Now we're talking about when people used to eat from a big plate, and we'll do the same now if we're having a pizza or a feast or a walima. So we will be bringing a big plate and people surround it five, six or more, and eat from it. So Nabil Salalah selama said, do not eat from the top or from the middle, because the baraka is centered in the center. So when you pick it up, it will be withdrawn from

the food. This is something that you cannot see, you cannot visualize. You don't know which piece is this piece of meat which has all the baraka in it, or the rice or the bread, or the fat, you don't know. But it is somewhere in the food. And then the viewer Salah salem said keep eating from the borders until you come to the middle. So in a real Salah Salem in the first narration said

he recommended that we should not waste a single set of rice for instance, if we're eating rice, or three or a piece of bread. And when there is a little bit left over in the plate, finish it up.
