what color levena layer June Alico, Anna, and those who do not expect the meeting with us say, why we're not the angel sent down to us? Or why do we not see our angels? They have certainly become arrogant within themselves and become insolent with great insolence. What do they think about themselves that they're demanding? To see Allah? They're demanding to see the angels? The day they see the angels? No good tidings will there be that day for the criminals and the angels will say, prevented and inaccessible, meaning now you cannot run away? You cannot go back. And we will regard what they have done off deeds and make them as dust dispersed. What are them not a llama army
luminol Merlin further Allahu Hubba among surah. the companions of Paradise that day, are in a better settlement and better resting place, and mentioned the day when the heaven will split open with emerging clouds, and the angels will be sent down in successive descent mulqueen oma Eden, it'll help Polish man, the sovereignty that day is for the Most Merciful only, what can a Yeoman Otto caffee dinner I see it all, and it will be up on the disbelievers have very difficult day.
Those people who are not willing to listen to the word of the messengers, we learned in these ayah that they make various demands, and also many excuses. One of them is that we should be able to see the angels that you talk about, that if the angels come to you bringing revelation or profit, then we want to see them also. And you say that there is a God, Allah, Who created us who has sent this message to you. So we should see him if you want us to believe in him. Do we hear these kinds of demands today? Also? Yes, there are people who will say okay, if there's a God, I should be able to see him. And why does he have to try so hard to hide himself? That if he's really there, we should
be able to see him so that we can believe in Him? The question is, why do they say this? Are they really serious about these requests? Do they really desire to see a law? No, this is just their non serious attitude. They're pathetic attempts to lower the messenger and his message by ridiculing him by making fun of him. So these people, Allah says they should know that seeing Allah, the angels, what does it truly mean? Do they even understand what it means? When is it that the angels will appear before them at the time of death, at the time when they will bring the punishment? When is it that they will be taken to Allah on the Day of Judgment, and that is the day when they will lose
their freedom. That is the day when they will know what is
To be done with them. Generally what happens people think, when I do go to meet Allah when I am questioned, you know, I'll give such and such reason as my justification for the wrong that I am doing. I have this as an excuse, I have that as an excuse. And these are real people who actually say these kinds of things. I'll say this to a lot. I'll say that to Allah. Well, any person who thinks that they will present an excuse like that to Allah subhanaw taala, they will have the confidence to speak to Allah, they should realize how serious that day is. Speaking to Allah is not like speaking to anyone else. What happens to a person who's fully prepared and when they go to
court to defend themselves? What happens to them, they're not able to speak even they refuse to speak people who know how to speak English, what do they say? Can I have an interpreter? Why? Because they don't feel confident.
So imagine this is just a court in this world. Just a court in this world where there is maybe 2030 people maximum in courts, how many people are allowed maximum 300 400? If it's a really huge, massive serious case, right, but for an ordinary case, what happens just a few people, but still a person does not find the ability to speak confidently, then how can a person speak before Allah justifying his sins? So all such plans that people have made? I will say this, I will say that all these plans will just die out that day they will fizzle away near Allah, what matters is our actions, not our arguments. And we see that the actions of some people, they will not be acceptable
at all what Kadima Illa I'm iluminar Merlin fudger Allahu hubba, amen surah. Allah subhanaw taala will blow them away into dust, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said, I know of people from my own Ma, who will come on the Day of Judgment with good deeds like that of the mountain of the hammer. Now we have not seen the mountain of the hammer but the word mountain should give us enough understanding that good deeds that are many, many good deeds they will bring on the Day of Judgment, but Allah will turn them into scattered dust. Beware, the Prophet sallallahu Sallam said beware, they are your brothers, they are of your skin, men jilda t comb, meaning they look just like
you. They take a portion of the night for worship as you do. But they are a people who, when they are alone, they indulge in forbidden matters. meaning behind the backs of people, they indulge in forbidden matters. They show that they're living very righteous, very pious lives, but in reality, they're committing how long and Allah sees the harm that they do, whether it is haram in financial matters, or in terms of eating and drinking or anything else. So this kind of person even if he brings on the Day of Judgment, good deeds like that of mountain of the hammer of the prophets of the laws of them said Allah will turn them into scattered dust. So again, the fact is that we need to
rectify our position near Allah soprano tada we need to be honest with him. And for that we need to be honest with ourselves. Why oh, Maya Ile de la anymore Anaya day. And the day the wrongdoer will bite on his hands. He will bite on his hands in regret in anger over himself. Even in this life when a person is angry. What do they do? They bite their fingers, they bite their maybe one finger or fingernails. Sometimes people get so aggressive that they cut their hands causing themselves to to bleed. They cause themselves serious injuries. But we see that on the Day of Judgment. A person will bite his own hand not just his nails or fingernails. He's gonna bite his whole hand way. Oh my god,
