Many of these medications rely on taking those pills, which will make you lose interest in eating and this is not healthy. But the purpose is to suppress this appetite to make you feel like I'm not hungry. That happens naturally. If you eat a little bit, then you slow down and you take a break that said the signal is already sent. You are not as hungry before.
