Make space in your Heart for Allah’s Light

Salam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakato. Being outside here by the beautiful beach And subhanAllah absolutely stunning and gorgeous weather today. I just remembered a thought that I wanted to share with you, um, that I heard at pearls of the Quran by Sheikh Mukhtar mockery. And while he was saying was, as human beings, we tend to keep our hearts busy with so many things. We're always busy and occupied with Twitter and Instagram, and Snapchat, and Facebook and our emails and our other emails and our jobs and our errands and our personal relations. And I don't know what a million different things and then Allah subhanaw taala sends down light to us, and the light tries to land on our

hearts, but our hearts are so occupied, that the light doesn't find any space, and it moves on and land somewhere else. Such a strong and powerful message here. Think about it, imagine Allah subhanaw taala sending the light down to you. But because you did not set your priorities straight, because you occupied yourself with too much from this dunya the light just passes you and it goes elsewhere. And you miss out on such an opportunity from Allah subhanaw taala it's just a beautiful message to think to ourselves, try to parameterize make that space in your heart. Make that time in your day where you connect with the last panel to Allah and when Allah subhanaw taala bestows you or blesses

you, with that blessing of the lights being spent specially to you, grab onto it and make too hot when Allah subhanaw taala makes you feel like or you feel like you have that ability to make to keep going on don't stop. Make that space in your heart for Allah subhanaw taala make that space in your heart for the light to come and actually rest in your heart, not to pass you and go elsewhere. Think about it.