the volume on a day. Why is he so angry with himself? Jaco lujah lighten it. Tomorrow Rasulullah Sevilla, he will say Oh, I wish I had taken with the messenger away. I wish I had accompany the messenger. I had been on his path. I had been on the path of the Prophet. I had adopted the path that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam showed the letter. Later on he lamotta hateful and and Halima over to me. I wish I had not taken that one as a friend. I wish I had not taken such and such person as a friend. These will be the two regrets, firstly, for not being with the messenger. And if we look at our lives, our sad reality is that in this life, neither do we really know the Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. We don't recognize him the way we should recognize him. We don't understand his mission, nor do we do anything for it. And so
Sometimes our ways are completely different from his ways. Our method, our way of life is completely different from his way of life. What was he living for? And what are we living for? What were his days and nights spent in? And what are our days and nights spent in? If anything, when we look at the sooner we just look at the superficial things, the profits or losses on board that color, he sat over there, or he wrote such and such animal. These are the things that we look at. Yes, okay. They are important when you love the Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, but what we need to think about it, what was his way of life? How was he living? What was his morning like that he spent his
time in? How is it that he traveled? How is it that he ate How is it that he spent How is it that he lived his Ramadan? What do we want the month of Ramadan has come and all classes should stop? And everything should come to an end? Why? Because Ramadan come on we need to worship in the night and we need to sleep in the day Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, what did he do in Ramadan? We learn about the conquest of Makkah. The Prophet sallallahu Sallam left Medina in the month of Ramadan, and 10 day journey, he made it to Makkah, and that was also in the month of Ramadan. In the month of Ramadan, he went into Makkah, he conquered Makkah, and then he did the love, and then he
broke over 360 idols that were in around the curb, and then the Prophet sallallahu Sallam went on Safa Marwah over there, Rasulullah sallallahu sallam, he took bare from 1000s of people. Can you imagine meeting 1000s of people in one day? How physically exhausting that would be an imaginary sort of loss at a loss Adam is doing this in the month of Ramadan.
in Ramadan, Ramadan is meant to be busy. That is how the prophets that allows him lived his Ramadan. But what do we want, that our life should be extremely comfortable, everything should come to a stop so that we can worship Allah and what happens? We're spending more time eating and preparing food and sleeping and in our social gatherings in our third parties, then we are really spending in the worship of Allah subhana wa Tada. So really, we need to think that how close is my way of life to the way of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam to his life? How close are they? What is it that he preferred for himself? And what is it that I prefer for myself? And the fact is that no matter
how much a person strives in a bigger because bigger innovation is something that contradicts the way of the profits on alongside him. He never did it. He never practiced it. He never taught it. It is not his way. So even if a person strive so hard in an act of innovation, remember on the Day of Judgment, it will bring no reward to a person instead it will be a source of regret for him in a heartbeat. We learned the Prophet sallallahu Sallam said, Oh people, when I will wait for you at the helm. You will be brought in groups meeting on the Day of Judgment the prophets on the Lawson will reach the holdco before his oma and he will wait for his oma in order to receive them what a leader
he is. So, he said you will be brought in groups meaning groups and groups of the people of Muslim Ummah will be brought. But you will be separated by different paths, meaning you will scatter away. And I will call you that come on this path toward me. Meaning Why are you going on that path come toward me, but a caller will call from behind me that these people change the religion after you. So I will say Allah, Allah can stay away, stay away, meaning don't even come near me. So such people will not be allowed to even go to the Prophet sallallahu Sallam who, those whose way of life is different from the way of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam his life.
So at that time, a person will wish that he had been on the path of the Prophet. So what we need to do is, we need to really study the Sunnah we need to study first of all the life of the Prophet sallallahu sallam, how is it that he lived? How he lived? his days and nights? What were they spent in? year after year, week after week, month after month? What was he struggling towards? Was it just struggling? For example, months in advance? He's preparing to have his daughter married? months in advance. He's preparing to have his house built, what were his struggles? What were his goals? Where did his life go? We need to study that we need to study the sun. And then we need to compare that
with our lives and see what is it that I am upon? Is it really that I am on the path of the prophet or I am on the path of desires. Secondly, we see that a person will regret on the Day of Judgment for having had bad friends Bad Company.
