			Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

00:00:06 --> 00:00:53
			Yeah, so that sound out there is an ambulance or a cop car, something like that. But hence, this is
a raw vlog, the background noise, the video quality probably is not that great, the lighting is bad.
And I'm sure I look pretty tired right now, but had a child died. This is a message in sha Allah,
Allah, for all of my brothers and sisters out there who are addicted to smoking, whether it be
cigarettes, or shisha and hookah. Now, I don't want to make this a video about the ruling, or the
fifth, regarding smoking and all that kind of stuff. Without a doubt smoking is harmful to the body.
And whether it be shisha or cigarettes and man, like I don't want to make this about the ruling, I

00:00:53 --> 00:00:55
			want to make this about

00:00:56 --> 00:01:35
			this special month that we have coming up into our data, a beautiful month, the month of Ramadan,
it's not too far away, we ask Allah Subhana Allah to give us the ability to witness this month I
want to hold on. I mean, this month is an opportunity for us to get rid of some of those habits of
ours that we struggle with. So when it comes to smoking, this is the perfect opportunity to try and
quit smoking. The beautiful thing about this month is that the obedience to last pattern data
becomes just a little bit easier. And for some people a lot easier. So this is a perfect chance for
us to get rid of like I said, Get rid of those habits. And for those of you who are addicted to

00:01:35 --> 00:02:10
			smoking, this is the best one of the best times of the year that you can actually make the start and
I would say make the intention. You know, sometimes we don't even make the intention to do something
good because we believe we're not capable of it. So a person may say, you know, I'm just, I'm not
I'm not capable of quitting, I can't quit. I've tried so many times. So they don't even try to make
the intention. And you know, the thing about our intentions are sometimes we're rewarded simply for
our intentions, even if the action if we're not able to carry out the action. For example, we know
that person told us that a person may be rewarded for their night prayer, even if they didn't pray,

00:02:10 --> 00:02:46
			how does that happen? If they made the intention of praying during the night, made the sincere
intention. And even though they weren't able to wake up at night, maybe they were tired or this or
that. And they woke up without praying the night but if they made the intention, then a level reward
that person for their intention. So I would say at least this month, make the intention to quit
smoking. Listen, we have a good portion of the day. You know what I'm alone in this year, it's in
the summertime. So the days are longer, fasting time is a lot longer. So obviously in jello data
you're not smoking during during that time, we just need to extend that into the rest of the day. So

00:02:46 --> 00:03:21
			that 24 hour period, we don't smoke. And now we want to continue that from that first day into the
second day, third day and hopefully the whole month of Ramadan. And hopefully after the whole month
of Ramadan it continues into the rest of the year and the rest of our life in sha Allah Allah, I ask
Allah subhanaw taala to make it easy for you to quit, ask Allah to add to make it easy for the rest
of us to get rid of our bad habits. And those things and those matters which are displeasing to
Allah Subhana Allah and I will see you later in sha Allah said I'm on April warahmatullahi
