AI: Summary ©
Inshallah, we'll start in 1 minute, sir.
Inshallah.
Okay, Sheikh. Ready when you are.
Brothers and sisters
to
unwelcome
to our 32nd
lesson of
our weekly darz with Sheikh Salim Al Amri,
going through the text of Kashfi Subuhat,
removal of the doubts.
Welcome everybody insha Allah. I will pass the
screen and the mic to the sheikh,
and the sheikh can begin inshaAllah.
My dear brothers and sisters in Islam.
Our class today is the continuation
of
the book,
Eshwa Subhad,
by the imam, and we get it, Muhammad
ibn Abi Rahab,
In the last session,
the author of Raimo was discussing
and refuting the Shubhah,
which
his opponents
and the
the advocates of
Shirk.
The advocates for Tomb Worship, Great Worship,
Saints worship
always keep posing.
That we are Muslims we say Laila Hovalah,
Muhammad Rasool Allah, and we pray and we
fast, etcetera.
So how you equate us with others?
And the Shayshir alhamalahi
refuted that Chubha,
that when you say
that you are a Muslim,
you need to
remain
within the boundary of Islam.
Because there are certain things,
if you do them, they will take you
out of Islam.
Even if you carry on fasting, praying, and
doing the rituals.
K? That's why there is something called
ridda in the swap. Ridda, apostasy,
Which means basically
a is a Muslim
who has done something
so grave
that
nullified his faith, nullified his Islam,
and made
him an upstate.
So that
means
there are certain things which will take nullify
your Islam and take you away. And the
biggest one that will nullify your Imam
and Islam is the shirk.
So if you fall into the shirk,
your pair, your faas, all these things will
not be
valid
because you are a mushrik. A person is
committing shirk.
All his deeds will be nullified.
And
today,
we'll continue insha'Allah
and the heritage is
carrying on,
refusing that chubahar.
That
by just saying that
you say Laila Allah Muhammad Rasoolah and you
do not fulfill
its
conditions.
There are 7 conditions. I hope the brothers
and sisters, they know them
by heart.
Certain conditions, you have to fulfill them.
Then and only then this lie, illah, will
be,
beneficial
and will be a cause for you to
be delivered.
If you don't fulfill the conditions, then
it will not be
of any
benefit to you on the Day of Resurrection
when you meet Allah.
Okay?
So you have to know these conditions
as half of Haqqani
mentioned them.
So there are certain conditions.
You should normalize them and you should
always keep in mind and you should teach
your children
knowledge, learning, certainty,
acceptance, al Kabul, inkiyad,
submission,
strict truthfulness,
ecla, sincerity,
and love.
So these are the conditions of Laila, however.
K?
And there are 10 nullifiers
that will nullify one's imam.
And the first one is the shield.
So to say I know most of them
are saying this, but, yes, you have nullified
your
your Shahada.
Just like one who took and then he
lost his. He released gas. He cannot say,
oh, I took before so I can't pay.
No. Yes. You took, but that this will
do now is not valid anymore.
So exactly the same.
Your Islam is not valid anymore because you
have committed
a nullifier
of Islam, and you have,
became
more sad and apostate.
Okay. Then the other so the chef said,
again, is now is still continuing,
refusing them.
So
because you see the the the oath of
a.
Now he is coaching and he is giving
facts
to refute them
because they are saying we are saying that
and we pay and we fight.
They think by doing that,
no matter whatever what else they do,
that will not affect their.
So here, the here is quoting
the consensus of the Sahara.
The Jamaa has to have
a regarding
the,
fighting the,
Benuhaniva.
Benuhaniva
is the tribe of
Al Kadda Musailem Adalaiya.
As you know, after the
the death of the
they refused to give the zakat.
They refuse to give the
zakat. No problem with fasting. They fast. They
pray.
They make adan. They conduct
their bypass,
but they said,
Zakat will not get. We used to give
it to the pastor. I said, no. He
passed away.
Abu Bakr said, by Allah, I will fight
whomever and
whoever
distinguishes
between the salah
and the zukah.
And the Sahaba agreed
with Abu Bakr unanimously
and they fold them.
Though they were praying, fasting,
performing Hajj,
making Adan,
they fold them.
Because to deny anything of the deen,
which is known by necessity,
like one of the pillars of a swamp,
then you become more.
K?
You become more.
You're not a Muslim.
So here the sheikh is saying,
it can also be said that those companions
of Allah's messenger
fought Banu
Hanifa.
They fought Musailemmah and his people.
And yet Banu Hanifa, they had accepted Islam
with the prophet,
and they testify that none had the right
to be worshiped alone
except Allah.
And Mohammed is the messenger of Allah,
and they prayed,
and they would chant and pronounce the other.
So according to
the the heiress telling the opponent
in this in the course of the conversation,
the dialogue, he say, according to your argument,
they should not be vote
because they are Muslims.
So how come then does Sahaba unanimously
agree
to kill them and to fight them?
Though they are was they were saying Laila
Allah Muhammad,
playing, fasting,
performing Hansel.
She means
that if
someone
denies
any
of the Islamic teachings,
which are known
by the of the by the of the
Deen, by necessity,
pillars of Islam, pillars of imam,
that will take him out of the vault
of Islam.
K?
So in other words, your argument cannot be
accepted because the Sahaba,
they fought the Hanifa
who were
praying, fasting,
performing Hajj,
saying the Shahada, etcetera.
This is very powerful argument.
Thus
thus does Allah save the hearts of those
who do not know.
So the meaning,
he's saying,
if the opponent,
the ship
advocate, the one who is
defending
to worship, gave worship, etcetera.
So if he, the Mosheviks says,
but they
say that Musailema
is a prophet.
Because they said he is a prophet,
we become they became Catholics. That's why they
told them.
Then we say, the sheriff say, our reply
to him,
this is what we want to teach.
This is what is desired.
So
because they have they said, Musa Le Ma
is a prophet,
they have become
a saint.
Okay?
Which means
though they're counted on
believing
that
and
belief
that
the
prophet
is
the
messenger
of
Allah
and
praying
and
fasting,
etcetera.
So then if anyone denies
any
established
teaching of Islam,
he will become more tact
even if he carries on doing the remaining
of the pillars of Islam.
So if a person who raises a man
to the level of the prophet like Banu
Hanifa did with Musaie lama
so if you
raise such a person, then you become a
disbeliever. You'll disbelieve.
And then your blood naturally and your wealth
can be confiscated,
and your blood and
your wealth is not
sacred anymore,
and they become lawful for the Muslim to
take,
to take your life and to take your
your,
wealth.
Though you are saying that you have detained,
you are saying Raa Allahu, Muhammadu Surah.