Which is something that is a source of regret for a person, even in this life, even in this dunya. But on the Day of Judgment even more, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, a good friend is like a perfume seller. Even if you don't get any perfume from him, it's fragrance will reach you for sure.
That if, for example, your friends, they sell perfumes, it's not necessary that every time you go to them, they will give you free samples. Right? They might not give you, but definitely what you will receive from them is good fragrance. Isn't that so? Meaning you will at least receive goodness from them, you will hear a good word, you will see a smile, you will hear positive words. This is how a good friend is a bad friend is like a blacksmith meaning a person who works with iron with the copper and such metals, even if you don't get any blackness from him, meaning the blackness of the smoke. You know, for example, when you go to a car, garage or something, right? So what do you see
people over there are their clothes cleaner, their hands clean? As they're changing the tires and they're fixing the cars? No, their hands are dirty. So when you go there, okay? You won't get any blackness on your hands on your clothes. But if you go there too often, what is it that you will find every time? Smell that smell? So the Smoke will reach you for sure. Meaning there will be times when you will hear nasty words, bad words, words that are inappropriate statements that are not correct. So the fact is that our company definitely has an effect on us. And on the Day of Judgment, a person will regret I wish I had not taken so and so as a friend of mine. This is why we must pay
close attention to these two matters. how strongly do I follow the Sunnah? And secondly, we really need to watch our company, my friend, what is their language? Like? What kind of words do they say? What do they complain about? What is their goal in life? What is their lifestyle? Like? Who do they like? What is it that they follow? Who do they admire? Because their sins, we will begin to accept them. This is why on the Day of Judgment, a person will regret luck or the abalone and a victory bar that is the journey that so called friend, he led me away from the remembrance of Allah after it had come to me, meaning I learned the deen I knew right from wrong. I learned the Quran. But the so
called friend led me away from it. What kind of shame upon a little insane cadoola And ever is to form to man a deserter.
Because think about it, if somebody tells you do this, you ask them, okay, what am I going to get?
Why are you telling me that I should do this? And they say, Well, if you do it, I'll give you such and such. Or they make some kind of promise to you. If anything you expect them to be with you. You expect them to accompany you to be on your side by your side. But what do we learn about Trayvon that JSON is a desert or to man that in this live chat on tells us disobey your Lord. don't pray, don't fast, don't wear the hijab. And what happens on the Day of Judgment shavon will desert a person, he will desert him, a person disobeys a love because of shaylen and on the Day of Judgment shaitan will abandon him and many human shell cleaner like that also, that they encourage a person
to do something wrong. And then what happens they leave they abandon a person, what color Rasulullah be in omit the huddle, huddle, Anima JIRA, and the messenger will complain on the Day of Judgment, that Oh my Lord, indeed my people have taken this course on as a thing abandoned, meaning they have left this on, they have forgotten this got on, they have put this coat on behind their backs. And module it also means they have made fun of it. Meaning instead of taking this word of Allah, this message from the Lord of the world seriously, they have taken it as something to be amused by, they just make fun of it and move on. They don't put the Quran in front of themselves, they put it behind
themselves. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that the Quran is an intercessor and one whose intercession shall be accepted. Meaning when you learn the book of Allah when you read the book of Allah, don't ever think that you will suffer this Quran, you give it its help, it will make sure you enter Jannah you give the Quran it's Huck with sincerity. And this Koran will fight for you and make sure that you entered in on the Day of Judgment, the Quran will come interceding that Oh Allah
I kept this person thirsty. I kept him awake in the night used to recite the Quran in the night. This is why he couldn't sleep much and in the day he would recite and be thirsty because of the Quran. The Quran will come as an intercessor. And the prophets Allah said him said, its intercession shall be accepted, it will be accepted. It will argue on behalf of those who read it, and it will be confirmed, meaning what the Quran will plead for the Day of Judgment, it will not be rejected. The prophets are a lot of them said whoever places the Quran before himself, the Quran will lead him to paradise. And whoever places the Quran behind his back, the Quran will push him to Hellfire, it will
drive him to Hellfire, meaning the Quran will not stop until it makes sure that this person falls into Hellfire, who, the one who puts the Quran behind him. The fact is that there's only two ways of dealing with the Quran. Either we put it in front of us, or we put it behind us, either we remember it or we forget it. Either we give importance to it, or we don't give importance to it. Either we read it or we just put it away for life. These are two different ways of life. And these have two completely different outcomes. Therefore, let us decide to keep the Quran in front of us always, always, that no matter what is going on in our lives, somebody is born, somebody is graduating, you
