the body can be healthy. But if the soul in the heart is sick, then the health of the body is not going to do it any good. The soul needs to be nourished, the body can be sick. And if the soul is nourished and the soul is healthy, well then if that person even dies from that sickness, then we know that they will be okay in the hereafter insha Allah. But even if you live a very long life because of your health, and your soul is sick, or your soul has lost a man or no woman or weak a man, then you're going to have problems in the next life. So we need to try to balance the two insha Allah, but the importance according to the report should be given to the soul. Because the soul is

connection to Allah through his book, because even in our Salah people say, yeah, our Salah is our connection with Allah, is there any Salaam that is valid without the book of Allah in it? Is there any Salah that is valid without the book of Allah being in it, so you can't tell me that Salah is the only connection you have with Allah, because if you don't have the book, then you don't have the Salah. So the book of Allah azza wa jal is the most important thing it is primary, it is primary, I can't stress the importance enough that if you don't pick up the Quran, at least once a day, in the morning or in the evening, or any time and at least thumb through something and try to understand
it, then you have lost a severe connection with the loss of the region. You've lost it. So you need to be aware, because at one point in time, you're going to be doing both, you'll be getting it and you'll be giving it. So you need to be aware of what you're giving, and you need to be aware of while you're getting the data. If all you do is a slave to the job, you're a slave to the paycheck. Every week you are a slave to this check, then you are doomed. You're doomed. You are doomed and you've lost the understanding that your risk, your risk was written 50,000 years before Allah created anything Allah wrote how much money you would make, where you would make it how you would make it so if you are using that money to disobey Allah to go away from Allah, then you are an idiot You're a fool. already written for you. If you tell your wife that you are going to go to work because I need to pay the bills, your wife needs to slap you upside the head and tell you do you think that a lot cannot take care of this family without you? Who have you become to think that you're so great that Allah needs you to take care of me? Are you out of your mind? Allah is our rustic, you work because Allah has given you the opportunity to be the man of this house. So get out and be the man. But don't forget a lot as a budget. Just throughout the fact you go home and you give the money over and then you know the wife does what she wants with it. And if she makes money, it's her money. Also the Prophet alayhi wa sallam said, sufficient for you in this dunya is that you have the supply of a traveler. What is the traveler have just enough he can carry in his two hands. He said the sufficient for you is and is doing is that he also said that sufficient for you in this dunya is

But in the States, you know, it's pounds. If I go to the gym, when I pick up the 50 pound weight first, and you start chucking that thing off my head, if I've never worked out before? No, man, I'm gonna rip every muscle in my body. That's it, that's gonna be the last workout I probably do for at least a month, I'm gonna tear every ligament and tendon if I can even
get the things above my head, and then I'm not gonna work out anymore. I'll say that's too much. Right? Correct. No, you start with the little weights great. And then when those get easier, but you go to the other one, because what happens is you build something called muscle memory. I'm a martial artist by profession. Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said Allah loves a good deed that is done continuously, more than he loves a large, huge, great deed that you do at once and you leave him maybe I'm going to give some other Prime Minister giving sadaqa by giving one pound a day. That's it. I'm gonna give one pound a day or one pound a week and I'm gonna put that in a jar and I'm gonna save it to the end of the month. And I'm gonna donate that for a good cause. That's it. After that, you will find yourself disgusted with that one pound, you think that's nowhere near enough and you start putting two and then you'll put three and then you'll start realizing the more you put the more you get and
the more you can give, it starts becoming a process that you can't win. You can't win. It's like if someone, let's say you had two hands, and you took a dinar. or excuse me, you took a pound out of a jar and gave it to someone and someone put two in your hand. You're gonna eventually end up with more in this hand than you will in this hand and you're gonna start having to give more you can say okay, let me take three or four or five, six, and then just keep pouring and pouring and pouring. This is something called Giardia for widget. It just keeps coming it keeps coming and keeps coming and you'll find that you cannot give a lot you can I dare you try it. If any one of you thinks you