But then they become
and
beneficial to you.
Nor the Salah that you pray
because you
denied
and established
and known teaching of Islam
that
the is
the seed of all prophets,
or
the
Zakah is one of the pillars of Islam.
Then how is it for the one who
raises
somebody else?
If Ben'l Hanifa,
they have become disbelievers
and apostates because they say,
Musa'il Ama is a prophet.
How much if someone says the same thing,
similar thing?
Then how is it far for the one
who raised it, Shamsan?
These are names.
When they raised him and started to
deify him and
Yusuf
or a companion
or a prophet
to the level of
the Jabbar of the heavens and the
earth,
then it is the same.
If you
take anyone
and start to consider him
and attributing to him
the attributes of the almighty,
then you have taken him and made him
equal to Allah
to the level of the almighty, the jibar
of the heavens and the earth. The
mighty,
the king of the heavens and the earth.
Glory be to him, subhanallah.
How great
is his affair?
This is kufr.
This is kufr.
That's what Allah said.
Room, I 59.
K. This is very clear
that it is for that you shift, but
some people, they don't see it.
That's why Allah says,
Therefore,
likewise,
Allah
sealed the heart.
He sealed
Allah sealed the heart
of those who do not know.
So if you
take anyone
and attribute
to him the attributes of Allah
that he can help you, he can protect
you, he can answer your,
your needs and address them.
Then you have taken this one as a
partner with Allah.
Just like when they have taken Mosai Lama.
No difference.
No difference.
Then the other continued,
mentioning
incidents happened in the history of law.
So those are how about they fought the
Banu Hanita
because as you know, the
many tribes after the death of the prophet
the
Ahrar,
their Iman was not that strong.
K.
So after the death of the prophet, they
became other state.
So, Sayidina Abu Bakr, he
fought all of these types and
brought them back to Islam.
That's why they said,
So Allah
by 2 men.
Because of 2 men
and their efforts and their brave is towns,
Islam was saved.
The first one, the towns
of Sayedna
Abu Bakr.
He said?
So
because they denied the jakar,
they fought them.
They fought Ben Hanifa. Why they fought them?
Because they denied
one of the pillars of Islam.
One of the pillars of of Islam.
So unanimously
agreed and they fought them and
brought them back to Al Islam.
Also, the author, Raheem Allah, now is mentioning
another evidence
from
the
an an incident
happened in the history of Islam,
and how the Sahaba reacted.
The Sahaba reacted to the apostasy of Bani
Hanifa and the other tribes, and they fooled
them.
So they were saying,
We found Ivan.
So he's now going to
mention something another,
evidence and proof.
You kept it.
So here, the oath of Rahim Allah,
he mentioned
the story of those who
whom Sayyidina Ali fought.
You see, Sayyidina Ali
He said
2 groups.
1 of them because of they will go
to *. 1, because of their extreme
love for
me and the other for their extreme hatred
for me.
So those
who loved me to
and went to the extreme,
and
they have attributed
even divinity
to to say Nahari's
group.
And the other group, they said, here's a
capital, the Hawari.
So both of them are misguided.
So this one of those groups,
the followers of
Ibn Saba, as you know, he was not
a Muslim pretending to be a Muslim,
pretending,
to love Sayidna Ali of the Allah and
to love the people of Al Al Bayt,
etcetera.
And he is the,
mastermind
of
the,
the
the plot
to
assassinate
Shirdar Islam. Abdullah Nussaba was behind it.
K?
Many of those involved, they were
naive,
but the
the real person behind the scene was Ibn
Usaba,
and of course his people
were not Muslims.
So Ibn Usaba,
he said regarding Zaid Na Ali that he
is Allah. He is Allah.
And today, you can hear on the YouTube
of your girl, someday
consider Ali or the Aladdin a lot.
Just few days ago, I heard one of
them saying that on the YouTube.
It's a lot.
And
they give say, Nali, the attributes of Allah.
Not only say, Nali and all his
descendants
That they know that I'm seeing, they know
everything, they have all these things.
So they attribute divinity to them.
So even the Saba
say Ali is Allah, and he say, enter
who? You are him. Say,
who?
You are Allah.
You are Allah.
So we say, now Ali, he heard that.
He dug trenches,
holes,
set the fire,
and he warned them,
if you do not refrain
from such
cover,
I will burn you alive.
So what's threatening
them
so that he wants them to repent.
He did not think
that they would jump into the fire.
And they started jumping into the fire
saying, now we are sure that you are
allowed.
Because only
This is a Hadith.
Say, the one who,
perishes
by the fire is only the load of
the fire.
K.
So here, the here is mentioning that.
It's saying,
and those whom are leaving Abi Talib
burned with the fire.
All of them claimed Islam,
and they left
from the
the companions of,
the associate of,
and they acquired Noli from the Sahara.
Right?
But they went to stay.
The the way saying,
Of course, to,
to use the fire to tell people
is not allowed in Islam.
I said, Nali didn't want to do that.
He was threatening them, but
that's what happened.
That's why later on when,
if not, had
I been there, I would have stopped him
from doing that because
no one should
punish
using the fire except the load of the
fire. And
what the
some
extreme groups like ISIS,
k.
As you know that they burnt the Jordanian
tide
alike.
So to
kill and using the fire, it's not permissible
in Islam.
So the sheriff is saying, however,
because they believed
that
is
a
law.
And they have
attributed
divinity to him.
And they said he's similar. K?
Similar to
he said
they are they did something to what the
people said
regarding Yousef and Kim Saan,
the followers of those,
2 deities.
So whoever is like them,
is a kaffir.
So he's asking the Sheikh then. He's asking
the the opponent,
How then did the companions agree
upon the dis relief and killing of them?
They're saying the Sahaba agreed unanimously
that those
who
attribute divinity.
So they are Catholics, and they killed them.
Do you think the Companions declare Muslims
to be disbelievers?
Impossible
that they declare Muslims
to be disbelievers. But because those
Muslims, they left Islam. That's why
they declared them as disbelievers, and they killed
them, and they fought them.
Then the here say,
do you think that holding this belief
concerning
Tad, a name of a deity that was
worshiped,
and his light
does not
harm, and they are told him this belief
concerning
Ali of the Alamo, his disbelief.
What criterion do you have?
That would be the standards we have.
To worship tag
or any other deity,
it's okay.
There's not harm.
And yet, holding the same belief
by that group
whom the Sahaba folks and Sheikh Nader killed,
that is.
The same cover is practiced
by other groups,
and only the name is replaced instead of
Sheikh Nahali.
Another name is replaced. That is okay.
What nonsense is this?
Which is true.