are graduating, you're studying, you have exams, you're working, whatever, you're getting married, you're having children, whatever you're going through in life, the Quran has to be in front of you. It has to be with you it has to be a part of your life. Because the fact is that once you let go of this Quran and you put it aside, then such a huge gap such a huge distance comes between you and the Quran, that it's difficult to even hold the Quran again. It's difficult to even pick it up and read it again. So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam will complain on the day of judgment that Oh Allah, my people left this Koran. My people left this Koran. This is why whoever has taken the Quran
must take it for life. And whoever has not taken the Quran should take the Quran. We should all think about having a continuous relationship with the book of Allah, even if it's just one ayah daily that we read, or we listen to, and and 100 Allah D says there's so many options, all you have to do is just maybe join a whatsapp group, you don't even have to do any effort, right? Just join a whatsapp group, they'll send you a chunk of an audio or something. You just play and listen as you're driving. You just play and listen as you're tidying up. And the next thing you know 100 Allah, you increase the new understanding of the book of Allah. And even if you had studied it once
upon a time at hamdulillah you were reminded of it. So this Quran is something that we need to hold on to otherwise, the one who delivered this Quran the prophets of Allah sent him he will complain about us that Oh Allah, I gave them the Quran but they left it. I delivered the Quran, but they left it.
I gave them the Quran but they put it aside and they took other things in place of the Quran. They gave priority to other things in their lives, whereas they should have been giving priority to the book of Allah. And this is something that is not small. We'll call it la Sulu, Yara be in accommodate the huddle huddle, Khurana Madura This is why this Ramadan as you listen to the Quran, you read the Quran we're closer to the Quran right as we are the rest of the year. Make dua to Allah, Allah make this Quran easy for me. easy for me to read, easy for me to hold on to easy for me to remember, easy for me to live by. Make this Quran really the comfort of my eyes, the coolness of
my eyes, a source of peace and tranquility for me. Your column that brings me happiness, your column that brings me solutions to the problems in my life. And thus have we made for every profit and enemy from among the criminals, but sufficient as your Lord as a guide and a helper. And those who disbelieve say, why was the Quran not revealed to him all at once another objection. Thus it is that we must strengthen their by your heart. The Quran was revealed gradually over a period of 23 years. Why? So that Rasulullah sallallahu Sallam his heart would be strengthened because the Quran is guidance. It is guidance, it's not information. If it was just information, then learning it all in
one go would have been sufficient. The prophets of Lawson could have been given the Quran.
At once that here is the Quran here, take it and now whenever you want read it, no, the Quran was not given like that Rasulullah sallallahu sallam, how was it given? That in whatever situation the prophets of Allah sin was in relevant if it were brought to him and over a course of 23 years the profit and loss and receive the Quran, then what do you think? Is it enough to just read the Quran in one year and put it away for life? No. The Quran is for life. The Quran is for life as long as we are living the Quran should be a part of our lives. Because through the Quran, we find strength through the Quran, we find comfort with Rotella, hooter Tila and we have spaced it distinctly,
meaning the Quran has been made easy how in the way that it is in sutras in ayah, so that it's easy for us to remember. And they do not come to you with an argument except that we bring you the truth and the best explanation, meaning in response to any objection that these people raise, there's an answer, the ones who are gathered on their faces to *, those are the worst and position and farthest astray in their way. And We have certainly given most of the Scripture and appointed within his brotherhood own as an assistant. And we said, Go both of you to the people who have denied our signs, then we destroyed them with complete destruction. And the people have no The same thing
happened with them. When they denied the messengers, we drowned them, and we made them for mankind assign and we have prepared for the wrongdoers a painful punishment, punishment in this world, and a more severe punishment in the hereafter. And we destroyed odd and some mood and the companions of the well, and many generations between them. And for each we presented examples as warnings, and each we destroyed with total destruction, total destruction, look at this one nation after another, and they have already come upon the town of the people of loot, which was showered with a reign of evil, a reign of evil. What was this rain of stone death destruction? So Have they not seen it? But
they are not expecting resurrection? Because the one who remembers that one day he'll be brought before Allah than for him. These examples are enough as warning. And when they see you will profit they take you not accept in ridicule. Imagine they would see the prophets of the loss of them and they would ridicule him, saying is this the one whom Allah has sent as a messenger? He almost would have misled us from our gods had we not been steadfast in worship of them, but they are going to know when they see the punishment who is farthest astray in his way. A Terminator haha ilaha antetokounmpo alayhi wa keila Have you not seen? Have you reflected Have you reflected on the one
