Salam aleikum wa rahmatullah Peace be upon you, around you and may emanate from within you, Ron sisters, welcome to our Omar prep, vlog day eight, I realized in this whole journey in the first seven days, we added in all these good deeds, planking and breathing, and probably a lot of things you never did before. But I'm out here at the nephrologists with Abobe. And it dawned on me like it came to me in a moment where I was like, we've spent seven days prepping for Omar and Omar is gonna result in you being forgiven for all your sins and starting afresh and, and then you know, being able to, to make good on all these promises that you have. And then it dawned on me that we haven't
talked about bad habits, we haven't talked about asking for forgiveness. So I'm going to try my best to circle some activities around coming to terms with our sins, we're never going to stop sinning completely, but coming to terms with our sins. So let's spend day eight, trying to learn to ask for forgiveness, except forgiveness, forgiving ourselves and giving us the permission ourselves the permission to be happy.
When it's 112 or 118 degrees, it really gives a different perspective to bad deeds. Because in here, every breath cost you
every moment is multiplied. So today, I want you to accept here and essentially what is *, unbearable heat and uncomfort I'd like you to accept that you are enough. And whatever bad habits we tackle in the next 32 days are not making you wrong from from wrong to right. It's only allowing you to become more of yourself. And that's all I want to say. If you haven't gotten your cardio in, make sure you get your cardio in, breathe or walk 40 more steps than you did before. It's rare to get the sauna alone I pray that Allah subhanaw taala gives you this chance now, say a selfie to log out ask for God's forgiveness.
Now with that expensive breath, accept it. So that doesn't mean you will never sin again. Just accept where you are. And from there, accept that forgiveness and forgive someone as a result of getting God's forgiveness forgive someone around you you dislike someone you feel anxiety apprehensiveness towards someone forgive that person just a little bit say Allah, I let go of a little or a lot. After you forgiven someone, forgive yourself, and how do you forgive yourself, allow yourself say it's okay to be happy. It's okay for me to imagine even if I'm going or not going on tomorrow with this guy. It's okay for me to be happy.
Now accept your faults. Now accept your vulnerabilities and make it so far. But don't make any promises. You don't know how long the sin has benefited in it for you.
As I was saying, You don't know that saying Oh Allah, I'll never do my mistake again. I'll never do it again. You don't know if you're setting yourself up for a lot of regret. Oh Allah, I acknowledge my sin. I asked us too far for it. I'm going to do my best to set up habits and rituals that will lead to me saving myself. But if you set yourself for the Oh Allah, I'm so sorry, I'll never do it again. You're setting yourself up for regret. And as you can tell, I'm not trying to look at this bad.
I'm looking at it as things that we find detrimental to ourselves when we do them. We're not happy with the outcome. So today before you look into the bad deeds as a staff rule, I'm such a sinner, I won't do it again. What's the chance that Allah subhanaw taala has something for you to find out in that sin? Make us too far. But while you're in the sin, at least respect for a second be like God, why am I here? What am I learning? Who am I supposed to help? If you could bring God into the situation into the equation? I think there'd be a different take. I hope that you have the time to have the reflection where we're headed tomorrow.
So let's make a commitment this evening. It's Thursday evening for me. Let's read surah de Haan together. And as we make our recitation, I want you to make a commitment that you're going to today identify not only a bad something that you consider a sin, but something you consider a bad habit. Something you consider a bad habit that you want to work on. It could be a major sin. It could be something that occupies your time it could be hating other people on Facebook could be anything that you deem to be a bad habit. And I want to see if we can spend the next eight to 10 days identifying what are habits, what are addictions and how we can build a way that we can formulate
A plan before Omaha to forgive ourselves and you know, you need to go through some external transformation, you need to take control of something, that that thing that's bothering you, you need to take control of one thing before you head out for Oprah. So let's talk about that together. Let me see if I can grab the moon that's here for us.
Surah 44 Surah Doohan, we'll talk about this more tomorrow if you're scratching your head saying, so is it good to sin? Maybe let's see what you can gain from your pain. But for now Surah 44 Or was it will be he means a shame on you. Raji Bismillah R Rahman, Yun Rafi

until the end of the surah sadaqa Lalo them have a fabulous night everyone. We still have to get to rolling out our feet but I feel like this was maybe we're we're rolling out our soul. We're doing the foam roller to our soul. So those lumps that are inside of us those emotional clogs that we are sinners and there's something wrong with us that we're addicted to something.
I feel like we're gonna clean up some of that emotional baggage and then we'll come and roll out our feet. Have a great night guys and read surah Doohan 44 Recite quran.com, where we hope to inspire you to recite Quran. See everyone on the other side Juma Kareem.