To call
Alata and Ursa Manah,
Yeruka,
Yahuza, and Esalah, that is true.
You call Al Hussein, Abi father Gilani, Desugi,
Rifari,
That is the hate.
What
nonsense?
That is shit, and this is shit.
No difference whatsoever
at
all.
No shit. No difference at all.
The same thing.
When Haniva
denied the
zakat,
that took out them out of Islam,
though they carried on
practicing the other
pillars of Islam.
So anyone, my dear brothers and sisters,
denies
anything about Islam,
any of the pillars of Islam, any of
the pillars of the iman,
any of the teachings of Islam
said,
I don't accept this. I don't believe in
this, then he's not a Muslim.
He is not a Muslim.
Someone is saying,
Sharia
is not the of our time.
He's not a Muslim.
Someone is saying cutting the hand of the
thief
is barbaric.
He's not a
Muslim.
Things should be a spade should be called
a spade.
He's not a Muslim.
He falls separate.
He is not a Muslim.
Someone's saying that God is Hara. He's not
a Muslim.
This is Linda. This is apostasy.
This takes a person out of Islam
out of Islam.
So here the says,
say, do you think that holding this relief
concerning
Taj
and
the his lights?
It's
not Czech. That's what Tom wants Islam.
And if you take the same thing
and do the same thing, good say, Na
Ali.
That
is kafar.
Notice the same
practice.
You attributed
divinity
and gave the attributes of Allah to tag
or any other deity,
and then you say gave the same to
Sydney
Ali
because you have given such
attributes to Sydney Ali that is covered, but
to give it to another person, it is
not covered.
What logic is this?
K?
So here,
the Sahara,
they fought those
who committed this cover
I'm saying, Ali, he burned
them.
K?
Why?
Because they
have uttered,
articulated,
verbalized,
and
showed something that is unacceptable.
It goes against
the teachings of Aswan.
Then the author continues,
giving story after story,
incident
after incident from the history of Islam.
So here
the Sheikh
is mentioning
Benu Arbait al Abidiyin.
K? Who were
known in the history as the Fatimaites.
But, actually,
they are
Benoit of Badah,
the Abidi.
This is wrong name was
labeled, used
to cover the.
They are actually Deviant group.
They had nothing to do
with the,
with Fatima, and
there's no connection between them and Fatima of
the Allahu Anha.
So they are not descendants of Ali of
the Allahu Anha.
And subhanAllah,
all the Muftaddya
are
different sects.
Each one will see their founders
will trace back his
ideology
and lineage
to
Ariel, the other one.
When the reality they are not
some of them even they were not Arabs.
Leave alone that they are from
Quraysh.
They were not Arabs at all.
And even today,
because of this, DNA test,
many of those who claim
that they are
from. The test
revealed
that they are not Arabs.
They are not from among the Arabs.
Not to mention that they are from Kuwait.
So okay. So
is a different group.
Okay. They ruled
Al Maghreb,
which
is Morocco
today and Tunisia
to El Magalib Al Arabi.
And they established
a strong
state there.
Then
they decided to invade Egypt.
So
their ruler
called Almores
Al
Muiriz Al Fatami
sent his
commander, his general
Yohar Su'ili
with an army
invaded Egypt,
and they killed Al Sunnah in Egypt.
Right?
So the chef is saying and it is
also said that Benul Uyghur Uyghur Qadah,
those who took over Morocco and Egypt during
the time of Benul Abbas, because
the
last,
towards the end of the,
the
Abbasid caliphate,
the caliphate of the Abbasid,
Abbasid,
They were very very weak.
Okay?
So
they
invaded Egypt,
and they called Al Sunnah in Egypt.
And,
and where is Bilal Fatemi?
He constructed
and built the Cairo,
Al Tahira.
He's the one who built it.
They call it Tahira tel Moores.
So
when
they took Egypt,
he
claimed
from that time they were known as the
Fatimiyin.
So
he said I am
from the descendants of Fatima, from Ali.
So I'm from Ali's date.
So the scholars, they went
to see
and ask him to produce
the tree of his family.
It's not we don't accept anyone who says
I am from
Ahlul Bayt, just like that. Why?
Because
there are some Islamic rulings
and lies for the people of
the Ahlul Bayt, the people of the household
of the prophet of Salah.
K?
The hummus,
the 1 fifth of the booty,
we don't give them Zakah. So they are
certain ruler
in the sharia.
So by just someone to come and say,
I am from the family of the property.
It will not be accepted.
So they asked him.
We want to have a look about the
tree of your family.
He told them
he already prepared for them
sacks
sacks
full of
gold coins,
gold, pieces of gold.
Sacks, they were full.
He said that is my proof.
That is the proof.
Gold.
In other words, shut up.
Take gold and leaf and tell the people
that I am
from among the descendants of Ali Fatima.
That is my.
That is my genealogy.
That is my lineage.
If you don't want that, then this,
the sword.
So they prefer to fill their pockets with
gold, and they left.
And they told the people,
he is
from the
children of Fatima.
Okay.
And he
and Moores started
spreading
his bid out in Egypt.
K. Building
tombs and graves that started during its time.
The mauvets,
he is the one who invented the mauvets,
celebrations
of birthdays.
He killed the scholars of Alexander.
He imposed
his own
madhab,
not the madhab,
but.
He built Al Azhab
not to spread
the belief of Al Asad, not to spread
his
the corrupt
But
Allah
saved Egypt
from the evil
of those
Badaniya, Rabidiyin.
Salahuddin
Alayyubir Rahimullah fought them,
and he defeated them,
and he
brought back Egypt
to the fold of Hamid Sunnah.
So it is said that when Umayyad al
Adah, those who took over Morocco and Egypt
during the time of Ibn al Abbas, all
of them testified that there's none
has the right to be worshipped except Allah.
Muhammad
claimed Islam,
they played the Jum'ah and the Jum'ah,
etcetera.
However,
when they manifested,
when they showed
Some opposition to the Sharia,
different to that which
the Muslims are upon
and the sunnah are upon.
So the scholars, Muslim scholars,
unanimously
agreed
that they are Kafirs.
They
announced that they are Kufar,
and they weighed Jihad against them.
And Surah Aladdin, he fought them,
and they considered their land as a land
of hard war.
So the Muslims fooled them till they
delivered the lands of the Muslims
from their
hands. So this is very important.
So the Fatimites or
the Habeed Yeen,
they claim that they are Muslims.
K?
But because when they
showed
and they
rejected some part of the deal and started
adding things,
the scholars
declared them Kufar.
So to say that
we are saying Laila Hula and we believe
in Muhammad Rasoolah, etcetera etcetera, that's not enough.
