If our first reaction, our gut reaction to seeing an act of goodness from someone is to try and find fault with it, it's time to check the status of our heart. You know, someone puts effort into something good. And our first reaction is to criticize it. We got to look inward, we got to ask ourselves, what is happening in my heart to maybe just maybe we're feeling envious or jealous, and that's why we feel the need to criticize something before we can recognize any goodness in it.
