So I'm really lucky over again 211 oB diamino salatu salam Allah Nabeel Karim Allah, Allah He was happy at mine. So today inshallah, we want to take a look at a verse from Surah Al majda, in which Allah Subhana Allah says while Allahu la Vina Armand Amina saw he had 11 local theater to watch in azeem. Allah has promised those who believe in do righteous deeds, forgiveness and a great reward. Now, the point I want to take a look at into the first is they have a lot to handle with Allah speaks about the people agenda about the people of righteousness. He always speaks about forgiveness. And some of us have this misconception that good Muslims are pious Muslims. Like
sinless people, they don't they like people who don't do anything wrong. But if that's the case, why is it that every single time Allah Subhana Allah speaks about righteous people, every time he speaks about the people of Jenna, he always speaks about forgiveness. The fact that Allah subhanaw taala mentioned forgiveness means that they have done something that needs to be forgiven. I and so the point I'm trying to get at with this verse, is that
the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu leaves I'm Steve khulumani, Adam Potter, every son of Adam will make mistakes. And the best of those who make mistakes are those who repent. Now, many of us have this idea that because I've done certain things wrong in my life of blocking not love me or he cannot forgive me. I cannot go to Jenna. And that is not an Islamic teaching at all. That is not what Allah Hamza teaches in the Quran is not what the prophet Muhammad solo some has spoken about in the Hadees, I actually have written a book on this topic, called the book of hope for sinners. It's available on my website at the link mentioning below. And it's also available on Amazon. In this
book, I've compiled multiple verses of the Quran and Hadees. Is that all about hope for less mercy for those people who have committed sins. And so the point here is that it doesn't matter what sins you've committed in your life, right? And now, what matters is that you keep trying to obey a law you keep trying to please allow, you know, I always say the people of Jenna are sinners, right? It's the sinners who get to gender. The difference between the people of gender and the people of Johanna, is that the people of Johanna we unrepentant. Right? There are people who did who commit sins, who are proud of this and who don't repent for their sins, and who don't seek forgiveness for
their sins. But the people of gender are those people who love Allah, love Islam. They may have some weaknesses, they may have some sense, but they ask Allah for forgiveness, they try their best to be better, they are sincere. They try to be the best Muslims that they can be despite the absence and because of that, Allah forgives them for the essence. And so the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam mentioned that nobody will enter Jenna because of the deeds, you will only enter Jenna because of last mercy. So very important, Huggies. None of us can be so righteous, so good, so pious, that we can see we are deserving of gender. Rather, each and every one of us have our sins.
Each and every one of us have our own mistakes. Each and every one of us have our weaknesses. All we can do is to be our best, to be sincere to put in our best effort to continuously seek forgiveness and repent for our sins, if we do these things that inshallah will be from the people of gender. So again, diverse in serum either Allah says that Allah promises those who believe and do righteous deeds, forgiveness and the great reward. The fact that he promises them forgiveness means that they have done since otherwise there'd be nothing to forgive. So the people of righteousness are not people who are sinless, but they are people who when they commit sins, they follow it up with a good
deed, a follow up with repentance, a follow up stick or they feel guilty for their sins. They feel guilty for the witnesses and they try their best to live their lives in a way that is pleasing to Allah subhanho wa Taala. And every time they fall back into sin, they try and get so a few tips on what to do when you fall into. So number one, try your best to avoid it. But when you fall into sin, it's not the end of the world. It's not the end of your deen is not the end of your life, you still have time to tunnel out. So when you fall into sin immediately feel regret. ask Allah for forgiveness, and try again to be better. And then also follow up your sins with righteous deeds. So
there's the story in the hadith of one of the Sahaba, who fell into sin. The Sahaba kissed a girl. And after kissing her, he realized that if this is a signal, and you went to the Sahaba, aboubaker and to Oman to ask them for advice, and they told him not to tell anyone what he did to keep it to himself and ask Allah for forgiveness, but he wanted to do something
He wanted to do something more about the senate fall into he felt very guilty about it. And so he went to the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and the prophets lie, some told him to pray to rockets of Salah, and to make up for the sun. And so that occasion Allah Subhana, Allah revealed another verse, which will come to a bit later
in this verse, Allah subhanho wa Taala says, follow up your sins righteous deeds, indeed righteous deeds, your essence right follow up your sins with good deeds, indeed, good deeds erase sense. So this verse was revealed on that occasion, and one of these hava asked in this verse only for him and the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Sallam said, No, this verse is for everybody. This first is for everybody, until the end of time. So that's what we need to do when we fall into sin, following up with a good deed, remember, for every sin we commit, Allah writes one sin in our book of deeds, but for every good deed that we do for the sake of Allah, Allah writes 10, or more good deeds in our
book of deeds. So if you're always following up your sins with good deeds, your good deeds will outweigh your central idea judgment and you'll also serve as a means of erasing them. And so it is very, very difficult to reach the day of judgment or more since and good deeds if you are following the teachings of Islam. So the angry ask Allah to forgive us our sins to make us on the people of righteousness and to guide us and to help us understand the Quran and kilobyte. Remember, Jana is not for the sinners Jenna is for those sinners who feel guilty and repent and you continuously try to be alert inshallah we'll see you again tomorrow, just after the webinar and you'll have to let me
know salaam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakato.