The moment you start saying something else or
practicing something else that goes against
the Deen,
then that is that
is apostasy,
and this person
will not be a Muslim anymore.
Then the other said,
This is now another way of
arguing with them.
So he mentioned to them,
how does Sahaba vote to Benue Hanifa?
How does Sahaba vote to those
who
attributed
divinity to Ali?
How the Muslims
unanimously
agreed to
fight
the Fatimites
or the Abidil?
And now
the Sheikh is continuing
refuting them.
So he's saying
it can also be said that when
the very first ones did not disbelieve except
due to the combining between Sheikh and disbelieving
the Muslims of the
and the Quran
and the resurrection
and other such affairs.
So I say,
listen to Shubha.
So I say
that you are saying
those people considered disbelievers because
they were Musharix,
and they denied the and the Quran and
the resurrection.
So that's it.
In other words,
a person will become a cover only if
he does an one of these things.
Anything else
that will not make him cover or takes
him out of the fold of Islam.
K.
Then they shall say, then what exactly is
the meaning of the chapter
that the scholars of every school of thought
have mentioned
in their books?
The ruling upon the
upper state.
So I'm saying
to them,
why then the Muslim the Muslim
fuqaha? All schools of those were the Hanbali,
Maliki, Hanafi.
In their books, you'll find,
a chapter addressed
the issue of apostasy.
So what is that? Basically,
a Muslim
left Islam.
A Muslim. He was a Muslim, and then
he left Islam. So why did he become
a a non Muslim?
So he he did something.
He committed something.
That nullifies his Islam
or high Islam.
K?
So if you deny the salah, you're not
a Muslim. You deny the zakat, you're not
a Muslim.
You say hamal, it's halal, you're not a
Muslim.
You're saying it is okay to
give the here the the the parliament the
right to make halal and halal. You are
not a Muslim
because you are giving the legislation
to the human beings.
You're not a Muslim.
To enact a law
to make zina halal,
this is a ridda.
We'll take you out of Islam.
So that's why the scholar,
they have mentioned clearly in their books,
Babil Murted.
And my advice for all of you
to see, read.
Read in
in the books that you have.
Every man have
you'll find in their books, Babylon was 10th.
A chapter, which means
talking about a Muslim,
out the things that will take a Muslim
out of Islam, out.
Of course,
the most
that the one who becomes
an apostate,
he will be given a chance,
and this is the beauty of a swap,
a chance.
Chance. The scholars they will form committee, the
army, the judges,
the judges will form committee,
and they will sit with this person
seeing what happened to him, why he's denying
something known of the dean by necessity.
Maybe he is brainwashed,
maybe he has misconceptions,
doubts, all these things,
and they will
remove his doubts and clarify his doubts
after that.
If he doesn't have any other
doubts,
there's no doubts anymore.
If he says, Alhamdulillah,
now I'm fine.
I don't want to leave Islam. He said,
Alhamdulillah.
Right? I repent to Allah.
Go ahead.
But after that, if he says no,
Islam is wrong. I don't want Islam.
I want to leave Islam. They say, okay.
We'll get rid of you.
We will not allow you as a Russian
apple to spoil the rest of the community.
You are
a rotten
limb,
organ
has to be amputated
and thrown.
K?
So he will be executed.
Because the capital
the punishment for the Muftab in Islam
is capital punishment.
Capital punishment.
Very clear.
Not the individual.
So this is the ruling in the Sharia.
What about there's no compulsion
compulsion, a religion?
That is before you become a Muslim.
Before you become a Muslim, yes.
You are free
to stay
as you are.
You worship the sun, you worship it.
K?
You worship the fire, you worship it. That's
a harbor.
Okay. They were
reduced
worshiping the fire. Okay.
You worship whatever you worship.
We will not force you to become a
Muslim.
As a matter of fact, we are going
to protect you
and give you the freedom and the guarantee
of freedom
to practice
your what you believe.
K?
That's why
you don't touch the churches, synagogues,
temples.
You didn't do anything to that.
And on top of that, the
the Muslim state will protect you.
But the moment you decide to become a
Muslim,
you should know
what's the meaning of Islam
and what is the meaning of the Kalima
you
utter,
and what will be based on that and
the consequences
of that.
That's what Allah sent.
No. There there's no 2 deity but Allah
know the meaning of it.
You have to disbelieve in all the first
deities.
After becoming a Muslim, you say,
I have changed my mind. Sorry. It's too
late.
You
cannot leave Islam.
Because this will open the door,
to become just a
game.
K?
I'm a Muslim.
I found and discovered the reality of Islam
is not good. I'm leaving now. Cannot?
You will leave to the grave.
You leave the whole junior. You will not
be here.
So think about it.
No rush.
Okay?
To say I want to become a Muslim.
You should
know. It has to come from your heart
that this is the way of salvation.
It's not just like
I tried today,
like
many. You say, I tried this, I tried
that, I tried that,
and then
I found this woman.
It answers all my questions. Alhamdulillah.
But you cannot leave Islam.
So don't use the Iya.
No compulsion of religion.
That's before he become a Muslim.
And
why I'll explain.
Because
guidance
stands clear, distinct
from misguidance.
But the way, you know, rush doing our
right.
The way of salvation is is clear.
The way that leads to the hellfire
and the way of the jungle.
Very clear.
But the way you know, we're still gonna
write.
Guidance is clear. Miss guidance is clear.
You choose
the path that you want to tread upon.
You want to go to *?
That is your choice.
Want to go to heaven? You're most welcome.
Allah said, we have chosen the 2 paths.
But you say, become a Muslim, and then
you say,
I want to leave Islam.
K?
As today,
in the absence of the implementation
of the Sharia,
there are many
most sent around.
They come on
the on the media, and
they're all set,
and no one can do anything to
them.
As Sheikh Abu Hashan Nadehweir Rahim Wa Ta'ala
mentioned in his one of his books
by under the title,
Apostasy
is rampant
all over the place,
but there is no Abu Bakr,
k, to fight it.
Abu Bakr is not there.
Apostasy
is going on.
Lampent.
Spreading
fast.
But where is the So
to say
no compulsion, that is
using the Ayah
and applying it wrongly.
So that's why there are certain things if
a Muslim
commits any one of them of these things
that will take him out of Islam, and
that's why
all the books of the and
all the 4 schools
and even the other school. This is an
known
issue.
Not only among the schools of Adi Sunnah,
even among
the shia, the books of the
shia, or the books of the
the,
or the
or what whoever.
This is known.
The ruling upon
the upper state.
And this Upstate is the one who disbelieves
after his Islam.
So the is a person
who was a Muslim, then he left Islam.