who has taken his God his own desire? Have you reflected on the state of the person whose God is what his own desire? Meaning he who obeys only his heart follows only his desire, this is a kind of shift also, when the knifes becomes an idol, when the heart becomes an idol, just as the machine used to worship idols made of clay or stone, some people they obey their heart, that whichever direction their heart takes them, they follow whether it is halal or haram. Whether it is permissible or impermissible, forbidden, doesn't matter. Their heart desires it, they go for it. Allah says then would you be responsible for him? Can you do anything for this person? Never. The
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said under this guy, of all the gods that are worshipped besides Allah, the worst in the sight of Allah is the desire that is obeyed, the desire that is obeyed, because this desire is going to be there in enough sir, the amount of the soup. But when this desire is obeyed, when a person cannot control it, when a person cannot refuse it, then this desire becomes an idol. It becomes a false god, and it is the worst false god in the sight of Allah. The desire that a person pursues, it could be the desire of anything, but remember that Jenna is surrounded by things that are disliked by the nups the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, Hellfire is
surrounded by all kinds of desires and passions. Hellfire, not Jenna. Hellfire is surrounded by all kinds of desires and passions. While Paradise is surrounded by all kinds of disliked and undesirable things. Meaning if you want to go to journal, you will
To do things that you don't like, that you find difficult.
And if you want to keep away from Hellfire, you will have to avoid things that you find pleasure and you will have to. This doesn't mean that every desire is unlawful. No. The problem is when the desire becomes the main priority, the goal, it becomes the idol, that a person does not say no to himself. This is the problem when a person does not say no to himself, when he doesn't control himself, that the heart wishes that a person should eat, but the month of Ramadan demands that a person should fast. So when a person cannot refuse himself that No, no. And he refuses to fast, then what is he doing? He's following his desire. He's worshiping his desire, that a person cannot
control his smoking, his urge to smoke, and because of that, he will leave fasting, but he will not leave smoking. A person cannot leave their coffee, or their food that they enjoy so regularly, or their lunch breaks, or they cannot compromise on their work and take a lighter schedule. So what happens, their desire becomes their God, because they're not putting it under the command of Allah. Remember, anytime we want to do something, and Allah subhanaw taala wants us to do something else, Allah order something else, then we need to see what is it that I'm doing. If we continue on our way, then this is a big problem. It means that our desire is our God. We don't take a lot as our
Illa. Because if Allah was truly Our Allah, if we really took Him as our Allah, then we would say to our wishes, no, not to you, Allah, I will listen to him.
Just something small. A small example, we learned about sort of the news about how a woman when she wears a hijab, you should make sure that a part of her hijab is on her chest covering her chest. But if a woman thinks that no, if I wear my hijab like that, it doesn't look that nice, I have to wear it in such a way that it looks very stylish. And for that I will even compromise on the command that Allah has given, then this is what preferring the desire or Allah's command, this is not worshiping Allah, this is worshiping our desires. And we really need to be honest with ourselves. Because we tell ourselves a lot Oh, I love Allah. I'm very sincere to Allah, I will do anything for Allah. But
then what happens when the command of Allah comes? What happens over there? What happens when it is time to pray? And we're on our bed and we don't want to get up? Who was it that we listened to? Just remember this are these if we are enjoying something too much, and it's something that Allah dislikes he disapproves of, then remember, this is taking us to *. Say that to yourself, this is taking me to *.
And if we are finding something very difficult, and we know that Allah likes it, Allah has commanded it, but we're struggling with it every moment that we're doing and we're struggling with it, what do we do it anyway? Then what remind yourself that inshallah This is taking me to jail, because I am suppressing my desire. I am saying no to myself for the sake of Allah, I'm preferring him and Allah does not waste the effort of those who are patient.
And you see, this could be with regards to anything music that a person enjoys songs, anything we need to see what is how long and what is halal. What is it that Allah has forbidden? And what is it that Allah has commanded? What is it that he has allowed? The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, how many people there are, who pursue their desires, so many people who live this life pursuing what their desires, but they will have on the Day of Judgment, nothing but *, they will have on the Day of Judgment, nothing but *. This is something very serious. Why? Because these people their concern was their desire. So we must stop at limits that Allah subhanaw taala has set
for us
