something absolutely bad, horrible, negative, nothing good can
come out of it.
And understandably, we know where that comes from.
And we know that it's distressful.
It's painful.
It's it's difficult.
It's distressing.
But do understand, for a lot of people,
for a lot of people, the growth that
they have been able to achieve after experiencing
depression leads for them to conclude that depression
may have been the best thing that happened.
Right.

People who are 50, 60, 70 years of
age, simply because the university student experienced depression,

was wrong with them and then actively sought
to fix things up.

the advice that they received.
And the growth was exponential versus someone who
denied their depressive experiences altogether, took it out
on others, and just they developed some very
negative coping strategies.