And that's why the prophet said, remember there
already no what to do.
Whoever changes his
deed,
kill
him.
Well, Musa Lashari and Moab,
The prophet
he sent them to Yemen.
And he told them,
Okay? Be flexible with each other and never
have dispute or disagree with each other.
So
one of them
visited his brother, and while he was ma
still on his mount, on his horse,
he said there was a man handcuffed
and and
locked and, tied with chains.
So he asked his brother,
hey, Ayda, Mu'ad, Azar Abu Musa, what is
wrong with him?
Why?
He said he became a Muslim, then he
left Islam.
He told him, I will never dismount
until you cut off his throat.
I will not come down till you cut
off his throat. Kill him.
He tells him, dismount and we'll talk. He
said, I will not.
So he pulled his sword and he cut
Before that, of course,
he
the narration says maybe 2 weeks
he was talking to him, giving him a
chance
to
remain with Islam, and he was adamant to
leave Islam.
So
the hits
time
was over.
So this is the ruling
of the in
Islam.
So anyone who denies
anything of the deal,
which is
known
that this is part of the Deen and
you deny it,
then
this takes a person out of a swamp.
May Allah
save us from going astray, and may Allah
guide the Muslims and make us remain on
the deen, and may Allah guide all the
Muslim
and guide those who are misguided, those who
went astray.
And may Allah
keep us remain steadfast on this beautiful day
to meet him and he is pleased
with all of us, Amin. And may Allah
forgive us our faults and mistakes and ignorance.
And may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala unite our
hearts and the Haqq unite our ummah and
the Haqq Ami.
Brothers and sisters.
Inshallah, we'll start the question and answers time
now. Those who have questions, please send them
in fast
on the chat section on the Zoom.
And, alternatively, you can ask
directly
by raising your hands. Press on raise hands
after pressing participants.
We have received some questions already. Sheikh, can
we take these questions?
Inshallah.
Inshallah.
Okay. So the first question,
is it permissible to play
Karam
online game
which involves betting?
Not real money is involved.
So what is involved then?
I believe, Sheikh, they, play with,
fake, online coins,
but nothing
physical they will receive.
Yeah. But they charge you,
and you buy the games.
K.
So
so you want now to
learn how to gamble, then you will apply
them. Right?
My dear brothers and sisters,
leave all of these things.
K?
Don't learn the Haram things,
and say
I'm not paying anything.
Pastor Salami said, leave what you doubt to
that what you don't doubt.
So stop practicing this and playing
these
games that will teach you how to gamble.
Plus all most of these games also they
charge
you. K.
And you can buy.
Buy. Right? They that's coming in your in
your
bill. Okay? In indirectly.
So leave it.
Next question, please.
The next question, Sheikh, is,
is this Hadith
authentic?
The prophet
said, oh Allah, grant me life as a
poor man
because
me to die as a poor man and
resurrect me in the company of the poor.
Apparently, it is, stated in.
It is authentic hadith, but the the translation
says,
Allah. K? That means, oh, Allah, lift me
lift as in
skin. And
this is the problem the problem the problem
of people who are
translating
without mastering Arabic.
The Prophet
he said in another hadith, Allah Mujaddus Wa'alehi
Muhammad Puja.
Oh Allah make the provision and the sustenance
of the family of Muhammad
good, just to meet the
the basic
needs.
And he said in another hadith,
to leave your family well off is better
than leaving them,
poor,
begging people.
So here the prophet said, Allah Mahini Uskina.
I want to be a muskina.
A one who is always begging you. A
one who is always in need of you
in need of you.
Not necessarily,
I am in need of others.
I may need only of you,
and I want to be also
resurrected and raised
in the
community along with those who are
miskeens, those who are down to earth, those
who are the
downtrodden,
those who are the humble,
the meek.
I want to be resurrected
with them.
But Islam does not
invite us to become poor
or that poverty is a virtue. Never. Never.
K?
This has this
concept needs to be rectified.
The Sahaba, they never understood the din in
that way.
K?
Otherwise,
would have not
worked hard
in
making
business
or or
or etcetera.
So the this Sufi perspective of
mystic
misunderstanding of the Hadith of the
where they can pick 1 Hadith and ignore
the rest
is totally unacceptable
in Islam.
K? Islam came with the
to solve actually
the issue of poverty.
And in many hadith, the prophet
used to
pay and ask Allah
and seeking Allah's protection
from al Fakkal, prophet.
So that's why for Taliban, anyone he wants
to study and any
matter or any issue, he has to collect
all
the proofs and all the Hadith
related to that cover to get the overhaul
picture
rather than
just
instead of seeing the picture, you are seeing
the pixel,
small point.
No.
So Islam does not encourage the Muslims to
become poor.
K? Islam encourages the Muslims to be productive,
to work.
The prophet
he told the man, go
and earn your livelihood
even if you just pick your axe and
go and cut wood.
And that's how the Sahaba
understood
the deed
and those who came after them.
The Muslims read the history of Muslims.
And now I would Imam Abu Haniva, what
was he?
Businessman,
merchant,
target,
trader.
Imam Abu Hanifa.
What was he?
He was selling Bazar,
a type of spices.
You know, I'm a late in
the
sound.
A
late
millionaire.
And they say
he never gave the
Zakat.
How?
Because he by the time of Zakat and
the end of the year,
all that money is spent.
He was spending
on the and.
Abdullah,
the same thing.
And when they asked him,
why you are working in business?
He said to save the water of my
face
and not to go and beg those.
He meant the people
who are in authority.
They make us their
their hand culture.
So this is our Islam.
This is our deal.
I hope this is clear to the questioner.
Pharmacy as cashier
is asking
whether selling contraceptive
pills
and what menus
are they haram or not
to sell?
No. I am a cashier.
And if these things are
the contraceptives,
okay,
they are
I'm I'm I'm here, it depends.
Okay. If I see that
the the one who is
taking,
buying condoms,
and he's a young man and he's not
married. So
if I am the owner of the place
or this
this the the the store, I will not
sell it because if they they're going to
commit Zena. That's why he's buying condoms.
But a married man comes,
and he buys such
contraceptives.
Okay?
So maybe
he's practicing this
with his own spouse because
they don't want to have,
children, giving gap between
children etcetera. So it depends on the situation.
For example, if you are
selling women clothes,
and the sisters
steps in
wearing hijab
and she is buying these clothes.
Though these clothes are not decent only to
be
were worn in front of the housewife, in
the bedroom, and things like that.
You can say.
But then another one came who was totally
almost
nothing discovered,
and she wants to buy these clothes. You
don't sell them.
Why? Because she is going to wear them
and walk on the streets
to attempt
and cause infection.
