered five prayers. The hadith of Timothy lists all five prayers I've delivered our best says the prophets a lot of the companions offered five prayers in Mena.

their sins of the previous year. And Allah subhanaw taala will grant them the ability to avoid sins for the coming year. We often hear a lot of forgive the sins of their previous and the coming year. What that means is that Allah will forgive your sins of the previous year, and Allah will grant you the ability to practice better and avoid more sins in the coming year.

So it's a very blessed day. Number two, that day of alpha, the ninth of the hijab is the main day of Hajj.

The Prophet sallallahu Sallam said I'll had you arafa that is the main day of Hajj. Number three, the place where the Hajaj gather on that day is often is referred to as arafa. arafat like almost a plural of the word out of all right, but it's not really a plural because it's the name of a place. That's a that's an Arabic nerd thing. Don't worry about it. But out of fat is the name of the place. What does that word exactly mean? Why is it called the alpha? There's a number of different ideas. Allah knows best God knows best. The root of the word means for people to gather.

It means for people to come together for people to gather. So the most obvious definition, the most obvious explanation is it's called autofab. Because that's where people gather every year. self explanatory. Okay, a second. NARRATION from some of the companions, mentions that it's called artifacts.
