			And we will surely let them taste the near punishment, short of the greater punishment, that perhaps
they will repent, a lot puts us in difficulty now. So we realize the wrong we're doing. We admit our
mistakes and we repent so that we are saved from greater punishment in the Hereafter, and who is
more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord, then he turns away from them.
Indeed, we from the criminals will take retribution. And we certainly gave Moosa the Scripture, so
do not be in doubt over his meeting. And we made the Torah guidance for the children of Israel. And
we made from among them leaders, guiding by our command when they were patient. So when is it that
		

			they got good leaders when they were patient? And when they were certain of our signs? Indeed, your
Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection? concerning that over which they used to
differ, has it not become clear to them? How many generations we destroyed before them as they walk
among their dwellings? Indeed, in that are Signs then do they not here? Have they not seen that we
drive the water in clouds to barren land and bring forth nearby crops from which their livestock eat
and they themselves then do the Nazi? And they say when will be this conquest? If you should be
truthful, when are you going to be victorious or Muslims? The mushrikeen of Makkah used to mock out
		

			the Muslims unless I say on the day of conquest, the belief of those who had disbelieved will not
benefit them, nor will they be reprieved. Meaning when the judgment comes when the hour comes, the
man will not help you that
		

			Turn away from them and wait. Indeed they are also waiting

and wise, and follow that which is revealed to you from your Lord. Indeed, Allah is Ever with what
you do acquainted, and rely upon Allah. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs, Allah has
not made for a man to hearts in his interior. So a person cannot have conflicting beliefs in the
same heart. A person cannot have opposite things in one heart. No, it's either a man or it's, it's
either higher, or it's in modesty. It's either a clean heart, or it is a heart full of jealousy and
		

			animosity. And he has not made your wives whom you declare unlawful, your mother's because in which
she came, they had this custom, that if they wanted to permanently divorce their wives, they would
say, You're like my mother. So from now on, you're my mother, because I'm declaring you my mother.
So now this woman is neither divorce, nor is she going to be treated like a wife, hello says, he has
not made your wives whom you declare unlawful, your mother's, and he has not made your adopted sons,
your true sons, meaning just because you call somebody your child, you can even give them your name,
but they don't become your child. That is merely you're saying by your mouth. It doesn't change
		

			reality. But Allah says the truth, and he guides to the right way. And this is such a beautiful
lesson that people can say whatever they want. If it's not true, it's just not true. So don't get

			fatherhood, besides his own father, knowingly that he was not his father. To him, Paradise is
forbidden meaning of a burden says, Well, I am the son of so and so whereas in reality is not the
son of so and so
		

			knowingly does this. And sometimes people do this just to show that they're superior. Like, for
example, in a particular place, Hans may be very well respected. So you know, Khan,

the city. And on the other side, the fortresses were the children, the women, the weak were of the
Muslims. Those have to be guarded as well to every person was needed. And this was 24 hour guarding

			and give you a gracious release. You can have what you want, but then you have to leave. But if you
should desire Allah and His Messenger, and the home of the Hereafter, then Indeed Allah has prepared
for the doers of good among you a great reward. Here, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is
instructed to ask his wives, that what is it that you desire? What is it that you want? Do you
desire this world? Or do you desire the lira, if you want the benefits of this life, this dunya,
then Okay, you can be given some goods of this world, but then you will be sent away, because then
you will not be deserving of being the wives of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. And if you
		

			desire the alpha, then Allah has prepared for you multiplied reward, then you remain with the
Prophet, and Allah has prepared for you abundant reward. But for that, you have to sacrifice
something in this dunya you have to be willing to live a life of hardships. And this was a choice
that was given to the wives of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, because being the wife of
the Prophet was something that was not easy, because the prophets and a lot of them did not have an
ordinary responsibility on his shoulders. He had the responsibility of conveying the message to the
whole world, his life was full of hardship, and for that, his family had to be with him. So over
		

			here, his wives were given a choice if you want to be with those who have lost a lot, Islam and all
of these hardships, then for sure, you're welcome. And if you stay, then remember that Allah has
prepared for you a great reward in the middle. But if you want something else in this life, you
don't want to live a life of hardship, you want the ease the comforts the joys of this world, then
you may have some goods of this world, but then you cannot be with the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam because he has a different priority, a different goal in his life. We learned that once I