So you have to know.
So case by case.
This is clear to the question.
The next question.
A Muslim acts upon
thoughts by
force frequently.
As a result, this person keeps on repenting
and saying the shahada again
to the point where they have missed a
salah.
This person has a difficult time controlling their
thoughts.
Is this type of person a kafir in
the sight of Allah,
and how can this person have a clear
mind?
This person articulates these thoughts or they just
come to his mind?
Well, first of all, they're saying
they act
upon Kufar thoughts by force frequently.
Force?
Yes. How is this force is not clear?
And then they say, as a result,
they keep repenting and saying the shardah again,
and they have a difficult time controlling their
thoughts.
Is this type of person a kafir in
the sight of Allah?
First of all, the one who issues his
kafir,
the
Muslim
judge,
the party.
Not the preacher, not the Mosheikh, not no.
No.
This is the party, the hacker.
That's number 1.
Here we are only talking about the general
ruling.
When it comes to a person,
it is another issue.
It has to go through the judicial system,
it has to go to the court, etcetera.
Now
if this person
has a problem and these
thoughts, they keep coming to his mind.
If these are against his will,
Shaitan is putting these thoughts.
He should try to get rid of them
and
asking the Allah
because as the prophet
said,
Shaitan comes to one of you and asks
him who created this, who created this, who
created this, tell you he asked you who
created Allah.
So the prophet
said, you stop,
and you say, I'm going to be law.
I believe in Allah, and you read.
This is the the remedy.
So you stop entertaining such those.
But if you start acting
and practicing these thoughts
and spreading them,
then this will make this person more tense.
K? Because now you are it's not thoughts
anymore.
Now they become they are manifested
in reality.
They came from
to the outside world.
So that is where the person becomes a
more tact.
And of course, if there
is Islamic ruling that Sharia has been lamented,
the ruling
of the Muftand will be applied to him.
But as long as they are only thoughts,
he needs to work hard to get rid
of them
of these thoughts.
And most of these thoughts, they come due
to Jahl,
ignorance.
Because you have to remember that the shubu
had
the remedy for the doubts, the shubu had,
is the ill.
So if you have the ill, you have
the knowledge,
you will not have these doubts.
They're not.
Because the remedy, the the Islamic knowledge
addresses all these.
So the aim
reviews and gives you the the tool and
the ability
to ward off such thoughts and to address
them.
So that's why if a person,
has
has doubt,
you should not keep them, and you should
not be bottling up,
keeping them these doubts.
No.
Write down all the doubts, all the and
ask for
clarification.
And no need to say
I have them.
Someone has this doubt when you ask
so people will not
start suspecting you.
In the 3rd first person,
you put the question,
but never keep these doubts inside. Never.
And,
because we are living now in
in a time where
all over.
So if your
son comes home
from the uni,
from the colleague, or high
school,
whichever
and he talks to you, you should not
overreact.
Say, cool down. And
if you don't know the answer, say, okay.
We'll ask someone
who knows the deal
to address, and you ask the person who
is qualified.
K.
Not anyone. Not Maulana
who knows only how to lead the player.
K.
Who said
that is not the solution.
K?
So you
ask
the person who's qualified
what's the knowledge about Islam and
who can address this issue,
so this
poor boy guy
will get rid of that doubt
and he can lead his life.
So never overreact.
Parents. I'm talking to the parents.
And the parents, they have to educate themselves.
And as they say, prevention is better than
cure. So we have to
educate our children
and build their abidah correctly
and still the right belief in their hearts
so that they have this
strong immune system
against the Shubhrant.
So most of the Shubhrant, they come because
lack of the aid, as you know. Either
Shubhrant,
doubts, and the remedy is the seeking knowledge,
aim,
or shahawat,
desires, lusts,
and the remedy is the imam.
Is this clear to the question?
Hello. That is clear, Sheikh. Next question.
For a person who does web designing,
they are asking whether it is okay to
ask for advanced payment.
For example, 40% of the payment
and the balance,
would be paid once the job is complete.
Is this allowed,
considering
on the fact that the Muslim is not
allowed to sell that which they do not
possess?
Oh, here, it will be
different.
Okay.
So there's a down payment
so that the programmer will start,
making the program and designing the the web.
K?
And, of course, there's an agreement, and he
will be delivering it on this date and
with this condition, etcetera.
Inshallah, there's no harm. Just like it will
be Insha'Allah like the,
what do you call it?
A type of transaction, I guess I forgot
the name now,
which is the
you pay
in advance and then you receive the
the produce later on.
For example,
the,
the date,
date bounties. Okay? So you
give the money and then you will be
getting the the
the, the pile the product later on.
Right? So that is permissible
in the sharia.
So if,
this down payment is paid,
part of it, and there was a mutual
agreement.
And if, of course, the the product is
not meeting the expectations
and
the the
the
conditions
are stimulated,
then he has to give back
the money that he received, and Allah knows
best.
Is it clear?
It's clear Sheikh. Insha'Allah. Next question.
Do we only meet to learn and focus
on tawheed to seek knowledge? Please advise.
No. No.
I hated one of the
disciplines we have to study.
We have to study fift. We have study
the Quran. We have to study
all the disciplines of the
of the deen
for the part of the end, of course.
For the,
layman
to
know
the basics of everything.
The basics about his salah, you know, his
salah, his siyyah,
his zakah.
But when it comes to the,
yes,
Every Muslim should
know his belief, his Aqeedah
thoroughly. So that
he will worship Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala,
and he will not fall into the kufr,
into shirk, etcetera.
But there are many disciplines, students of knowledge
in the study.
For the Lapidas, for the Turkish, for the
Tafsirs, for
the other
sciences,
Arabic,
so it's just
etcetera.
Is this clear to the question now?
That is clear, Sheikh. Next question. Assalamu
alaikum.
My question is,
how can we balance taking the good from
the people of Bida and at the same
time shun their company and sayings?
I see the
the,
to
benefit on the people of Bida,
if
this person
has Bida,
but he is an expert
in
a particular,
science or branch of knowledge.
Say he is, like, for example, in the
Tajweed,
he's an expert.
Though he is
doing a lot of bit hours, and there's
no one
else in the area on or where I
live
except him,
then there's no harm
providing that I will be cautious
and only taking Tajweed and that's it.
Or he is an expert in Arabic language
and there's no one
who is an expert
and who has correct Aqida.
K?
And there is a need for me to
study Arabic.
Then there's Mohan
providing that they have to be careful and
cautious always.
That's why the
the ulama of Hadith,
they have
accepted the narration
of the innovators.
K?
Providing that if this narrator
is Thippa,
trustworthy,
They accept his hadith, though he is a
Muftedah,
like Hawari.
