Omer El-Hamdoon – Naming of Quranic Chapters #02 The Chapter of the Cow

going to talk about the reason why I Lost Planet Allah has named the different chapters in the Quran
in the way that they have. And the way that he has Han. And the naming of the chapters, as I
mentioned yesterday is something that is chosen by a lion and dictated by the Prophet salallahu
alayhi wasallam as a form of understanding to help understand the client because usually the name of
the chapter is indicative of what the whole chapter is about. And obviously the one of the most
		

			prominent saw in the Quran, and is the longest war and the most. In a way, it is also one of the
easiest ones to acknowledge because of how law even though it seems to be long, but it's actually
very easy to recite and remember as well, and that is sort of a Bakara and sort of Baccarat is named
this way, which means the cow is an indication of a very important reality that a loss handler wants
to remind us, as humans, and more so as the Nation of Islam, about how to proceed and what are the
different things that Allah in terms of his the ways that he deals with people, the way that he has
placed in terms of the the the the laws of people, and that is because Surah Al Baqarah. Number one
		

			is full of rules, rules and regulations, a lot talks about the he talks about Hajj, talks about song
fasting, talks about the car talks about charity, talks about money issues related to Riba and one
of the longest verses in the Quran, or indeed the longest is about the debt and the writing of
loans. He talks about marriage talks about divorce, talks about nursing talks about loss of power,
and lots of rules, just look at the sort of office full of laws and rules, which are important for a
Muslim and the Muslim community to adhere. Now, the nature of laws is that it means something which
we mentioned before, which is that you need to be Muslim. laws need Islam, they need the community,
		

			they need the individuals to submit to Allah, if you don't have that submission, the laws are just
going to be, you know, things written on paper. And that's why laws need to be practiced. And one
thing that a lot of anti teaches us from Surah Al Baqarah, which is the whole it focuses around the
story of Al Baqarah, ditch the cow which in fact is only a few verses in the whole, you know, it
makes her around 10 verses from the the total of 286 verses in Surah Baqarah. And what is volatile
both is the story of the Baba is essentially about people who were disobedient to Allah, you know,
Allah told them through the prophet Moses and acnm, he told them to carry out a simple task, which
		

			is following the law, simple task, somebody had killed somebody else. And that person wanted to put
the blame on another person by planting some of the evidence in that other person to make him out as
if he was the killer. And the last point I wanted to show people His signs along wanted to show him
the power in the miracle. And so he asked them to slaughter a cow. And that cow would be a tool for
Allah to resurrect the person who was killed, to tell them who was actually the killer. But the
moral of the story when you read it, and it seemed, in fact, in the beginning of sorts of Baccarat
is that most of us have told them invite them to carry out this task. Instead of being a Muslim,
		

			instead of being an Abbot and following out that task immediately, they started to make things
harder, you know, an asking questions, what kind of cow is this? What color of the cow is it, tell
us more, and so on as for and they even accused Marsalis as if he was trying to mock them or to make
fun of them. So all these things show us that that was the wrong attitude of dealing with the loss
of a loss pattern. And indeed, Allah says if you with all the commandments of Al Baqarah, if you do
not fulfill and you do not do as you're told, then you will end up being in the same reality of
those people before you who were given the commandments, but they rejected them who were given the
		

			instructions, but they chose not to follow the instructions. So that is the essence
		

			That is the message of Surah Al Baqarah, which we ask Allah Subhana Allah to make us amongst those
who read that surah understand its meaning and able to implement that in sha Allah Tada.
