Wael Ibrahim – Roaming Ramadan 2024 #10 We are not Muslims! Paris France

			Salam Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh My dear brothers, my dear Sisters in Islam, we are in
France in Paris, and welcome back to roaming Ramadan. One of the saddest things that we have
witnessed in this beautiful city actually masala Tabata kala Paris is that when I interacted with an
Uber driver and elderly brother from I think he's an Arab Muslim mashallah Tabata Kalani asked him,
how are the conditions of the Muslims here? We've heard about the banning of the niqab, the banning
of hijab in schools and other governmental offices and so on, then he responded in a manner that I
will never forget. He said, We are not Muslims.
		

			Now I remained silent, because I knew he didn't mean what he said, I knew instantly, he didn't mean
that he is not or we are not Muslims in the literal in the literal sense. So I just wanted to give
him a chance to elaborate and so He repeated it a couple of times. And then he said, We didn't
really understand Islam as it was revealed by the Prophet Muhammad tassel. He said, We are more
united when there is a football match. And, you know, concerts then when things like that and
demolishing or abolishing of an obligation that was revealed by Allah subhanaw taala is chanted all
over the world, and people are insisting that such an obligation should not be practiced by Muslims
		

			in in the West, and we were silent about it, then. We haven't understood what is that means.
		

			It kept on going and saying that we are this united, we are the most dis united nations in the world
that these are his words, whether they are true or not. I will leave that to you in the comments to
really interact with me because I really I was, I was disheartened to hear this elderly man he sees
so old, respectfully, may Allah subhanaw taala grant in good health in May Allah subhanaw taala
grant him good life as a Muslim and may Allah subhanaw taala grant him a sweet and beautiful end.
And all of us I mean are Blarney. But why am I emphasizing on the old part, because usually when we
reached a critical age in life, you don't feel any consequences anymore. You don't fear deportation
		

			from this country or that country you just say the truth as it is. And that's why he was very
genuine what he said and, and Allah subhanaw taala tones in the Quran Moazzam will be heavily Lehi,
Jamia and Walter Farah one hold firm into the robe of Allah and to the Quran. And the Quran is
nothing but the obligations that Allah subhanaw taala imposed on us, the prohibition and and that
which is allowed, and that which is halal, and that which is not right, and so on. So if we don't

			because of the fear, that sometimes we develop as a result of again, the financial security and
whatnot, then Islam for us became something very shallow May Allah subhanho wa Taala protect us all.
And that's why governments and anyone else in authority when when the know when they see that we are
not united upon the truth, when we are not serious about our religion, then we can do whatever they
want.
		

			And because they know that we will not react anymore. May Allah protect us all and grant us the
right understanding. Pray for the Muslims in France, pray for the Muslims around the world and may
Allah subhanaw taala grant, is that a unity that Allah subhanaw taala emphasized in the Quran and
its importance may Allah Subhana Allah grant us a time where no one would dare to touch any of the
obligations that Allah subhanaw taala had revealed in the Quran or through His Beloved Prophet
Muhammad SAW Selim because they know that we are serious about it. And take it a lesson in life that
when when people around you, no matter who they are, realize really that you are dead serious about
		

			your religion, they will never dare to touch that part of your life. In fact, they will assist you
to practice your faith. Believe it or not try it I tried it. My wife may Allah bless her. She tried
it when she converted when she reverted from Catholicism into Islam. People in the beginning in the
Philippines used to mock her used to make jokes about her. And when they realized that she was very
serious about her faith, they started to help her practicing Islam practice Islam. When we were in
China, people used to mock us because of our prayers because we're fasting because we're not eating
this will not drinking this. And when they realize that we were dead serious about our fate, these
		

			started warning us sometimes when the food is not halal, the boss started actually sending us
earlier during Ramadan and so on so forth. So remember, stick to your faith.
		

			practice Islam, despite any difficulties and Allah will open ways for you in sha Allah and will ease
your way in practicing that faith until we meet him in sha Allah jambalaya and fowl melon wala bunu