Buhari, he reported in a Sahih.
Hadith,
reported by one of the Hawari.
And they said, as long as
he does not call the people to his
bidah
if he's not a caller to his bidah,
he's just practicing the bidah, but he doesn't
call others to it,
Then they
accept his narrations.
The people of bidda and people who have
deviant thoughts
accept one category of people, the rafilah.
As you might have said,
you relate from all the people,
different groups except the rafilah because they lie.
Cannot trust them. Because to them to lie,
it's okay.
And they use the takiyah.
They
tell you something and they
conceive something else.
So we have to be very careful.
If there is a necessity and there is
a need and there is no other option
and there's no other alternative except this person
who's available,
Okay? Or he is
a.
I want to study, for example,
Hanafi Madhav,
and he is
in the Hanafi school in the Hanafi Madhav,
and no one
else, then there's no problem. There's no harm.
But I have to be cautious that I
only take the from him.
Is this clear to the question now?
Shala, it is clear, Sheikh. Next question.
What is the correct way to make dua
in salah?
Sorry. Again, what is the correct way to
make dua? In the salah or after the
salah? Please explain. And is it correct to
raise hands for dua?
In the salah, if you want to supplicate,
you supplicate to either well, you are in
your.
K? So ask Allah
what you want in your sujood.
Or after
the tashahood,
after tahiyat, and before you
conclude, before you say the salaam,
it is also
which is called dibru salaam. It is permissible
to subjugate and ask Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
what you want.
After the salah,
if you want to make to subjugate and
make
dua. On regular basis,
that is not the sunnah of the Pabstu
Hasala that
after every prayer that he used to
suffocate.
We there's not
such narration about that.
But let's say
you want to sublocate and make dua after
the salah
for one reason or another,
you can't
sublocate
after, of course,
the adab of the du'a. You start praising
Allah
and making salah upon the first of all
of us. This is very important because
if you don't make salah upon the Prophet
salah,
your dua most probably will not be accepted.
So you praise Allah, you make the salah
upon the prophet
and then you
mention what you want, and then also you
conclude
with the salah upon the prophet salah and
praise with Allah Azza wa Jalal.
And you raise your hands like this.
Not like that,
just like this.
Should I wipe my face after
making the du'a? The answer, the narrations about
wiping the face
are weak narrations, so you don't wipe your
face
with your hands. You don't wipe.
After the trial, you don't wipe your face
with your hands.
Is this clear to the question?
Yes. Inshallah, that is clear, Sheikh. Next question.
Assalamu alaikum, Sheikh. Is the son of grandfather's
stepbrother
who are born from the same father, Mahram,
of a woman?
Again again?
Is the son
of the grandfather's
stepbrother
who is born from the same father,
Maharam?
I cannot,
visualize the the question.
So if you don't mind, send me the
question. I will
Inshallah. Inshallah. I will do. You see. Bye.
Inshallah.
Next question,
Sheikh. May Allah reward you. What is the
best time for Salatul Duha?
Salatul Duha starts after the
the sun
rises above the horizon.
Okay?
So
when the length of the sun
is like 3
spheres, the length of 3 spheres.
So when the sun rises, maybe after the
sunrise,
maybe 15 minutes,
something like that,
20 minutes, then you that is the way
you can start praying.
And it goes
just before
noon, maybe 1 hour before noon.
As mentioned, the hadith,
when the
the small animals,
okay,
small camel, the baby camels
cannot stand the heat of the earth.
So that is
the end of it.
So from the sun when the sun rises
above the horizon,
length of 3
3 spheres
tell just before noon. This is the time
of the Dua,
many months to the cars.
And it's just open for you
for the cars, 6 of the cars, etcetera.
Next.
I hope it just cleared the question.
Fairlight is clear, Sheikh. Next question.
There's a hadith that mentions that whoever reads
a certain dua would be forgiven by Allah
even if he fled from a battlefield.
Does this include major sins as well?
If not, will you kindly explain the significance
of mentioning running away from battlefield?
Is it
not a major sin?
Of course. Running away from the battlefield is
a major sin,
and,
but always
we need to
not to segment Islam, segment it.
This is what I mentioned.
When you
learn an issue,
put all of the proofs together.
So for major sin you need to repent.
To repent.
So this hadith has to be understood in
that context that this person
who said this Dua and he regrets for
what he has done.
So, alhamdulillah, Allah will accept him. Even he
because running away from the battlefield
is a major sin. Very major sin.
K? Because the Muslims should not run away
and give
his back to the enemies unless
he retreats,
okay,
as
military tactic,
and then he will attack the animals again.
But to run away from
martyrdom and face facing your enemies, it is
a major sin. Yes.
I'll fill out your mazak.
Next.
The next,
question, sir.
I did not understand
the justification
of Ali
to burn those Murtads.
Some people hate Ali based
on such cases and what happened during the
fitna.
No. What Shriqn Ali did is correct.
He as I mentioned, he did not want
to
to to he was threatening them. He was
not expecting
them to jump
voluntarily
into the fire.
He was scaring them, but then they jumped.
That's why Naha Baha said, had I been
there? I would have stopped him
from doing
that. K? But what they uttered what they
said, they said you are Allah
and to who? You are God.
K? So
people who
obviously could became upstate and blasphemed,
the the punishment for them is
capital punishment after
warning them and try to
stop them from such
evil
and such blasphemy and such.
The fact that I, the question I was
asking what happened between Saidna Ali and Saidna
Mahalia of the Allah and Uma,
as I said, who was the mastermind
of the whole conspiracy, the whole plot the
whole plan is Abu Huron Nussaba,
who was not a Muslim.
Okay. So
Saidna Earthman was
martyred
and Saidna Mowg has the he has the
right to ask for
disaster retaliation.
Those criminals who are cursing Uthman, they took
over the Medina.
And when,
he said, Nali and other Sahaba, they asked
who killed Earthman? They said all of us.
And, of course, it is
impossible that all of them, they killed Said
Nahali, some of them.
So Saidna Ali Saidna Ali was Qazi, was
a judge.
So so he wanted to find out the
real culprits, the real killers.
Saidna Malaya,
because the shirt of Said Nam Ali was
taken to Assam,
and Said Nam Ali realized that Said Nam
Ali is not in a position
to
to kill those,
the real culprits.
So he decided to kill, to,
I mean,
retaliate himself and to
get the the sauce.
He didn't come out
to fight Cigna Ali. No.
That's absolutely
not true.
And that's why
I shall they'll all hang her. She went
along with them because
they told her maybe the Muslims and they
see you,
you can bring reconciliation
between
the two parties.