strength and energy is followed by a period of slackening. Every day you feel up and you're ready to do it and you're ready to go. And then there's a period of slacking. There's a period of slacking. So he who slackening is in accordance to my son than he is, excuse me, he who's slacking is other than in accordance with my son, he'll be doomed. Meaning that every deed has action. It has strength when you feel like you can do everything. The other man say when you feel your human highlight that take advantage and do good deeds, then when you feel the man slow down, stick yourself to the photo, read the regulations, because then you will find the energy coming in to you. Because you can't
always be the superhero for the day, you can always be the super Muslim every single day, there's gonna be days where you're not feeling it anymore. And he cried and cried and cried and cried. And someone asked him, Why are you crying? He said, because I don't know what this verse means. And I fear that I have spent so much time and have no knowledge
because the law says only those who have knowledge, truly fear him and those who have understanding of the Quran, have a lot of the book of Allah as virgin. Also, knowledge increases something called certainty. Knowledge increases certainty. It builds your team, as Allah says, In the Quran, instead of the bucket, the very beginning about the afternoon, those who have in their heart No doubt, no doubt, no doubt, certainty comes with knowledge. So Allah had given him that, that that purity of yaqeen that nothing could have been tempted him and stayed away.
So we must seek knowledge. Also the Prophet alayhi salatu salam said, Whoever goes on a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for him the pathogen, that I pass the knowledge is a pathogen, that if you go on a path, seeking knowledge from Allah sacred knowledge, that alone will make easy for you, the road to gender, and we all want an easy road agenda. And according to the Prophet alayhi salaatu wa Salaam, the easy road to gender is the path of knowledge, the path of knowledge.
Number three, finally, and the last two number three is
pushing oneself pushing oneself to acts of goodness and righteousness pushing yourself to do good sometimes even when you're not feeling like doing it. And you know, you don't feel like getting up
you push yourself to do it, you push yourself you increase yourself to push yourself to be better inshallah, maybe today I don't feel like getting up and in praying those to rock up before fudger but you know what you do? You shake it off, you get up you say, No, no, no, I'm getting up early Billahi min ash shaytaan regime, you seek refuge from Allah from the curse and chiffon. You get up, you slap yourself in the face if you need to a couple of times. Make sure do Your will do with ice cold water, you know and get up and force yourself to obey Allah azza wa jal. Finally, number five is
our excuse me, number four, for for solving the weakness of human is
remembering death, remembering death of a law as the origin, I mean, remembering death and removing the grave remembering death and the grave. And remember Allah azza wa jal, you stand in front of him one day, this cures weakness of him and trust me, I started giving lectures about the grave recently. And the more I give lectures on the grave, the more I hate everything I own, the more I despise this dunya the more I'm satisfied with pretty much anything that comes in front of my path, because what you realize is that you're going to be put in the ground, and you're not taking any of it with you. The only thing the only currency of the action is deeds. When you reach that grave,
it's almost after there's a sign there that nothing beyond this point, except I am in a solid, nothing behind there except except the good deeds that you've done, or the bad deeds you have done. That's the only thing you can take beyond that point. So dragging all this dunya around with you. It's not going to be used anymore. We must remember that the Prophet alayhi salaatu wa sallam said
Remember, often the destroyer of pleasures? Remember, often the destroyer of pleasures, and what is the story of pleasures death, death, death is going to destroy all that which you covered up this life. When you finally are at your death, you're going to take one final look at this world. And unfortunately, unfortunately, it's going to be the moment most of us realize how feeble this dunya is, when we're about to leave it when we're taking our last look at this world, we will realize this world is nothing, nothing we will realize how feeble it is, but the people who are blessed are people who realize that before death, the prophet alayhi wa sallam said about this dunya and this,
how are we going to finish in sha Allah? He said about this world, that once he was walking with his companions, and there was a dead carcass, on the side of the road that was deformed, a dead deformed carcass on the side of the road, and he picked it up, had little ears, it was deformed, he picked it up. And he said, which one of you will buy this from me for a dinner?
Meaning who would buy this for me for a pound? They said, Yeah.
We wouldn't even take it if you gave it to us for free. We would not even take this dead stinking deformed carcass from you if it was free. He said then know that the world and everything it contains all its glitz and glamour and golden wealth and status and money and fame and fortune. He said all of it to Allah is more despised than this carcass is despised in your eyes.
It means nothing. On the day of judgment, Allah azza wa jal is going to roll it all up the heavens and the earth, the law is going to roll it up and hold it in his hand and say, We're the kings of the earth today, the people who used to fight each other and kill each other and strive and do so much injustice over this silly dunya. Where are you today? When I've rolled all of this up, like it's nothing Do you not realize it was nothing. Unfortunately, we won't realize that fact until we don't have it anymore. And you know, the one thing that I guarantee you, and I think I'm trying to remember the name of the companion, who said this, I believe is even Malik but let me not attribute
it to the wrong person. One of our selves said
that, by Allah, every single son of Adam will regret every single moment they did not spend remembering Allah, every moment you did not spend remembering Allah, you will truly despise it and regret it. So we have to remember that we have to remember that we're leaving this dunya we can't take any of it with us. And
we will regret we will regret Allah says in the Quran, and I finished with this and let's not be any of us. When the Angel of Death comes to them, they cry out the Arab Arab, LG own send me back.