And in the beginning, they met and they
agreed.
Synall agreed and all parties agreed
that
those whom they are,
the re the culprits should be handed over
to
the army of a sham.
Okay.
But those criminals,
they knew that
they will be handed over.
So at night, they attacked
the army of Asham
and the army of
Sham. So it's that they have been betrayed,
and the
battle
took over, which we call the the battle
of the camel.
And many of
the Sahaba
died. While having a regular died in it,
as you've read it, died in that, Fichina.
None of them
wanted to fight each other.
Neither Saidna Mahalia wanted to fight Saidna Ali
or Saidna Ali wanted to fight them, but
this what happened.
That's why immediately after the Sheikh N Ali
was, martyred,
Al Hassan became
the Khalifa. So immediately he called Sheikh N
Aliya, and he said,
you are the Khalifa. I don't want the
Khalifa.
And that is
what the prophet Hassan prophesied
that he said this son of mine is
a master
and Allah will bring
through him reconciliation
between 2 parties groups of Muslims,
seen Al Hassan.
And the Muslims united again and that was
called the year of the Jama'a,
the year of the group or the year
of the unity.
This is in a nutshell.
And we have to
guard our tongues from indulging
and talking about the Sahaba
because
Allah said about them,
Allah is pleased with them and they are
pleased with them.
So Allah is pleased with them and they
are pleased with Allah
and Allah says regarding to Sahaba,
and all of them Allah
promised them to Jannah to Krishna.
And Allah said,
tree. And the prophet said, that is with
Washarbi.
Do not insult
my companions.
And he said,
If one of you
spent free save it all,
k,
wealth
equal to the size of the amount of
heart of gold,
and one of the Sahaba gave a handful
of grains,
the reward of the handful of grains will
be more than the reward of the one
who spent
colossal amount
equivalent to the amount of a of gold.
So the Sahara
is a red
line.
K?
Should never talk evil about them
because that's what Allah praised them. The prophet
said the best generation, my generation, then the
second, then the third.
So how about they are the ones who
passed the deen to us?
Through them, they became Muslims.
Is this clear to the questioner?
Shailesh,
next question.
Assalamu
alaikum
for the beneficial lecture. My question is,
is it permissible to make dua for the
deceased after reciting Quran purely for the deceased
person?
You don't receive,
recite the Quran for the deceased.
What
some Muslim they do
that they read the Quran and they say,
oh, Allah, give the reward
of my recitation
to this.
So if the deceased is your father or
your mother,
whatever good deeds
you do, they will be there in his
record or her record by default.
K?
If he's not
one of the parents,
then the recitation of the Quran is for
you. Just
pray. Take Dua for that disease
or
the also
will
the reward of it will reach them, Insha'Allah.
Is this clear to the questioner?
Well, that is clear Insha'Allah Sheikh. Next question.
In my country, many of the Muslims believe
that eating beef is bad
omen,
will cause bad things in their life.
They don't eat the beef. Is it also
considered as kufur because beef is a halal
food?
Oh, cannot say it is kufur.
K.
So they have this long,
idea came to them.
And by the way,
the the eating the beef meat is not
recommended, by the way, yeah, in the sunnah.
So always eating burger burger burger is not
recommended
because
the prophet said,
regarding the cows, he said,
the meat of the cows,
the beef,
is
dark.
Something
might cause disease.
K?
And they have, as you know, discovered there
are the normally
worms inside
the the in the fiber of the the
meat of the cows.
Always there.
So that's why it's not
highly recommended to keep eating. It is halal,
but to keep
eat,
eating beef all the time is not recommended.
The said
that the flesh of the cow cows is
not recommended.
Well, Balhunad
Dawah and the milk of the cows is
is a medicine,
secure.
K? So maybe based on that, they they
don't refer eating
the beef,
but it should not happen.
But it's not it's not haram. At the
same time, it's not highly recommended to keep
always eating beef.
Is this clear?
Yes,
That is clear.
Let us see.
There is,
sister Zari, and I think, wants to ask
a question. Please unmute your mic.
I asked the question about the grandfather's,
stepbrother's
sons. So basically, my grandfather's
father had another wife other than my grandpa's
own mother. So, she was his stepmother,
and the stepmother had some sons.
So,
will they, will those stepbrothers
Yep. This question.
Sons?
Yes? This question was,
Yes. Yes.
I asked this question.
Okay. So,
you will get the answer
today.
K? Okay.
I hope you got the got the question.
I thought it was confusing as well.
No. Okay. I will after reading it, okay,
then I will answer it, and then you'll
get the answer.
Okay.
Okay. Yeah. Assalamu alikum.
Okay.
No problem. Send me the question,
Inshallah.
The next question,
for the beneficial lecture,
Sheikh.
Is it permissible to make dua for the
deceased after reciting Quran purely? That's already been
covered.
There was one final question, I believe,
from Yusuf.
Okay.
Let's get that question.
How do we differentiate
between sunnah,
innovation, and culture?
Can you give some examples, please?
Differentiate between what?
Between the Sunnah,
Bid'ah,
and Culture.
Sunnah is what the prophet said,
approved of,
or did.
That is the sunnah.
So we have to
read the hadith. The hadith of the prophet
is the sunnah.
The prophet said this, the prophet did this,
the prophet
approved of something happened in front of him.
That is sunnah.
The opposite of this is bida.
Anything that the prophet didn't do in the
deed, the biddaj in the
Deed. It is Bida, and Muslims should not
practice that.
And the customs of the people and traditions
of the people
in Islam,
the
people's
traditions
or customs or habits
are halal.
Every community, they have their own tradition, they
have their own
customs,
practices,
norms.
Everything is halal.
Unless it is
it goes against
the,
unknown teaching in Islam. And as it goes
against a ruling in Islam,
then that thing, we will practice.
We say this this tradition,
this custom, this habit is halal
because Islam prohibits that.
But if it does not go against the
teaching of Islam,
then it is permissible. It's halal.
So Islam did not come to prohibit
the people
and telling them stopping them from practicing what
they used to practice
and
their foreclose of their customs or their traditions.
Every community, they have their own
customs, they have their own norms, etcetera.
So that's why there is,
rule in the in the,
the okay.
That the
the
just the basic rule
in regarding the customs of any community
are permissible.
Permissible.
So so if anyone comes and say,
this practice of this community is Haram, they'll
say, why it is is it Haram?
Show us the proof from that
this practice or this custom goes against.
K.
Is this clear to the customer?
Yes, Sheikh. That is clear.
That was our final question for today.
Sheikh, if you'd like to
conclude
the session.

bless us with the beneficial knowledge and may
Allah accept our deeds and your deeds and
